STTC Subsidiary, WBU, Doubles Product Offering From 10,000 to over 20,000 Products
Monday November 15, 10:00 am ET

BERNARDSVILLE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 15, 2004--SoftNet Technology (OTCBB Symbol: STTC - News; German WKN#: A0B7RZ) announced today that WholesaleByUs, LLC (WBU) increased the number of products for sale to more than 20,000. A revenue model has been created for increases in product offered. However, a sales projection will only be provided after the initial sales from the increase in products actually materializes.
Just over 45 days ago, STTC's new wholly owned subsidiary, Wholesalebyus.com was offering only 150 products for sale on EBay.com. In just one short month, WBU has expanded its ability to provide increased exposure for other companies products on the Internet to Amazon.com and EBay.com. Now, the product offering has increased from 150 products to 4,400 to 10,000 and now to over 20,000 products. The genius displayed by the WBU management is not just in increasing the product offering, but increasing it at no additional cost to the companies that supply the product for sale through the WBU system.

In just the past week, the Company increased estimated sales due to the increase in sales that WBU was experiencing on a daily basis. These increases continue as expected. However, a revenue explosion with even higher sales figures is possible now that the product offering has been increased to over 20,000 products.

SoftNet Technology (OTCBB Symbol: STTC) (German WKN#: A0B7RZ) announced today that the President and CEO continues to purchase more shares of STTC. On Thursday and Friday last week and Monday this week; the CEO purchased an additional 40,000 shares of STTC at prices as high as $.126. Since August 18, 2004 the CEO/President has purchased well over 1,000,000 shares of STTC in the open market.

WholesaleByUs, LLC (WBU) continues to surpass previous forecasts in sales. In fact, WBU is already on pace to meet the new revenue target of $110,000 for the month of November. However, it is expected that the additional product lines that were added to the mix just yesterday (press release of 11/15/2004) could have a dramatic effect on the sales of the overall Company. This was cited by the CEO as one of the main reasons to add to his position at this time.

The CEO also mentioned that the expansion to the European Community expected shortly provides for even further optimism heading into the New Year. It is now expected that not only will sales not drop off in January, but they may actually increase. Further to this point, is the increased expectation to expand to the Canadian market much sooner then previously anticipated.

"The excitement within the Company continues to just increase on a daily basis," said Mr. James M. Farinella, CEO/President of SoftNet Technology. "I am just so excited to see our Company grow our sales at fantastic rates. What's even more exciting is all of the untapped growth that WBU will be bringing online in the coming year. The real explosion in sales is yet to come!"

What do ya think Keith?

Posted by keithsan on :

seems to be consolidating some sitting on .12 today, i still think we will run.

if you notice my first post or so, i thought it may trade sideways a bit then. i'm holding expecting bigger profits....

Posted by keithsan on :

hmmmm......not playing the way i expected so far today. will be watching closely, want it to close above .12

Posted by fishstix on :

IMO it went up to fast yesterday I only expected to see .115 no Monday but we got a lot more. But from looking at the way L2 ended we are sitting on support now so we are ready to bounce again if it holds and the selling dires up.

Posted by fishstix on :

Also we closed above the 10 day MA so we are still good but if it breaks that it may see .10 again before it goes up again. JIMO

Posted by keithsan on :

hey fish not the close i wanted....honestly still in tho, feeling my way. if it dips i want to be out to buy again, but if it runs i want to be already in....

I'm sure you know that when the 50 crosses the 200 on a breakup a stock can really move, so that is the dillemma

I had a eye on it and it looks like it might cross in two to three days. Overall we are in a uptrend but this could fall back to .10 very easy. I will be watching Thursday but if we hit .11 I will have a very hard time not selling.

SoftNet Technology (OTCBB Symbol: STTC) (German WKN#: A0B7RZ) is pleased to announced today that WholesaleByUs, LLC (WBU) generated record one day sales and in only the 17th day of the month, STTC, has already generated more revenue than ever recorded in a 30 day period. Additionally, the Company has recorded more revenue in any one Quarter with another 43 days left to go.

The Company recently projected sales at $75,000 for November and then just about one week ago increased them to $110,000. These projections have now been increased more than 100% to more than $150,000. While there is only 12 days left to the month, sales could actually approach $200,000 in November. Based on this second increase in sales estimates, it is now expected that STTC will generate more than $400,000 in revenue for the 4th quarter of this year. This is a 50% increase from original estimates. If growth in daily sales continues, another upward revision to 4th quarter estimates will be made.

On Monday, WBU increased the products offered from 10,000 to approximately 20,000. Daily sales have actually grown a larger amount than management expected after this increase in products. If sales just hold constant through the end of the month, WBU will easily meet the new target of $150,000. However, it is expected that sales should increase as the month progresses. If daily sales do increase as expected, then another upward revision will be made. November sales will now exceed the initial projections STTC had set for December of $150,000.

It is also now expected that STTC could continue to increase sales every month through and into 2006. With this current increase in sales estimates, SoftNet Technology will shortly announce an increase in December projections. Just last week STTC increased December revenue figures 50% from $150,000 to $225,000. However, The Company is already on pace to generate more than $240,000 in sales in a 30-day span.

"Sales are now getting to a point that they are exceeding even our most aggressive projections," said Mr. James M. Farinella, CEO/President of SoftNet Technology. "Management is at the point where we are no longer sure what the upward limit on sales could be in 2005 and 2006. It was great foresight for WBU to move to a new Facility in Phoenix, AZ in October. We are now able to handle any type of growth into and through 2005."

I did make bank though and that's better than a loss anyday....Congrats to you and the others that held....Nice tradin'!....I just played this one too conservative but I'm learning LOL . I'm watching at this point...if it dips in the 12s I'll try again. Bet it won't though based on the confirmation it painted today.....looks like it wil head north to me.

Take a look at IMNY and BFLY for Monday....both look ready to run....BFLY had a nice bullish confirmation today on slightly better than average volume. I'm in at 2.38 and looking for the fours. This is a low floater...it moves quick...also look at the 1 yr chart...holidays are coming.

IMNY has posted two hammers in a down trend. Looks like a reversal is imminent (SP?). In at 1.42....hoping to continue the channel to the mid twos.

All IMHO and BOL to all.

I am looking to sell half at .20 if/when we get there and see where it goes from their with the other half.

And Rapt I kept a eye on the chennel and since it did't break that it made it easier to hold. But bank is better than nothing I could talk all day about not taking bank and losing in the end, it is always much safer to take your gains while you can. Which is something I am still learning.

Great close today here Monday should be fun to bad I will be at work all day.

Posted by Raptorsrule on :

Fish....Good eye....I freaked out on the candlestick and forgot to look at the channel. Again Nice trading....

Posted by fishstix on :

Raptor I have been trying to make heads or tails out of stocks since January and the reason I am down is because I didn't sell when I had a nice profit. Or I got board and sold early, MBAH is one that I had at .035 and sold the morning it started to take off. And Qbid I sold 2 weeks before the 10 bagger run. Just learn to use the TA and talk with traders like Keith who really know their stuff and you will catch on sooner or later. Also go to diffrent boards and get diffrent points of views on trading. you will never go broke taking a profit.

Posted by fishstix on :

Looking at the chart and drawing some lines we could bounce off of the top of the chennal Monday and then head back down to the lower part of the chennal. So if it stalls out Monday I am selling off and hoping to get back in lower. Anyone else think this? On the otherhand if we see news Monday it could bust through the top of the chennal and who knows where it will go.

SoftNet Technology Increases December and 4th Quarter Projections by 100% - Today Will File 10Q for 3rd Quarter 2004
Business Wire - November 22, 2004 09:01

BERNARDSVILLE, N.J., Nov 22, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- SoftNet Technology (OTCBB Symbol:STTC) (German WKN#: A0B7RZ) is pleased to announce today that WholesaleByUs, LLC (WBU) has increased daily sales enough for the Company to increase projected sales for December 100% from $150,000 to $300,000. 4th quarter projections are also being increased from $250,000 to approximately $500,000.

The Company originally projected sales at $75,000 for November and then just about one week ago increased them for a second time to $150,000. Based on past performance, sales in December are expected to approximately double November sales. However, STTC management wanted to wait at least a few days after increasing the November figures to see if sales held form before committing to an increase for December to $300,000.

Based on this second increase in sales estimates, it is now expected that STTC will generate approximately $500,000 in revenue for the 4th quarter of this year. This is approximately a 100% increase from original estimates. This increase will also represent almost a 700% increase over revenue of approximately $71,000 generated in the 3rd quarter of 2004.

Third quarter sales were slightly lower than expected due to the move to a new facility in Phoenix, Arizona in September of this year. However, this move has enabled WBU to outperform all original sales estimates here in the 4th quarter. STTC management is in the process of adjusting original projections of $3,000,000 for the 2005 fiscal year upwards. STTC will provide revised expectations for 2005 once these new estimates can be generated from the continued flow of revenue data.

SoftNet Technology is also in the process of putting in place new procedures that should enable for a much quicker filing of the year-end 10K. The Company will attempt to have the 10K filed by the end of January. STTC Management wants the financial information given to the market as quickly as possible due to the large increase in operating revenue experienced in the fourth quarter. These quicker filings are expected to be the norm for STTC going forward.

SoftNet Technology Subsidiary, WholesaleByUs, LLC, Experiences Better Than Expected Increase In Sales During The Start Of The Holiday Season
Business Editors

BERNARDSVILLE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 1, 2004--
SoftNet Technology (OTCBB Symbol: STTC) (German WKN#:
A0B7RZ) is pleased to announce today that WholesaleByUs, LLC (WBU) has
seen a better than expected increase in daily sales for the start of
the holiday season. WBU's actual sales meets projected sales figures
for the month of November. But, early indications are that December
should be stronger than expected.
WBU was expecting sales for the first 15 days of December to
average $8,000 to $9,000 with an increase to over $10,000 for the
second half of the month. Based on these figures, sales for the month
of December had been projected at $300,000. However, sales on Tuesday
exceeded $14,000. Management is very optimistic about the continued
increase in sales into and through the end of the year. An increase in
Sales projections for December will be made only after daily sales
continue to stay strong for a period of time.
"Sales continue to increase and be stronger than management
expected," said Mr. James M. Farinella, CEO/President of SoftNet
Technology. "December looks to be very strong. New expansion plans
appear ready to occur sooner than expected as well. The sooner we
implement the new revenue generating systems online, the quicker sales
will grow."

thx for the news PHOENIX!!!!

news today! (obviously).

also insider buying on the 30th for 25,000 shares at .17, i was trying to point it out to a friend and they cut me off....

should be a solid week.

Keith I am waiting bit longer to get back in I think it will drop to the bottom of the chennel. but L2 looks solid so it might not. the news today is typical of what we see before the stock goes down. I will watch it close but there is no doubt I want back in sometime soon.

anything bellow .13 I am buying.

called that dip but didn't play it....

Hello all, New to this board.
I sold off as soon as it hit .15, then watched the show. I tried to buy back in at .134 with no luck, I finally got in at .142 with not even half my order filled. I think todays action may curtail the profit taking/panic selling. I dont think we'll see .130 tomorrow, thats my guess.
Good Luck

now i really wish i caught that dip....

Posted by fishstix on :

Looks like it is dipping again time to load up if we see .13 or below

Sorry about I just drew a line and .14 is my target entry anything below is a steal IMO

I still dont have what I used to after that fiasco last week. I got robbed of my shares but this has taught me a valueable lesson. When the stock starts moving, you can easily get ran over by the freight train. Good Luck.

Posted by fishstix on :

Just got some at .145. I thing .14 is the bottom this time around.

Posted by newbravado on :

I've been buying and selling like a madman the last couple of weeks. I really hate doing that. I start out with a plan, but mostly it just resolves itself to churning my account. My broker and Uncle Sam are making money. bought in another 10k at .14
Crude oil prices have also caused my account to churn. Black gold, Texas tea.

NEW

Ouch I am just going buy the channel. wednessday will tell me if I made a good choice buying in today if there is no bounce by Thursday mid-day I am out of here. but I expect a PR by then.

Posted by fishstix on :

bounced today see if it continues.

Posted by newbravado on :

Looking at the long term chart, we need to break over .20c If the Company is performing as well as they claim, we should be able to soon. (no promises) I dipped into my funny money and picked up a few more shares for posterity.

Now I have more shares than my Buddy, looks like he'll have to pick up the pace.

Hey Everyone -
Was doing a bit of DD and noticed you all have an STTC board going here.

A question came up on RB that one of you might be be able to answer: How many shares have been sold into the open market this year and last? Also, how many shares has STTC issued this quarter. In case you have some feedback, please stop by the STTC board on RB (ragingbull.lycos.com).

Thanks,

That info will take some digging, I dont know offhand how many shares, if any were added over this last year, but you can bet now that I'm "in" I'll be watching for that kind of thing. If they decided in the future to dump more shares on the market, I'd bet the CEO wouldn't be buying if you know what I mean. He wouldn't shoot himself in the foot? ...or Would he?
You may be able to find the info your looking for here... http://www.otcbb.com/asp/Info_Center.asp
Look under filings, and good luck.

Firdt off get registered. Also if they are making the king of money they claim to be in the PR's there should be no reason to sell stock. Float is not bad and of course they had to sell some shares last quarter. Follow this link then you will not look dumb when the info is so easy to find. For God sakes it is not a pink.

STTC share price is trailing off. We need some concrete numbers that will attract investors. At some time I'll pick up another 5k, then I'll have as much as I care to hold.

Investors get bored easily and go looking for the next exciting thing.

SoftNet Technology Wholly Owned Subsidiary, WholesaleByUs, Sets up New Customer Service Department - CEO Buys More Shares of STTC
Wednesday December 29, 10:34 am ET

BERNARDSVILLE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 29, 2004--SoftNet Technology (OTCBB Symbol: STTC - News; German WKN#: A0B7RZ) announced that WholesaleByUs (WBU) put into place a new customer service department in preparation for the New Year. Additionally, SoftNet CEO continues his purchase of STTC shares in the open market at prices as high as $.165.
Last week, new workers were added to build sales through the addition of new products and new portals. In preparation for this expected jump in growth, WBU added another person just to handle customer service for customers who buy products through the WBU system. Even though most of the sales are transacted through third party portals such as EBay.com and now Yahoo.com, STTC wants to make sure that WBU provides for the best customer care possible.

Back in October of this year, WBU moved to a new facility in Arizona to be able to handle growth going into 2006 and beyond. The customer care center was set up now to be fully operational in the first week of January 2005 because sales in the first quarter of 2005 should far outpace the 4th quarter holiday season of 2004 that is just coming to a close. Sales expanded much quicker than expected over the past 3 months and look to accelerate even faster in 2005. It was for this reason that the company added these new procedures and customer care service center now so as not to have an interruption in sales and service later.

"I continued my purchases of STTC stock this past week because of what I see as possible going into 2005 and 2006," said Mr. James M. Farinella, CEO/President of SoftNet Technology. "It is exciting to know that we have just added so many new procedures that will be in place shortly that should have a major effect on our growth going forward."

SoftNet Technology Begins Expansion of Wholesalebyus To European Market
Monday January 3, 2:30 pm ET

BERNARDSVILLE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 3, 2005--SoftNet Technology (OTCBB Symbol: STTC - News; German WKN#: A0B7RZ) today announces the expansion of Wholesalebyus (WBU) to the European Market. Shipping of the products sold will initially be sent from the United States.
WBU is in the process of finalizing an arrangement with one of the major express shipping companies for distribution from the USA to Europe. The new personnel that were recently hired by WBU will be working to list the different products already for sale in the United States for sale on the different URL's in the different countries in Europe. A start date for actual sales to be realized is expected in the next few weeks. In time, a new website with the .de will be setup for access by German customers. Likewise, additional websites (such as .uk for the United Kingdom) will be setup for all the different countries in Europe.

In the meantime, all necessary technical details are being put into place for sales of products from the European Union to consumers of the European Union. These sales will be run through the Frankfurt based Subsidiary from a fulfillment center set up by the Subsidiary in Frankfurt, Germany. Holtermann & Team GmbH is in the process of changing It's name and financial year-end from March 31 to December 31. The new name of the German subsidiary will be released to the public when the name change has been approved.

The expansion to Germany and Europe is expected to yield great results due to the extensive contacts developed by the Managing Director of STTC's German Subsidiary. Much of the setup work has been completed at this point. In fact, there are already numerous businesses that currently will provide product for WBU in Europe. It is expected that once sales begin overseas that additional countries will be added at a rather quick pace.

STTC Subsidiary, Wholesalebyus, Signs National and International Shipping Deal with DHL
Friday January 7, 3:49 pm ET

BERNARDSVILLE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 7, 2005--SoftNet Technology (OTCBB Symbol: STTC - News; German WKN#: A0B7RZ) wholly-owned subsidiary, Wholesalebyus (WBU), today announces the signing of a new exclusive shipping arrangement with DHL for the shipment of goods purchased through the WBU system.
The shipping arrangement is for both the United States and Internationally. This final hurdle clears the way for sales to actually begin in international markets. DHL ships to well over 200 different countries. This aggressive pricing plan entered into with DHL was instrumental in many ways. Specifically, DHL was able to provide such fantastic pricing that WBU will not only be able to compete pricing wise in Europe, but will actually have a competitive advantage. To make the purchase of products through the WBU system even more attractive, WBU will cover all broker fees for products shipped to Europe.

Domestically, this shipping deal means many things to WBU and the customer. Products will reach the customer much quicker than before. Secondly, WBU drastically improves profitability through lower shipping costs. Through this aggressive pricing plan, DHL has even agreed to provide some of the shipping supplies necessary for delivery of the goods to the customer. Again, this further increases the profitability of WBU. DHL is able to provide WBU better pricing than all of the other express shippers and even the post office.

"To be associated with such a reputable shipping company like DHL is really special," said Mr. James M. Farinella, CEO/President of SoftNet Technology. "With the Marketing plan and shipping and distribution in place, STTC is really poised for a special year. Sales should explode more than anyone ever

STTC Wholly Owned Subsidiary, WholesaleByUs, Expands Distribution to BizRate.com - CEO Purchases More Shares in the Open Market
Monday January 31, 3:00 pm ET

BERNARDSVILLE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 31, 2005--SoftNet Technology (OTCBB Symbol: STTC - News; German WKN#: A0B7RZ) announced today that WholesaleByUs (WBU) expanded product distribution to www.bizrate.com. On Thursday of last week, the CEO purchased an additional 38,300 shares as high as $.22 a share. He has now purchased about 100,000 shares in the month of January.
BizRate.com has developed one of the most powerful shopping search engines known as shopzilla. This shopping search engine directs buyers to a list of vendors and products that a consumer is looking for. Then the consumer makes his/her purchase directly from a vendor's shopping site. BizRate makes money by charging for each click through to the vendor's shopping site. WBU has experienced a very high amount of traffic in just the few days that WBU has been listing through BizRate.

Sales in the past week have begun to expand at an accelerated rate. It has been about 30 days since the aggressive expansion to new portals began in late December 2004. It normally takes 30 to 45 days to see a jump in sales after certain portals and new products are added. It also now appears that WBU's 1st quarter 2005 revenues will surpass 4th quarter 2004 holiday revenues.

Revenues should continue to increase at a quickened pace, in the coming months from all the new portals that were added in the past month. Then an additional increase in revenue should be realized as TVA Productions starts the Marketing Blitz in the coming weeks for SoftNet Technology. New additions and adjustments to the WBU website will also contribute to the growth. More products are expected to be added in the coming months as well.

"The same things that I began to see happening in October and November for WBU are now happening again but on a much larger scale," stated Mr. James M. Farinella, CEO/President of SoftNet Technology. "We have expanded our operations at a tremendous rate. I continue to see more and more potential for the future of SoftNet Technology and our subsidiaries."

Tuesday February 8, 4:00 pm ET

BERNARDSVILLE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 8, 2005--SoftNet Technology (OTCBB Symbol: STTC - News; German WKN#: A0B7RZ) announced today that WholesaleByUs (WBU) expanded operations this week to include a new procedure called Co-Branding. This allows other companies and even individuals to use the WholesaleByUs software to sell WBU or their own products through the WBU system.
WBU will set up the Co-Brander with an account on the WBU System and provide the Co-Brander with a list of the currently available products. By next week, WBU will have setup and operational more than 10 Co-Branders. The company or individual (Co-Brander) will be free to upload the WBU products through the WBU system and onto other portals as well. Because of the volume of sales that will be run through WBU, the Co-Brander will be able to sell these products at a discount to what the Co-Brander would otherwise be able to sell the products for on their own. All fulfillment will be handled by WBU.

Additionally, this will allow Co-Branders to upload and offer their own products for sale through the WBU system. The benefit to the Co-Brander is that as they upload products into the WBU system, they will instantaneously be selling their products through numerous portals here in the United States and Internationally. WBU will be providing the largest and widest coverage and distribution on the Internet for individuals and companies

BERNARDSVILLE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 31, 2005--SoftNet Technology (OTCBB Symbol:STTC - News; German WKN#: A0B7RZ) is pleased to announce today that Softnet has generated Its best ever Quarter in revenue with the month of June still left. Sales in less than the first 60 days of the second quarter have surged past $300,000 compared to the $234,000 for all of the first quarter of 2004.
The $300,000 plus in sales for SoftNet is estimated and not reviewed by the Company Auditors, but should not vary more than a few thousand dollars. This $300,000 plus figure also includes only revenue that will be counted for reporting purposes with our quarterly reports. Total Internet sales (not just product shipped) for WholeSaleByUs (WBU) would take this number much higher if counted. Indigo is also seeing a surge in sales, which is significant due to the high profit margins of their business model.
