Ok, i hope this is a good start for u.....The chart looks great as well and imo this is cheap all the way to 2, as the company has talks to moving off BB to the nas or amex....(SEE presentation) I think a price of 5-10+ is achievable in 2005. No one knows about this company, fund managers Institutions coming in... Do your dd this is My best stock for 2005... (people laughed when i sad to buy hoff .32 little over a month ago and it hit 2.80 DFCTF is a 100x better of a company and looking for all time new highs this year.. As the law of price discovery states the stocks price should rise Now that people are discovering this company... Thats exactly why management is doing the visibility campaign......

Looks nice! Some good info there - very tantalizing. Chartwise, i'm lovin' this stock, too - look at the strong volume and strong close on Friday - definitely poised and building for SOMETHING. I'm in @ the mid 20's. This will be a stock I will definitely HOLD for both short and longer term gains.

Link for company plan to move exchanges, this will happen in next 2 months end of feb early march, before then i expect to hear possible oompany share buy back... The price will have to move to 4 before amex so get ready for a string of great developments... I also expect good news short term on mobil gaming contracts

With all that's going on with this stock, and the expected move up the exchanges, I can't see this stock sitting at this price level much longer.. Check out the DD and chart info I posted on the other thread...
Per the chart, you can see crossing the 200ma is coming this week. This will set off alerts and get this stock noticed, making .30's a thing of the past. Upper Bollinger band crossed Friday and today, closing above it today.

I try to help small investors with quality picks always encouragae all to do dd. I wouldnt think about selling under 1-2. When itgoes nasdaq it will be 4-10+

Well hasnt flown, but i figure company must be buying more shares here... Then they sell to institutions after they control float.... Insiders now own 60% n share buyback explains last few days....
If they control supply then demand increases they get thier 4 amex listing requirements

db, im adding on dips and will keep accumulating here.. Tuesday got orders for .26 .27 hoping to get filled.. I had order .25 all day friday and didnt get filled.... Expect plenty off good coming before and after share holders meeting this week.

The meeting friday will clear any doubt, do not get shaken out before mms want your shares. Look at 12/06 those that got shaken there were the mms red headed step children.. Insiders buying up float.....
Loeb & Loeb LLP in New , listen there is also many naked shorts here so road up will be volatile.... Look at 12/06 and remmber the lesson there ... MMs took it down to .15 and only minutes later it was .25 again... Do not get shaken they want your shares... As far as Amex goes i believe that will be the exchange.. Do not rule out the nas though.... They could have a second appeal to get back on nas and then would have a certain amount of days to get price over 1.00... Loeb @loeb powerful newyorkers.
all good be good buying is easy but holding is hard, the one who holds the tightest will have the biggest grin.....Many traders sold today who expected a big pop from roadshow... They are weak hands and good news coming for longs any day... expect positive developments this week into meeting.

The Company has received letters from three of the investors in its February 2004 private placement stating their desire to rescind their purchase of an aggregate of 11,200,000 shares in light of the Company’s subsequent receipt of a delisting notice from Nasdaq in March 2004. While the Company believes, based on the advice of counsel, that the Company does not have a legal obligation under the placement documents to refund the investors’ purchase, the Company is currently evaluating possible courses of action in response to the letters, including the possibility of returning all or a portion of their investment.

MMs are stealing shares nakeds get anxious because they all know friday will be monumental.... Nas relisting requirements revs projections.. My timing was off mixed up dates thought meeting was last friday..>>>its this friday.
,,,the grapvine chat has always been that DFCT got a raw deal getting kicked off the Nasdaq,,,when in fact ( flawed document disclosures or not ) ,,,the net asset value of the company more than met nasdaq requirements,,,,,,the facts are that nasdaq kicked DFCT off the nasdaq because the made no effort to comply with the sarbanes-oxley new rules of corporate governance,,( they are now in compliance with that regulation )
,,the purpose of this "special" shareholder meeting is to fix the legal flaws of the original reorganization last March,,,,,,, once that is completed on friday,,,,the whispers are; that Nasdaq will be satisfied and "RE list" DFCT and give them a period of time to get their sto euoraven: gonna try nas relist first then amex if doesnt work

,,,The management is not stupid about naked shorting,,,this crowd has had experience with multiple public companies,,(just look at the dozen or so profit centers they have taken public in china and america,,,,,the only way to combat that situation is to have the resources to tighten the float untill the shorting "party" no longer can take the risk of getting caught naked,,,most small companies do not have these resources,,,( this company has ),,if you look at the downtrend for the last 6 months on a chart with the chaiken money flow indicator,,,,its a massive green,,,when it should be red, (www.stockcharts.com),,,,the game is over for these guys anytime now ,,,
