Ok......so what happens if this company is going to make it real big and the cable and phone companies are in danger and offer Mr. Huff who is 39 making $400k a nice stock option and a bump on the salary and do the same for the others. If this would occur....it would be a disaster for GTE.....do you think this senerio is possible?.....Any thoughts???
Also, if a Oil company finds oil and a promising supply and requires financing to get started drilling.....do you think Mobil won't tell the banks to let the company hang and pay them off just to take over the business? This stuff happens all the time.....Look at all the Lobbiest......why have them when all they do is pay people off to avoid company issues.
Could the stock drop to $1.75 or even worse.....$1.50???? I hope not but then again....I haven't bought back in yet.

GlobeTel Wireless to Install $600 Million WiMax Wireless Network in 30 Largest Russian Cities Business Wire - December 30, 2005 10:10
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Dec 30, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- GlobeTel Communications Corp. (AMEX:GTE) today announced that its GlobeTel Wireless subsidiary has entered into a binding agreement to install wireless communications networks in 30 cities throughout the Russian Federation, providing broadband, VOIP and DECt technologies.
GlobeTel Wireless has entered into an agreement with LLC Internafta ("Internafta") of Moscow, Russia, whereby Internafta will pay to GlobeTel Wireless a series of four construction payments totaling US$600 million for the installation of an array of proprietary networks to be installed in Russia's 30 largest cities, starting with Moscow and St. Petersburg. GlobeTel Wireless will both manage the completed network and will retain an ongoing 50% shareholding in the operations of the network, allowing the Company to enjoy the significant benefits of the recurring revenue stream. GlobeTel plans to roll out the network in 3 stages, comprising 10 cities each, over the next 27 months.
Over the past six months, GlobeTel has had a number of key meetings with officials at various levels of the Russian Government, including senior members of the Russian Parliament (the "Duma") and various branches of the Russian telecommunications and technology establishment. In early October, following months of preliminary discussions, GlobeTel CEO Timothy Huff - along with GlobeTel Wireless President, Uli Altvater and Sanswire President Bob Jones - demonstrated a working version of the HotZone 4010 equipment that will form the backbone of the new 30-city network. At that demonstration, the HotZone 4010 system successfully provided internet and DECT phone connectivity inside the Duma Building, quickly establishing its capabilities and ease of use. Largely upon the strength of that presentation, GlobeTel immediately entered in substantive negotiations with a group of prominent Russian investors for the implementation of the network which has resulted in today's agreement.

The company's core products and services comprise telephony services that include international wholesale carrier traffic; networks; and prepaid calling services and IP Telephony. It offers prepaid calling services, which allow carrier customers and reseller customers to sell their own branded prepaid calling cards and allow their customers to make both domestic and international calls; and IP Telephony services, including conference calling, call forwarding, emergency services, voice mail, and multiple lines. ********** has built a massive database that collects, analyzes and publishes a proprietary SqueezeTrigger for each stock that has been shorted. The SqueezeTrigger database of nearly 500,000,000 short sale transactions goes back to January 1, 2005 and calculates the exact price at which the Total Short Interest is short in each stock. This data was never before available prior to January 1, 2005 because the Self Regulatory Organizations (primary exchanges) guarded it aggressively. After the SEC passed Regulation SHO, exchanges were forced to allow data processors like ********** to access the data.
The SqueezeTrigger database collects individual short trade data on over 7,000 NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ stocks and general short trade data on nearly 8,000 OTCBB and PINKSHEET stocks. Each month the database grows by approximately 50,000,000 short sale transactions and provides investors with the knowledge necessary to time when to buy and sell stocks with outstanding short positions. By tracking the size and price of each month's short transactions, ********** provides institutions, traders, analysts, journalists and individual investors the exact price point where short sellers start losing money and a short squeeze can begin.
Naked short selling is the illegal act of short selling a stock when no affirmative determination has been made to locate shares of the stock to hypothecate in connection with the short sale. ********** has built a proprietary database that uses Threshold list feeds from NASDAQ, AMEX and NYSE to generate detailed and useful information to combat the naked short selling problem. For the first time, actual trade by trade data is available to the public that shows the attempted size, actual size, price and average value of short sales in stocks that have been shorted and naked shorted. This information is valuable in determining the precise point at which short sellers go out-of-the-money and start losing on their short and naked short trades.
