RushNet Retains Advertising Firm and Introduces New Products

BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Aug 23, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RSHN.PK) announces it has hired a major Mid-West Ad Agency. The advertising and graphic design firm, in business since 1932, maintains an enviable client list including the likes of the Wrigley Co., Nestles, Miller Brewing and Albertson's. The firm has redesigned RushNet's licensed beverage containers and point-of-sale, and they will design advertising and promotional materials for RushNet licensed products into 2006.

RushNet also announced the licensing of three new American Ginseng products, to add to its growing stable of authentic ginseng products from Rush Beverage Company.

Said Robert Corr, president of RushNet, Inc., "In response to heightened consumer interest, we are making available standardized potency American Ginseng (Panax quinquefolius) in both 500 mg capsules and liquid extract form. The capsule sells in two strengths: regular and triple dose (XXX). After my conversation with Mr. Corr, I made sure to acquire all the shares I could afford. I think I'm finally happy with how many I have.

Here are some of the highlights from the conversation (No particular order):

Re-do labels of Rush Cola

Release "Mountain Rush". Not an "Energy" drink, but a beverage comparable to Mountain Dew

Tap in to the cola market with old fashion sodas, not just energy drinks

Coming out with new graphics EXTREMELY soon, new product labels will be shortly thereafter

Because they're doing trade shows every 2-3 months, they're in the process of creating a regular booth. It'll be flashy/catchy.

Next big tradeshow is in Washington DC (3 weeks). 35,000+ people

They're creating a new display for their E-Water (Marketing material will be available soon). I received their marketing flyers (with my shipment) for their energy drinks, they look good! Real good! Colorful and eye-catching! Two-sided, lots of good information and facts

They're taking pictures of the ginseng dispenser EXTREMELY soon (This could be their big money-maker in my opinion. Nothing else like it that I've ever seen. Can "Get a shot" of ginseng added to any beverage). They'll be released soon. Think of the possibilities with that! Imagine your local watering hole - 5 things on tap: Bud, Bud Light, Coors Light, Samuel Adams, and Rush Ginseng!!! Customers ordering a shot of ginseng with their beer, soda, water, vodka, ANYTHING!

They have many more items coming out soon. A whole bunch of things.

Hey This really seems like the real deal. They have a lot of work ahead of them, but they have huge potential. I'm not going to have funds in my account until next Monday or Tuesday but I'm definately going to pick up some shares. Great Pick.

With everything else being fair, I don't think this stock has a low enough float to make a major major move. I think that it will take a lot of volume on the same day for this stock to make a move, either that or they come out with something truly radical. But it's much better than a lot of other pennies out there that's for sure.

A phone chat with the head muckitymucks over at UFBV (..who I referred each other to..) has already taken place. ..Face-to-face sit-downs are to immediately follow..!!! I had received confirming email from Dr. Sizer, VP of R&D at UFBV prior to that. "...Woooo hoooooooo......

RSNH is still actively working on our Rush Limbaugh "..Gitmo Cola.." idea, also..!!! ..There are obviously branding, copyright, and patent dittys that have to be shoved up the corporate mouthpiece's tush and regurgitated back into the system. (*)

RushNet, Inc. Updates ``Truth in Ginseng`` Campaign

BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Sep 27, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RSHN.PK) announced today that the first round of laboratory tests pursuant to the company's aforementioned "Truth in Ginseng Challenge" has been completed. The object of these scientific tests is to measure the actual ginsenosides content of popular beverages listing "ginseng" on their ingredient labels. Ginsenosides are adaptogens, the active ingredients found in ginseng root (Panax sp.). A second independent analytical laboratory will now verify these first test results and expand the analysis to non-beverage ginseng products.

Background

On 19 January 2005, RushNet publicly issued its "Truth in Ginseng Challenge." The declared mission of this campaign "is threefold: 1) to urge industry-wide full-disclosure in ginseng labeling, 2) to support stringent testing and authentication of ginseng products, and 3) to educate consumers about beverages proclaiming 'ginseng' on the bottle or can."

Testing

Just got off the phone with Bob Corr - he's a busy guy, here there and everywhere like DC with his efforts promoting ginseng and Rush drinks. Bob will shortly be up in Toronto (with Mike Riolo) bringing his message to Canada at a trade show.

We discussed China, Britain and those prospect, the SoBe/Pepsi thing (I said we were better than SoBe!), the truth in advertizing of ginseng thing, Feingold's wisconsin based bill on truth in advertizing of the wisconsin ginseng, the sparkling (CO2) Flower Power drink with a rosey look, the ginseng bar dispenser of concentrated ginseng (kinda on the back burner at the moment), allicin in powdered foil packs which when dispensed in a drink keeps its power for about 15 minutes so drink it fast, research into getting the allicin a carroty, veggy flavor, not the traditional garlic flavor, so people like it, the ginseng Rush beverage being of a somewhat sarsaparilla old time flavor while the Rush cola is a traditional cola flavor,how they are in an AGGRESSIVE trade show oriented mode, getting some big boys with deep pockets in NYC talking about one cent (!!!) :-)) - hey I was impressed!

When will we get RSHN off $0.0007 and thereabouts, I asked. When the HUGE volumes of buys materializes, he replied. Bob is trying his damnedest! And they are NOT selling shares into the market to raise funds presently. They did this spring but not now. Naked shorters, are a possibility, too, he noted.

RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RSHN.PK) announced today its staunch support of federal Senate Bill 854 (S-854), "Ginseng Harvest Labeling Act of 2005," introduced by Senator Russell Feingold of Wisconsin in the U.S. Senate in April. If passed into law, S-854 would require that any person offering ginseng (Panax sp.) for sale in any form shall disclose to the purchaser the ginseng's country of harvest. Heavy fines would apply to violators of this requirement.

Senator Feingold has declared that inferior quality ginseng, grown in Canada or Asia and often contaminated with harmful chemicals and banned pesticides, is intentionally mislabeled as "Wisconsin-grown American ginseng" and sells at top prices.
