GlobelTel Communications to be Featured on Discovery`s Science Channel; Segment Highlights Sanswire Networks` Stratellite Airship

(GTE, Trade) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary Sanswire Networks, LLC's High-Altitude Airship Platform, known as a Stratellite, will be featured on "Discoveries This Week" on The Science Channel, Friday, October 28, at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The Sanswire feature will also air numerous other times over the course of the weekend.
The Science Channel segment features Sanswire President, Bob Jones, showing the construction of the Stratellite prototype, "Sanswire One." Some beautiful swing plays the last 10 days. Nice overall trend reversal this week. This week GTE broke through 3 different resistance levels. I believe the uptrend this week was also fueled by some of the 3.5MM shorts covering before next week.
Possible PR's next week: 3Q numbers are due ISPCON Exhibition/StarteVOIP unveiling results Telecom05 starts Sunday and runs thru Wednesday(major announcement said to be planned for the Telecom05 Exhibition) Another new website is to be up and running by the start of Telecom05 Possible update on Military Prototype test flight Possible update on S2 Airship construction completion
Could be another great week. Keep it on your radar.

Another excellent day. Closed at $2.16, Up $.22 on 3rd largest volume day since listing on AMEX(2.8MM shares). Chart looks very strong. Still expecting substantiative PR's this week to fuel continued uptrend. Definitely keep on the radar for quick swings and overall uptrend.

Pagan, what price are looking to buy in on this next swing? You've been playing GTE wonderfully over the last few months. I am doubting that I will see my 1.15 again. My hope is for 1.50 on this next dip, we'll see what happens. My 401k is waiting, but getting impatient. lol

Just remember, I mentioned this when GTE was GTEL 6 or so months ago when I was holding 100k+ shares, the only thing that will make us fly is the strat. After proving successful, the new technology is going to revolutionize the world. The stock price lives and breaths the stratellite. When the second Qtr numbers came out the pps went down.

Peaser.. I'd call $1.90's for a swing if there is some sort of retracement to fill the gap that was left in the $1.90's by yesterdays run up. Looks to be only a moderate retrace so far today though.
Many things will determine if there is to be a continued uptrend. One is the US airing on the Discovery channel about the Stratellite Friday night with numerous replays over the weekend. Nice publicity from a reputable media outlet is always good.
3Q numbers due out at anytime before end of month. Big issue with the 3Q numbers will be amount of decrease in loss. If losses drop to anywhere near the million dollar range, expect a nice pop to help fuel uptrend.
And as you said, the only item that will blow GTE through the roof is Stratellite flight tests. Military Prototype is ready for test flight as per previous PR.
Sanswire 2 is waiting on Honeywell for guidance system, and delivery has already happened or is imminent.
With that said, I do believe we are on the cusp of a major run-up in accordance with chart history. Take a look at the 3 year chart below.

I can not deny that. I still believe that our 3rd Qtr profits won't be all that great do to paying for building, modifying and testing of S2. Once the military sees that S2 works, then we'll see a nice contract I believe. In 3 years, the share price of GTE should be pretty to look at IMHO.
We might see a little sell-off at the EOD as the amount of trades decreases. Not to worry though, the end of this week, or next week should be good. We're on to bigger and better things on the AMEX than in OTCBB land.
The chart looks good, just can not forget that we're dealing with a whole new group of investors now that we're on the AMEX.
I saw the piece that they showed on the Discovery Channel back in May I believe it was. The replay might not do too much for pps, but we will see now that Globetel is on the AMEX.

We need to clarify a couple things. The Military Prototype and Sanswire 2 are two seperate airships that have been built.
The Military Prototype was built to custom military specifications and is ready for test flight. Sanswire 2 which is complete, save for the status of the guidance system, is a commercial technology demonstrator. GTE had both airship building programs running parallel.
Secondly, when the Stratellite program aired in April/May, it was only broadcast on Canadian Discovery channel. It was not available in the US, other than an weblink. So this time it will be seen by a much larger market. Good publicity.

I thought that the first viewing of the strat on the Discovery channel would have an effect as well Pagan, The pps didn't react to the original broadcasting of the Discovery Channel's strat documentary when it first aired. It may have an effect now, being that GTE is now on a major exchange and people won't laugh at us for mentioning the stock to them. Going AMEX was a monster step in Globetel getting the recognition of being a contender.
Everything boils down to the strat's success. That is what continues to move the pps up, down, turns downtrends into uptrends, vice versa, and that alone. The cause of this last downtrend was due to a poor showing of S1 in California when Huff decided to show it before it was ready. This made shareholders a little uneasy, and after the move to the AMEX caused the price to fall. If the strat is not a success, Globetel will fail. I don't believe that GLobetel will fail though. I am just being open to all angles on the company. I have believed strongly in Globetel from when I first heard of the company, and still do. Once we get the BUGS worked out in the strat, we'll be off and running like we've never seen before. I am looking forward to those days, as all GTE shareholders are.

So it is your thinking that if GTE reports millions in profit unrelated to the Stratellite, that it would have no effect on the SP? Only Stratellite related news affects GTE SP? I can't agree with you there. Stratellite is the brass ring, but there are many other things that can and do affect the shareprice, just not of the magnitude of a Stratllite test flight. But by waiting on Stratellite news, you missed a $1.00 upswing in SP. I have been swinging GTE quite a few times and have done very well with it. I still maintain a core block of holdings in GTE that is averaged out below $1.50 a share.
There has been a tremendous amount of money to be made with the swings while many were just sitting on the sidelines waiting for Strat news. But everyone has there own strategy, and to each his own I guess.
It sounds reasonable that you saw the April/May airing on Discovery Canada, afterall, you live next to Canadian border. But I spoke with many GTE shareholders at the time of the airing, and the vast majority were NOT able to see it.

I have been holding this stock since last year. I have used it as a swing play and also kept a min no of shares and as most of us I think that the success of Stratellite is the only way that can make the stock price of GTE look pretty.
To your point Peaser - are you expecting any PR sometime soon that will be worth moving the stock price in the range that you mentioned.

Yep, the completion of S2 + S3, but before that I expect to hear some news of military contracts after the succesful viewing of the military prototype.
I'm looking for some good news early next week. Let's just hope my hunch is correct.
