DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 3, 2005--Orbit Drop Inc. (Pink Sheets:OBDP - News) has formed several revenue streams to build a solid base to offer successful franchises and enable Orbit Drop to build a company for the future. Orbit Drop drives revenues from its U.S. company owned drop-off stores, U.S. franchising and licensing agreements, International company owned drop-off stores, International franchising, the purchase of Success Direct and therefore revenues, private labeling of products, and buying product in large quantity for resale.
Orbit Drop's multiple revenue streams will be apparent as it publishes its financials.
Orbit Drop has decided on and is using a software company for its U.S. drop-off stores and franchises, and is currently in negotiations for an International software company for its International drop-off stores and franchising. The announcement of these software companies will come later next week.
Orbit Drop Inc. is a principal eBay drop-off service with existing stores in Dallas and Houston. Orbit Drop makes selling on eBay easy and convenient, giving customers the ability to simply drop off their unwanted surplus goods and turn these items into cash.

Orbit Drop Acquires Auction Gateway.com Friday February 11, 8:00 am ET
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 11, 2005--Orbit Drop, Inc. (Pink Sheets:OBDP - News) acquires Auction Gateway LP (www.auctiongateway.com). Auction Gateway has been selling through eBay for over a year and has a positive score of 99.3%. For the year of 2004, Auction Gateway posted revenues of over $210,000 in a single location.
Orbit Drop is excited about acquiring Auction Gateway. This is the first step in our plan to begin acquiring smaller drop-off stores and making them Company-owned stores. This acquisition will be non-dilutive to share holders; further details will be available at a later date.
Orbit Drop considers Auction Gateway to be a valuable acquisition because by using the existing marketing system and advertising network that Orbit Drop has already established, Auction Gateway should increase its revenues. Auction Gateway has never utilized a marketing program and has respectable sales figures but by establishing an advertising/marketing program the sales numbers should increase significantly.
Orbit Drop will commence the first stage of communications with area developers the first part of next week.
To date OBDP has received information requests for 380 area developers (15 stores per area developer) and over 1,000 single store franchise requests representing a potential of 6,700 franchises around the globe.

there's no way to get any real info on these people. i know they folded another company to start this one.. production, i think...was it film production? what did they fail at, and why? who knows anything? also, any news on the paris shop?
paris, of all places... seems like a delightful.. a delightfully, hilariously, bad spot for the online pawn shop... but i hope i'm wrong.. cause i'm sitting on some shares of this poop and they're stinking up my account. i should probably buy more, huh...
