MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 8, 2005-- EZ2 Companies, Inc. (OTCBB:EZTO), announced today that the http://www.ez2auction.com web traffic shows exceptional growth. EZ2 Companies announced Web traffic growth for its newly launched EZ2auction.com site, http://www.ez2auction.com. Traffic rankings according to Alexa.com were up to 110,726 from 679,000 most visited site. Reach per million users was up 467%, and page views per user were up approximately 430%. Our internal statistics for monitoring traffic also show dramatic increases since the site launch. "The increased traffic has led to a steady flow of new items for sale and new users. For our first week the indicators are better than we had hoped. We expect to launch a regional advertising campaign to increase awareness and customer signups," stated Otto Bethlen, CEO. The company intends to begin a search for a Chief Operating Officer and national sales and marketing director in the next few weeks. Both will help increase our exposure and user base.

The two sites I believe EZTO should focus on the most are ez2ask.com and ez2auction.com.
Typically, the stock market gives very high valuations to search engine and auction site stocks. GRU which we discovered at $8, just launched their search engine site in January and the stock already has a market valuation $88 million when the company has no revenues. AAC has a new auction site that is finally getting off the ground and the stock is already valued at $37 million. EZTO is only valued at $13 million with 12 different sites.
Advertising these two sites will help fuel the traffic to all of their sites. If you goto ez2ask.com, for example, you can see how EZTO links to the other sites in their community.
From what I understand, EZTO owns approximately 150 EZ2 domain names so they will be able to expand into just about any kind of business they want. For the time being, I think it is best for them to focus on the sites they already have and also look for more already established web sites they could acquire for restricted stock.
EZTO will finally have some major revenues once they close the acquisition of Jet99.com. In 2004 JET99 grossed over $1,200,000 in subscription fees alone, with projections to increase that number in 2005. Additional revenues will be generated through their world concierge services and travel sales. The world concierge service is a unique concept in the travel industry, allowing JET99 members to immediately receive 'live' support in nearly every spoken language, 24 hours a day.
We all know the kind of valuations online travel sites are worth. We all saw the move TZOO made to over $110 after I profiled it under $9.
EZTO had a lot of buying right before the close yesterday. I am telling you about it at the perfect time. The $0.10 resistance has already been taken out and I don't see any more resistance until EZTO is trading at much higher levels.

keithsan - in your opinion, what's a good entry point for Monday? given the possibility it will gap open, do you think it will pullback after the first hour of trading? i don't want to jump in too quick Monday.

I just want to thank you for your generosity in sharing with this online community of investors.
Penny stocks in general can be a perilous venture and you definitely are a beacon on the stormy seas. Not to say that we should not do our own DD, but to have someone to point us towards a good possibility is a tremendous gift.
thanks,

This company has like 0 revenue since 2001.
So why is this 11 cents?
BLYC should be like $2 a share then based on that!

Twas a forward split. When I fist posted (first page) explains more.
One of the reasons BLYC is not .11 is the OS 694,023,158 shares outstanding thats a lot of shares.
this is the OS/ float for EZTO: EZTO OS 107 mill with 66 mill resticted leaving less than 50 million float.
Entry point: If it doesnt gap I would buy. It should gap, buy on pullbacks. On friday this dipped down to .08+ and closed at .11 so there may be some range.

Golfman, your stocks just have to many shares for me, we play different styles, I like fundamentally sound before I look at a chart. for me that includes share structure. BLYC shares are above.
GWGO 7,887,071,081 shares of common thats HUGE.
WGFL November 18, 2004, 486,019,121 shares of Common Stock of the issuer were outstanding but then they filed an S-8 on 2/14 for 150 million more shares. and the CEO sold 10000000 shares on january 6th,
I'll stick with my plays best of luck

Question? Been doing some DD and surfing other boards with regard to EZTO. Came across a couple that mentioned an investor named Jonathan Lebed. Not familiar with him, so I checked out his websight. Just wondering if any of you have have heard of him, what your take on him is and what his involvment might mean to this stock. thanks

Type his name in Yahoo search engine. Not very good news! Lots of bad articles written on him.
The stocks he picked on his pages for 2003 I noticed most are down now after they climbed.
AVOID. Pick your own stocks. Never go by a guy picking them for you.
When someone does that what happens usually is someone pumps them up and everyone buys. Then all people sell and your left with a stock worth .00001

Phrog, read a few posts before where i state Promo:(I do not state his name, because i try to not promote these people)
that is ledbed, this is a paid promo, usually by money or shares, he began the promo on friday. There are many many paid to run "promos" Ledbed is just one of them, he promo'd SHRN at .007and it ran very very well. He's also promo'd some crap. Anyways, if you want some buy on dips definately don't buy into any am gap.
If you are worried, definately do not buy, trust your instincts and knowledge.
I have been telling people to buy since a penny and a half......and now we're at .11 with a promo starting......
