They are selling to Aston Martin. Ford owns Aston Martin. Ford could negotiate a deal which would take Glassman to a new tax problem or Ford could be designing their own version of SMTR. Nonetheless, there's just too many other markets available for this not to take off. I'd love to be a salesman and say to prospective clients. "Aston Martin has been using this for years".

glassman,
why bother to reply to such childness. one need not explain onself to others. i for one find it hard to believe that someone with your talent would give advice freely so that others may profit. very admirable. i made 95% profit from your smtr pick. thank you much. plan to use the profit the end of october on my vacation to Cancun. (part of my cardiac rehab.)

RICHMOND, BC, Sept. 27 /CNW/ - SmarTire Systems Inc. (OTCBB: SMTR) reported today that it has signed a settlement agreement involving all current debenture holders. As part of the settlement, recently filed legal actions against the company have been withdrawn. The settlement involves amended conditions to the conversion of current debentures, an immediate exercise of approximately 18.2 million warrants and a lock-up provision that establishes a daily limit on the number of shares that can be traded by the debenture holders.

Robert Rudman, President and CEO of SmarTire Systems, said, "We are very pleased that a mutually acceptable arrangement has been agreed to by all parties. This agreement with the debenture holders is a positive financial solution that enables us to concentrate on building a successful organization and shareholder value. The debenture holders have been extremely supportive to-date and we greatly appreciate their continued support as SmarTire aggressively pursues an increasing number of exciting business opportunities."

What does everyone think of this?

why would they be out of business? you know there are cases where companies have won libel suits against bashers that supply false information.

the operative word being FALSE....LOL

how many more times do you think the mods will wipe your posts before they get tired of your childish behaviour?
