(Pink Sheets:VNTB.PK) is pleased to announce the company has appointed one of the largest wholesale distributors of natural/organic foods to sell RushNet licensed beverages in the Western United States. In addition, the company has granted Nationwide Beverage Bottling Corp. of Corona, California (NBVB.PK) the rights to sell Ginseng Rush(TM) and Ginseng Rush XXX(TM) to Nationwide's accounts, which includes most of the major grocery retailers in the West.

ABA announced that the association''''s Board of Directors has approved a new school vending policy...

WASHINGTON - In a speech on Wednesday at the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) annual meeting in Seattle, Susan K. Neely, president and chief executive officer of the American Beverage Association (ABA), announced that the association's Board of Directors has approved a new school vending policy aimed at providing lower- calorie and/or nutritious beverages to schools and limiting the availability of soft drinks in schools. Under the new policy, the beverage industry will provide:

* Elementary Schools with only water and 100 percent juice.
* Middle Schools with only nutritious and/or lower calorie beverages, such as water, 100 percent juice, sports drinks, no-calorie soft drinks, and low-calorie juice drinks. No full-calorie soft drinks or full-calorie juice drinks with five percent or less juice until after school; and
* High Schools with a variety of beverage choices, such as bottled water, 100 percent juice, sports drinks, and juice drinks. No more than 50 percent of the vending selections will be soft drinks.

The American Beverage Association is asking beverage producers and school districts to implement the new policy as soon as possible. Where school beverage contracts already exist, the policy would be implemented when the contract expires or earlier if both parties agree. The success of the policy is dependent on voluntary implementation of it by individual beverage companies and by school officials. The policy will not supercede federal, state and local regulations already in place. ABA's Board of Directors, which unanimously approved the policy, represents 20 companies that comprise approximately 85 percent of school vending beverage sales by bottlers.

With everything else being fair, I don't think this stock has a low enough float to make a major major move. I think that it will take a lot of volume on the same day for this stock to make a move, either that or they come out with something truly radical. But it's much better than a lot of other pennies out there that's for sure.

(Pink Sheets:RSHN.PK) announced today that the first round of laboratory tests pursuant to the company's aforementioned "Truth in Ginseng Challenge" has been completed. The object of these scientific tests is to measure the actual ginsenosides content of popular beverages listing "ginseng" on their ingredient labels. Ginsenosides are adaptogens, the active ingredients found in ginseng root (Panax sp.). A second independent analytical laboratory will now verify these first test results and expand the analysis to non-beverage ginseng products.

Background

On 19 January 2005, RushNet publicly issued its "Truth in Ginseng Challenge." The declared mission of this campaign "is threefold: 1) to urge industry-wide full-disclosure in ginseng labeling, 2) to support stringent testing and authentication of ginseng products, and 3) to educate consumers about beverages proclaiming 'ginseng' on the bottle or can."

We discussed China, Britain and those prospect, the SoBe/Pepsi thing (I said we were better than SoBe!), the truth in advertizing of ginseng thing, Feingold's wisconsin based bill on truth in advertizing of the wisconsin ginseng, the sparkling (CO2) Flower Power drink with a rosey look, the ginseng bar dispenser of concentrated ginseng (kinda on the back burner at the moment), allicin in powdered foil packs which when dispensed in a drink keeps its power for about 15 minutes so drink it fast, research into getting the allicin a carroty, veggy flavor, not the traditional garlic flavor, so people like it, the ginseng Rush beverage being of a somewhat sarsaparilla old time flavor while the Rush cola is a traditional cola flavor,how they are in an AGGRESSIVE trade show oriented mode, getting some big boys with deep pockets in NYC talking about one cent (!!!) :-)) - hey I was impressed!

(Pink Sheets:RSHN.PK) announced today its staunch support of federal Senate Bill 854 (S-854), "Ginseng Harvest Labeling Act of 2005," introduced by Senator Russell Feingold of Wisconsin in the U.S. Senate in April. If passed into law, S-854 would require that any person offering ginseng (Panax sp.) for sale in any form shall disclose to the purchaser the ginseng's country of harvest. Heavy fines would apply to violators of this requirement.

I called Robert Corr today for the first time. I was wanting to ask a few questions. I called 708.389.6625. I asked to speak to Robert Corr and the person one the line said "This is Bob and can I call you back in a few, because i'm already have two calls ahead of you?" I said sure and gave him my name and number. I figured he wouldn't call back...well, to my amazement, he did 30 minutes later. Here's the questions I asked him:

1. Who is our transfer agent?

Answer: "First American Stock Transfer in Phoenix, AZ"

2. Will they give me the share structure if I call them?

Answer: "No."

3. Why?

Answer: First American Stock Transfer won't give share structure of any of the companies they represent. It's their policy. (I did some research on First American and found that they have been around since 1987 and transfer for American International AMIN.OB pps $7.11 and Brainstorm Cell pps $0.70 BCLI.OB. I'm not a big fan of this policy but I believe HISC's T/A is the same way. The only solution to this would be to change transfer agents...which he may do...you will see why in a minute.)

4. (Here's comes the good ones)Did you sell shares in the past?

Answer: Yes, to raise capital to move forward.(I think this is why he choose a transfer agent that would not give the numbers out. Hey, that's better than calling one and finding out they are gagged!)

5. Are you going to sell anymore shares?

Answer: "No."

6. Why?

Answer:"BECAUSE WE ARE OPERATING ON CURRENT SALES SO THERE IS NO NEED."(now I like what I am hearing)

7. (Here comes the biggie...)Are you planning on doing a Reverse Split?

Answer: "No. I would not even consider it until we got above 1 to 2 cents."

8. Wouldn't we have at some point to move to the next level?

Answer: "Yes, but I would not do it now because I want to reward current shareholders. I don't think they would mind at that point, right?" (Not to mention, he's talking about a R/S that would be the next right step for the company. Hey, I couldn't believe my ears either, but that's what he said, and I'm sure he would tell you the same thing if you picked up the phone.)

9. Are we working on a diet drink, like Coke's Full Throttle(touched a nerve here)?

Answer: "Yes, being developed at this time using all natural sweeteners, unlike Full Throttle. Matter for fact, they don't even have ginseng in their product. We have done tests on 10 brands claiming to have ginseng in them and have found none. We will be releasing more info on this in the future."

10. Why would Coke lie?

Answer: "Costs. Ginseng costs XXX per pound. They are cutting corners and never expecting to get caught."(even if they do, the fines would be much less than the money saved)

11. What can we do to get Rushnets products in our stores(Kroger)?

Answer: "Take action. Go to the store and tell the manager you want Ginseng Rush back. Give them the website information. Every little bit helps. Tell them they will be able to get it through Kehe. Once it gets to the store, look for it in the natural foods section."

After that, we somehow got on the topic of naked shorting of the pinks. Here I touched another nerve and he told me in no uncertain terms what he thought. He doesn't seem to have a problem expressing himself. He's quite direct and doesn't seem to have the "SEC Fear" that other CEO's do. He's either totally honest or has no fear. In closing, I'm really glad I got off my tail and picked up the phone. I found out that Bob was extremely direct and to the point, which was refreshing. Alright fellas, here's the scoop...

Just off the phone with Bob (703.389.6625). Here's what he said about each topic.

Share Structure & A/S increase - he told me that he is working on a PR as we speak. He said that the next PR would explain ALL of our concerns. He told me that ALL of the numbers would be released...the A/S, the O/S, and the restricted...he also said the reason for the A/S increase will be revealed.

Distribution - he said that he had received my e-mail and they were making the list. He said they would release it when they are finished(I'm sure if he meant sent it back to me, or on the website, or what). I asked him is Ginseng Rush could be purchased in any gas stations anywhere and he said "no". He said that's what the ginseng packets are going to be for.

Lawsuit - he said that the lawsuit would not effect us and that really he didn't care about the outcome...it's just the principle of the matter. He said the court date monday was nothing significant and we would hear the outcome in a PR when it was all over. He said that it could be many years off.

Well, guess we shall see if he is a man of his word real soon. Honestly, after talking to Bob, the next PR will determine if I stay with RSHN or not. If he prints all the SS numbers like he said and gives a real good reason for the A/S increase I'll feel much better. I can't wait for the next PR!

Looks like heavy trading should occur Monday morning, with some taking their profits and running. This means more shares available to us. I wouldn't be surprised to see it go up to near .01 by the end of the year, with them getting Japan, the SW U.S. and the expo in Anaheim won't hurt, so the west coast can jump on board.

I'm thinking that the buyers will buy up the sellers with the news that came out Fri. Many people will be seeing this for the first time and wanting their shares. Me, I'm willing to buy up more of the sellers with no sleep lossed in the meantime. They have a brilliant story with proven success now.

OUCH!!!! It looks like it doesn't pay to try and go up against Pepsi. Based on these court documents Pepsi thought that RushNet's stuff was worthy of stealing!!!

Court documents indicate that Corr states that Pepsi broke into the RushNet offices and stole trade secrets.

If someone is willing to swipe the mans recipe, he must have some good stuff! I guess stuff like this happens when you don't sell out to the big boys and try and do it within your own company.

That Chicago U.S. District Judge John W. Darrah (312) 435-5619 [Federal civil action, No. 01 C-5684 ] for the Pepsi defendants' and their attorneys huge financial benefits, did Frauds Upon the U.S. Disdtrict Court and Obstructions of Justice, Perpetrated by Judge Darrah himself on his Own Court.

Judge Darrah condoned and acquiesced in, as stated, in the Complaint by Corr, that Pepsico and their attorneys arranged the burglary of most of Corr's office and benefitted from that.. Stolen were his trade secrets, confidential books and records, documents and papers.

All the burglarized items were delivered in garbage bags to the Pepsico attorneys who admitted they had the same but refused to return the original records to Corr despite his repeated demands.

Original records, rather than machine copies, are the most effectxive evidence to prove claims at trials and elsewhere. Original records are not as subject to dispute and rejection as machine copies would be.

Under a malign if not corrupt influence by the defendants, Judge Darrah cut short Corr from having Pepsi's attorneys adequately questioned.

Deprived of his records, Corr could not timely renew the registration of his trade mark as to which he sued Pepsi in the federal court. For many years previous to the federal case, "Red Bull" beverage tried to knockout Corr's tradema rk "Ginseng Rush". linked to his beverages marketed by Corr through his firm, Rush Beverage Co., Inc. Corr's beverage is made with American Ginseng, according to published sources, of a superior quality and more expensive than Ginsng supposedly in some other beverages with Korean Ginseng. Corr contends his beverage is good for one's health. On the other hand, "Red Bull" is reputedly heavily caffeinated. Corr says he is against other beverages which have almost a toxic level of caffein. Also , neither Coca-Cola nor Pepsi-Cola can legally clim their bubble water has any nutrition value.

Talking of sinking... It may drop a little but to the group, I really think this Corr guys is a fighter!

If the above docs are true... I think this guy is SO PISSED at them he will stop at nothing to rub it in their face that his drink is better.

If you research this guy, he is using a VERY OLD recipe (1969 I think it was)... And if Pepsi did steal some of his plans, I bet this guy will walk the world to make them pay! :-) (this may be his agenda in Japan) GO CORR!

If this guy is a fighter and a "go getter" like he looks... I think his company will go far.

Don't forget about good old Powell Crosley Jr. (Crosley radios) guys and gals... That guy was a fighter that never gave up and he brought in profits of 1.2 million during the depression due to his determination and making sure he priced things cheap enough for the common working man.

This whole Japan Ginseng market is targeted towards the working man who has to make long trips to/from work and work long hours... So as long as his product is priced correctly, he WILL GO far! You must remember the first rule of urban economics... "The best way to make money, is off a man who has none!" (Think about it)


Most of us only have 500.00-1000.00 tied up in this... Lets give the man a chance and see how his battle turns out... I think he will win!

07/03/2006- A beverage company believes it is on to winner with a new range of natural ginseng-based energy products.

US-based firm RushNet claims that its Ginseng Rush XXX and Rush Ginseng Cola XXX drinks have received a huge response from wholesalers eager to distribute the product globally.
"Following RushNet's entry into the huge Japanese market, the company has been inundated with calls from overseas distributors who want to sell our ginseng-powered, non-caffeinated, 100 per cent natural energy drinks," said RushNet president Robert Corr.

"Our energy-drink competitors rely on caffeine, which is harmful, especially to youngsters, in large doses. They have to put caffeine-warning labels on their cans."

Herbal juice drinks for adults, particularly buoyant in the US, are also beginning to develop in Europe. Popular US brands are SoBe and Snapple, and formulations include ginseng, guarana, echinacea and kava root.

Claims mainly focus on 'lifestyle' positionings (eg energising, stimulating, calming, relaxing) or are influenced by health (eg protection against colds and other common ailments).

Corr claims that the company's range of caffeine-free, natural energy beverages can provide stamina and performance by using herbs such as American ginseng, Siberian rhodiola rosea and Chinese peony root.

no kidding...look at hos much energy is in those volumes, compared to the rest of those history charts...this really just looks WAY over the top. I'll have to work on finding good points to buy on whatever dips i can find. (I've gotta find a way to bring my share total up by 3x without raiding my bank account.)

I think some people don't quite fathom the story here. Look at the chart below of Hansen Natural Beverages. If you had invested $10,000 in HANS just 24 months ago, your stake would be worthy $230,000 today. The same $10,000 would have yielded $575,000 if invested only 36 months ago. RSHN is to HANS as infant is to adolescent. Notwithstanding this, RushNet's few beverage products are of better quality than anything Hansen makes.

"GAMOOD: I couldn't wait any longer. I took my lunch and drove to 12201 South Western in Blue Island and lo and behold RUSHNET exists!!!!! I talked to them, brought back products, samples of the water, the extract and the Ginseng vitamins. The water tastes great and the cola is bottled in a glass bottle like beer. They couldn't have been nicer! This was the corporate office. They have a new distribution center opening soon in Janesville. In addition, they gave me their newest printed promotional material which talks about the product, nutritional value, etc., etc. I asked him about the expo and he said it's going great with interest from Hong Kong, Guatamala, Taiwan - with particular interest in the Hong Kong rep. The press release won't be today (as usual), but sometime next week after the expo. As for the Jewel things someone mentioned earlier, they have been presented, but I don't think the product is in the stores yet. The fax was going crazy while I was there and the place was chuck full of products, promotional items and upcoming new promotions. I think it's safe to say this is real and happening! I loved the water! Do your own DD!"

.07, That is one ballsy statement. Many things would have to happen for that. Rumors won't bring this stock to pennyland. I have been in this stock since .0005, I think some of this DD and info is getting ir-responsible. Some newbies will read this info and actually bet the farm on this stock. I have huge faith that RSHN has wonderful oppertunities, but it won't happen overnight. This reminds me of USXP, I rode that from .0006 to pennyland. Tons of hype and huge expectations. That stock went from .045 to .0095 in a few short weeks. Some people got really hurt when that happen. Let stick with the facts, and verify the PR's as much as we can, and make some money. Go RSHN!!!!!!. [Smile]

The gang on SiliconInvestor has been asking Robert Corr for this for a long time, and this week it should happen per the email they received on Friday from Tom S. at the HQ.

You have to appreciate that the people who went to the big Expo in L.A. are probably not pennystock players, per se. So their Buy-In to get in on the ride will keep building as they start seeing the price rising. Nobody likes to "..miss the train..", boat, whatever..!!! The really smart / saavy ones placed an order today, and will probably increase their holdings based on performance.

I think Bob Corr has built us a D-12 Caterpillar Tractor. We may not win any NASCAR events, but we'll shove the stinking MFMMMs and sputtering bash-n'-whine blockheads out of the way like so much gravel on a major construction site.

and they are holding it down he knew it before I called anyhow he says not to worry because with the News they have coming they wont be able to hold it down and they will be blown away
He also said they are going to accuire another brewery in California they are working on a deal out there and that they are mocking up the new cans and so on and getting ready to start brewing the Apple Rush!!

Robert Corr will be back on the jet to California again immediatley to go meet with companies from the Natural Foods Expo who want to do immediate business with RushNet.

Next week, Ms. Gillian Christie, CEO of the Marketing & PR firm just hired, will be in Chicago to meet with the crew at the HQ to get the ball rolling big time.

I did a comparison between BRVO and RSHN as best that I could. Here's what I came up with.

BRVO had about 101M shares in the float when it ran to $1.40 last year.

RSHN currently has about a 2B float(2.7B O/S, and 4B A/S). With this comparison being done, RSHN may see a .07ish top under the current share structure IMHO.

RSHN and BRVO are two different animals though. RSHN is already going global, which is a nice head-up on BRVO.

Going forward, I would like to see RSHN work on a share buy back over the coming year or so as they achieve profitibility.

TRIP REPORT: .. "..Wow..", that was fun.................

First of all the weather was grand, about 51, clear and breezy. My cousins have moved to a new building on North Marine Drive, that runs adjacent to River Drive, where they have a lakeside condo up around the 20th floor and an office in the same building for their medical practice. There's a big sailboat basin on the lake at that point. Valet parking undergraound and the who 'schlamozzle', so they are pretty fine digs. From their wrap-around windows you can see all the way from Buffalo Grove up north to the Indiana shore along the south end of Lake Michigan, and you can still hear the throb of a Harley running straights from down on the street. Their place is about 20-25 minutes N.E. from Greek Town over on Halstad Street, where the RSHN crew and I had lunch.

We had lunch at the Greek Islands restaurant, which is totally ethnic and serves absolutely delicious chow. The attendees were Bob, Gillian Christie, Bob's right-hand beverage marketing guru, Bill Daker, and yours truly. Bob's cell went off about 5 times during lunch; ..the guy is a buzzsaw of activity. Gillian would remind you of a young Mary tyler Moore, except blond - and very together. Bill must be around 40, athletic, clean cut with a pseudocrew cut, and looks like the guy who would carry the briefcase and the Uzi under his jacket in a Russian mob movie; very businesslike

Ladies and Gentelmen, ....we have a tiger by the tail..!!! Bob will be back out in CA shortly to cut more deals and tie up dangling participles, etc. I got the impression that the brewery deal(s) is/are very close the 'Alcoa dude' is a major player. There are clearly new products planned and new avenues of distribution for existing and new products in the pipleline. Things are BOOMING....

Gillian is both excited and enthusiastic about the marketing promotions for all of this, and their appears to be a slick new logo in the works.

The clunky old Y2K-grade website will soon be a thing of the past, development for the new one has already been paid for.

Every time I recommend a stock like I have with Hansen Natural (HANS:Nasdaq - commentary - research - Cramer's Take) ... there's always some joker who will slap you on the wrist for foolishly chasing momentum," Jim Cramer told viewers of his "Mad Money" TV show Tuesday.

So he's out of Hansen and giving you the next energy drink play, National Beverage (FIZ:Amex - commentary - research - Cramer's Take).

He said that the stock is at $11.60 and he believes it will "become a veritable growth machine" because of its energy drink Rip It.

The Fort Lauderdale, Fla., company recently reported pretty strong third-quarter results based on a fructose sweetener settlement that decreased its costs, but that's not organic growth. However, Cramer said that energy beverages could provide that growth.

Again, if this is correct, it looks DAMN good !!

Just check out the "Distributors" link at the top right corner... now just imagine RSHN hooking up with those distributors OVERNIGHT to distribute the ENTIRE LINE of RSHN beverages !!

(Pink Sheets:RSHN - News) has agreed today to accept the offer made by Michael Lynch of Lynch Partners One, LLC to purchase a 30% stake in the company's stock in the form of restricted shares. Grays Brewing news....


All told, Wisconsin brewers grabbed 14 medals in the 2006 World Beer Cup, second only to California's 25. The bi-annual competition is one of the three most respected beer contests in the world along with the Great American Beer Festival in Denver and the Beer Industry International Awards in England.

Gray's Brewing Company in Janesville re-joined the list of Wisconsin winners this year, grabbing a bronze medal in the Irish-Style Red Ale category for its Irish Style Ale. It took home a bronze medal in 1996 for its Oatmeal Stout.

"Like the name, Irish Ale, it's nothing fancy, just a great tasting sweet, caramel-y beer," said brewmaster Fred Gray.

Opened in 1992, Gray's Brewing has continued to rely on soda for about 85 percent of its sales. But its craft-brewed beers have enjoyed strong growth this year, up 25 percent so far, Gray said.

Gray is also excited that his Rathskeller Ale, the second-best selling tap beer carried at the UW-Madison Memorial Union, is now available in bottles.

I hear it's being very well accepted among the muckitymucks that can attend. I'll bet that will be an easy sell in upstate New York and Washington state..!!!

I love apple juice, so I'm certainly looking forward to being able to have some of that.

For breakfast this morning, I had an icy cold Organic Apple Rush instead of my usual OJ.... It was kind of tingly, like the apple cider that you buy from a roadside stand in Wisconsin in the summer time or a niche brand ginger ale without that huge sugar load you get from Schweppes or Canada Dry.

I think it will go over real well... I had the privilege of meeting Michael Lynch (..who was wearing his Presidential White House Seal logo cufflinks that his Dad's friend, Don Rumsfeld, got for him..) and one of the other RSHN Marketing guys, Brian, tagging along with Bob, while I was in Chicago. Sounds like things are busy-busy-busy to me. Maybe we'll get the big Purchase Order PRs next week.....

I also got to take my cousin Martha to that Greek Islands restaurant afterwards, which was a lot of fun. It was a cold, rainy, blustery day - so the hot food and cheery atmosphere of a Greek family restaurant was a welcome relief.

Soft-Drink Makers Changing Recipes After FDA Tests Find Benzene

May 20 (Bloomberg) -- Soft-drink makers including Safeway Inc. are reformulating soda recipes after U.S. regulators said amounts of the cancer-causing chemical benzene found in five of 89 beverages tested exceeded allowable levels for drinking water.


Levels as high as 79.2 parts per billion were found in some of the sodas tested by the Food and Drug Administration in the past month, compared with federal rules specifying less than 5 parts per billion in drinking water. There is no legal limit on benzene in beverages other than water.

While the levels ``are low and not a health risk, they are avoidable,'' said Laura Tarantino, director of FDA's Office of Food Additive Safety, in a conference call with reporters late yesterday. ``We insist that everyone should be doing everything they can to avoid the formation of benzene.''

Animal testing has found that repeated exposures to benzene levels above 80 parts per million -- 1,000 times higher than the highest level the FDA found -- causes rapid destruction of bone marrow and various blood diseases. Public health would be best protected by keeping benzene levels below 0.15 part per billion, according to a scientific paper published by the state of California in 2001.

``It's 15 years too late,'' said Richard Wiles, senior vice president of the Environmental Working Group, a Washington-based advocacy organization that recently pressured the FDA to eliminate benzene from drinks. Testing in 1990 first revealed that some diet soft drinks may contain benzene.

The testing and recipe changes are ``a good start,'' he said.

Vitamin C Reaction

Benzene can form in drinks when vitamin C or a similar acid reacts with benzoates, chemicals that are used as preservatives and are naturally present in cranberry juice, the FDA said on its Web site.

Makers of the drinks are changing their recipes after the FDA contacted them about the benzene levels, Tarantino said. The reformulated drinks are Pineapple Crush, Safeway Select Diet Orange, Giant Light Cranberry Juice Cocktail, Crystal Light Sunrise Classic Orange and AquaCal Strawberry Flavored Water Beverage, she said.

Safeway changed its recipe in April, prior to the FDA contacting the company, spokeswoman Teena Massingill said. ``It's been a concern within the beverage industry, so we evaluated all of our soft drinks and found that we needed to reformulate that one,'' she said in a telephone interview yesterday.

Attempts to contact Kraft Foods Inc., maker of Crystal Light; Cadbury Schweppes Plc, maker of Crush; and Meridian Beverage Co., maker of AquaCal, after business hours were unsuccessful.

Detectable Levels

Most of the drinks tested, 54 of 84, had at least some detectable benzene. Tarantino said that even when the highest levels were found, such as the 79.2 parts per billion found in the Safeway Select Diet Orange drink, there was no health threat, as it was unlikely that people would drink very much of it.

A wide range of benzene concentrations was found in different lots and batches of the same drink. That might be the result of different amounts of heat exposure, Tarantino said.

``It should be that even under abuse conditions you shouldn't get elevated levels of benzene,'' Tarantino said. She said the agency is working with trade organizations to ensure that drink makers change their recipes to eliminate the chance of benzene creation.
