2004-12-01 14:05:04 SoftNet Technology Subsidiary, WholesaleByUs, LLC, Experiences Better Than Expected Increase In Sales During The Start Of The Holiday Season Business Editors
BERNARDSVILLE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 1, 2004-- SoftNet Technology (OTCBB Symbol: STTC) (German WKN#: A0B7RZ) is pleased to announce today that WholesaleByUs, LLC (WBU) has seen a better than expected increase in daily sales for the start of the holiday season. WBU's actual sales meets projected sales figures for the month of November. But, early indications are that December should be stronger than expected. WBU was expecting sales for the first 15 days of December to average $8,000 to $9,000 with an increase to over $10,000 for the second half of the month. Based on these figures, sales for the month of December had been projected at $300,000. However, sales on Tuesday exceeded $14,000. Management is very optimistic about the continued increase in sales into and through the end of the year. An increase in Sales projections for December will be made only after daily sales continue to stay strong for a period of time. "Sales continue to increase and be stronger than management expected," said Mr. James M. Farinella, CEO/President of SoftNet Technology. "December looks to be very strong. New expansion plans appear ready to occur sooner than expected as well. The sooner we implement the new revenue generating systems online, the quicker sales will grow." Keith I am waiting bit longer to get back in I think it will drop to the bottom of the chennel. but L2 looks solid so it might not. the news today is typical of what we see before the stock goes down. I will watch it close but there is no doubt I want back in sometime soon.

Hello all, New to this board. I sold off as soon as it hit .15, then watched the show. I tried to buy back in at .134 with no luck, I finally got in at .142 with not even half my order filled. I think todays action may curtail the profit taking/panic selling. I dont think we'll see .130 tomorrow, thats my guess. Good Luck

I still dont have what I used to after that fiasco last week. I got robbed of my shares but this has taught me a valueable lesson. When the stock starts moving, you can easily get ran over by the freight train. Good Luck.

I've been buying and selling like a madman the last couple of weeks. I really hate doing that. I start out with a plan, but mostly it just resolves itself to churning my account. My broker and Uncle Sam are making money. bought in another 10k at .14 Crude oil prices have also caused my account to churn. Black gold, Texas tea.

Looking at the long term chart, we need to break over .20c If the Company is performing as well as they claim, we should be able to soon. (no promises) I dipped into my funny money and picked up a few more shares for posterity.
Now I have more shares than my Buddy, looks like he'll have to pick up the pace.

Hey Everyone - Was doing a bit of DD and noticed you all have an STTC board going here.
A question came up on RB that one of you might be be able to answer: How many shares have been sold into the open market this year and last? Also, how many shares has STTC issued this quarter. In case you have some feedback, please stop by the STTC board on RB (ragingbull.lycos.com).
Thanks,

That info will take some digging, I dont know offhand how many shares, if any were added over this last year, but you can bet now that I'm "in" I'll be watching for that kind of thing. If they decided in the future to dump more shares on the market, I'd bet the CEO wouldn't be buying if you know what I mean. He wouldn't shoot himself in the foot? ...or Would he? You may be able to find the info your looking for here... http://www.otcbb.com/asp/Info_Center.asp Look under filings, and good luck.

Firdt off get registered. Also if they are making the king of money they claim to be in the PR's there should be no reason to sell stock. Float is not bad and of course they had to sell some shares last quarter. Follow this link then you will not look dumb when the info is so easy to find. For God sakes it is not a pink. http://sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0000051387&owner=include

STTC share price is trailing off. We need some concrete numbers that will attract investors. At some time I'll pick up another 5k, then I'll have as much as I care to hold.
Investors get bored easily and go looking for the next exciting thing.
