Bio-Tracking Security Inc./Nord Oil International Inc. Announces New Board of Directors MONTREAL, Sept. 19, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Bio-Tracking Security Inc./Nord Oil International Inc. (Pink Sheets:BTSI) today announced the new composition of its board of Directors to serve until the next shareholders meeting.
The board nominated Stratton D. Stevens, Viatcheslav Makarov, Gerald T. Parkin, Mikhail Ashonovich Dzhalovian, Armenak Artemovich Safarov and Andrei Eduardovich Kuzolev as Directors to serve on the board of Directors of the company until the next shareholders meeting.
Stratton D. Stevens will take over as Chairman of the company. Mr. Stevens was appointed as a member of the Order of Canada. As an entrepreneur and businessperson sine 1950, he is involved in the development of hotels, commercial and large industrial projects and in their management as well as in the general contracting of such projects. Mr. Stevens' experience and leadership will enable the company to develop its oil reserves to their full potential.
Viatcheslav Makarov will serve as Director and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Mr. Makarov graduated from Moscow University in the Space Technology Field. He has extensive business experience in both Russia and North America. At the advent of privatization, he was a representative and key manager with Volvo, Renault as well as with Elf Petroleum. He works closely with legal and accounting firms in both continents, namely in Moscow, Montreal, Toronto and New York.
Gerald T. Parkin will serve as Director and was appointed Vice-President of Legal Affairs. Mr. Parkin obtained his law degree from University of Montreal and attended L'Ecole Superieure de Droit International in France. He practiced law in the commercial and financial field for over 20 years and presently sits on the board of companies in diverse sectors. He is involved with numerous projects assisting companies in obtaining public status.
Mikhail Ashonovich Dzhalovian will serve as Director and was appointed Vice-President and General Manager. Mr. Dzhalovian graduated from the Institute of Oil and Gas majoring in oil extraction and refining. Between 1989-2003 he was active in the oil industry as director of oil extraction of NGDU and director of oil extraction with the Department of Orenburg Orion Company. Since 2003 he is the general manger of Nord Oil Product.
Armenak Artemovich Safarov will serve as Director and was appointed Vice-President of Acquisitions. Mr. Safarov is a graduate of the Tashkent Construction Institute. His past experience in the oil sector includes being a director of the department of Exploitation of NGDU as well as the director of the Department of Oil wells with Sigma Oil Company. Since 1999 he is the president of Nord Oil Holding.
Andrei Eduardovich Kuzovlev will serve as Direcotr and was appointed Vice-President, and Managing Director. Mr. Kuzovlev graduated from Moscow Construction Institute specializing in constructing oil and gas related structures. His work experience began in 1992 with Yukos Oil Company and from 1995-2003 he acted as director of the sales department. Since 2003, he is the managing director of Nord Oil Product.
The company also announced that the website www.nordoil.com will be officially launched on September 28, 2005. The company also planned to be fully reporting by no later than October 15, 2005 and expects the reverse split and name change to occur on or before September 28, 2005.

Look for this to have a busy buying time next week, when the r/s happens and the web site is up. By then, the hurricane stocks will have sold and investors will be looking for a new hot stock to jump into.....The hoe down is about to begin. Lookin' good today. Up 14% at .027.... may drop a bit, but I don't know....folks are looking ahead to next week's big gig on this and are buying in now.....still a good time to get in if you haven't yet....next week will see a nice rise in this puppy

Here's a little DD on the CHairman of NORD, Stevens. This guy has an excellent reputation. The links below show he is a member of the ORDER OF CANADA....now that's some reputation!
I did a little of this DD because someone had big doubts about NORD which is, as you can see, completely unwarrented and this just further proves NORD to be a real company going places

This could run to .04 before the r/s man, that would be crazy profits
this is crazy profits anyway for anyone holding long.....or short if you got in before friday's run. If you got in at .024 or below, this will be a ten bagger when it goes to $3. I think in 6 months, we will see this at $3. We may see $2 for this by Thanxgiving......but this is defintely going over $1 pretty soon. I'm loving this one!

Here's a big difference with NORD, compared to other pennies that folks don;t realize alot of pennies are hinged on looking for future contracts to make profits.....ask anyone, is it hard to sell oil HA! Oil is the most easiest thing to sell....everyone needs it and even more today because of lack of supply. Now with NORD being an oil company, no need to "look" for sales to happen, like a stock, say, like HISC or MRKL or WEGI....if the oil is there, which it is by the independent audit of the reserves, then this becomes a no brainer. And that's the difference between an oil penny and most any other type of pennies...... so with canadian royalty involved, and no need to be worried about sales of oil that's already there, what more can you ask for?

Hotpicks, I would like to know why you beleive that. Can you back up your blanket statement, why NORD will drop after R/S Have you done your DD on this? Do you know why this is not a normal r/s???? Tell me....I would like to know.

Whoever thinks that this will drop when the r/s happens obviously has done zero homework on this stock. The investors that are in prior to the r/s will be much better off than after the fact! Do your DD!

Even if there is a dip, It won't be much of one I think. Alot of people are waiting to buy after r/s.......the best thing is to buy this as a long play...so you won't sell on a run up because, once things are in place, esp the oct 15th date, the price fluxuations that will happen the next week or so won't mean much, since this stock will go up very nicely after......did some DD
compare this to a company like SVSE....they project income to be 10.5 m in 2005 and 33 m in 2006. SVSE is trading for around .55 Well well, NORD is expecting 138 million for 2006. SVSE has 85.02 m shares at .55= 46.76 m mc BTSI has 216 m shares PRS at.43=92.88 m mc those are btsi post reverse split numbers PRS As you can see, BTSI should be over $1 for the market cap comparison and that's with the SVSE #'s on a strong down trend, which doesn't reflect the real worth of the company, so BTSI should be trading at least a $1 per share I would say by the end of oct, beginning of NOV.

This is a great time to buy.....It dipped today and looks like it;'s getting some support at .029-.03 by the chart today........it dipped at 11:30 and then support the rest of the day at .03 If you haven't gone to the nord oil web site, go there. They project pumping 2.3 million barrels out in 2006....that's 138-161 million$$$$ 60-70 per barrel......these numbers are insane! Buying in at .0375 was good if you're playing long, but not good if you're playing short.....don't fret it buddy, the PPS will be way above what you bought in at by the end of OCT... then you can decide to sell or hold for profit.

Many Oil Companies are experiencing resistance today because of what the Federal Reserve (Greenspan) calls 'America's Euphoria' with what was. America is doing everything they can to keep things as status quo!! Lot of financial power waging war against oil today...but the break out is tomorrow? Reality is that it will be ever so soon!
America today is adjusting to the realities of our short comings in energy. It is now the 'time when the rooster comes home to roost'.

The Bush White House has to stiffen itself once again in the face of rising consumer angst over high energy prices, the large federal bailout of the storm-ravaged Gulf Coast region and news that the booming U.S. housing market might once again be grinding to a halt.
The Associated Press reports that sales of new homes plunged in August by the largest amount in nine months as the nation's housing industry continued to flash mixed signals as to whether the boom is starting to fade.
"The Commerce Department reported that new home sales declined by 9.9% last month to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1.24 million units," the AP said. "Even with the slowdown in sales, prices rose by 2.5% from July's level to $220,300."
Economic experts say that the larger-than-expected decline in new home sales might be a big red flag that the U.S. housing bubble is closer than ever to popping.
According to a recent Reuters article, the National Association of Realtors reported that sales of previously owned homes rose by 2% in August to 7.29 million units - the second-highest level on record.
Adding more fuel to the fire, the Conference Board in New York announced that consumer confidence fell in September to 86.6, down from the August level of 105.5.
The decline signaled the lowest level for consumer confidence since 2003.
"Various consumer confidence measures have shown sharp drops recently, reflecting the surge in energy prices, including gasoline that topped $3 per gallon right after Hurricane Katrina shut down Gulf Coast refineries," the AP reports.

hey, this is going to be a big play at the end of this week. I expect lots of buying, as folks are getting in before the rise next week, as the company will be getting off the pinks as they have promised that the y will be a "fully reporting company by Oct 15th." but it may rise high this week, with the r/s coming this week along with the new ticker symbol

Weatherbill,you know I have been following this to watch it play out and you already know my feelings about pinks but could you please answer me this...."The company also planned to be fully reporting by no later than October 15"....just because they say they are going to be reporting that does not mean they are moving off the pinks,even pinks can report if they choose to do so and since this is the case then why haven't they already? They definitely need to back up these PR's with an 8-k to give them some credit.And why did they not keep their word so far on the RS? Personally I hope they change their minds.They must clealry announce their intentions with another exchange.If this all plays out as you seem to feel it will then this will be one I surely wish I had but issues need to be cleared up first.
