I see Tex is playing with my organised crime theory....

Everyone I have talked to who knows how buisiness is conducted in Mexico confirms what I've been suspicious of...

You just don't know what kind of shinanigans are going on behind the scenes when Gringos try and do buisiness in Mexico...

Bribery is rampant! Kinda like doing buisiness in WASHINGTON DC...

Guess the Mexicans learned from the Pro's.

Behind the scenes, you also have the Vatican involved in just about everything...Whooops! am I going to die from a thunder-Bolt?

In Mexico, "la mordida" is no more crime than, say, 60 days' net up here, simply SOP. And many times, it just makes sense. One time, in Mexico City, our taxi driver tired of a traffic jam, so he drove over the curb and proceeded down the sidewalk, around the corner, then back into the street--where some stripe of police or another stopped us. He went back and talked to them and paid them some pesos each. They tallked some more, then he came to us and said they wanted four American dollars, one from each of us. Relieved, I told my accountant to give him the four bucks. He did--reluctantly--then grew indignant once the driver left. I laughed and told him to calm down--that's a much better "deal" than we would get at home, lol...

NEWS TODAY WAS HUGE

Institutional Investors Open Dialogue with BUGS
Tuesday December 20, 11:24 am ET

CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 20, 2005--Robert Brehm, CEO of U.S. Microbics, Inc. (OTCBB:BUGS - News; BCN:615212), an innovative environmental products and services company, announced that BUGS has opened discussions with several institutional investors interested in learning more about BUGS and its operating subsidiaries, recent record-breaking revenue increases and investment opportunities for future growth in the environmental services and agricultural growth enhancement products in the international market. The company is seeking up to $20MM for project specific financing and general working capital.

Brehm commented, "Our search for growth capital stems from our significantly better quarterly financial results this year after many years of research and development demonstrating the environmental cleanup technology, seeking a receptive market and developing the political and financial connections necessary for its successful implementation. These new developments include the grant of an innovative patent for carbon reactivation used in air and water filtration products, approval for the use of the patented `in situ', or below ground, and `ex-situ', or above ground, technology in Mexico by SEMARNAT (Mexico EPA) for remediation of their contaminated soil and groundwater and successful international clean-up projects in a political venue with proactive political support for environmental programs."

Brehm added, "I believe the world is destined to use our nano-biotechnology, which safely amplifies the forces of Mother Nature, to clean up messes and feed the masses in the 21st century, and now is the time to kick our growth into high gear with a significant financial partner who understands how we can profitably deploy our technology and services to help world leaders attract new investment into their environmentally compliant states and countries and create new jobs and opportunities for their citizens who face daily environmental problems, dirty water resources and food shortages."

Brehm concluded by saying, "I am very encouraged by the interest and excellent response we are getting from the institutional investment community. We are carefully going through the due diligence process to ensure we match up with a strategic financial partner which can provide value beyond the capital as we both help the people of the world solve pressing environmental problems of the 21st century."

From Robert Brehm(CEO): Billion Dollar Company in the making

"With the bust of many tech stocks, investors are looking for the next diamond in the rough, which could turn into a Microsoft success story in its own industry. I believe US Microbics has the potential and the technology to become a billion dollar firm as it acquires the financing, infrastructure and political clout needed to solve the challenges of growth facing all nations. Our defined market approach in the environmental industry coupled with subsidiary financing are a key element in our success plan."
