This news can be seen on Yahoo financial. Can't understand why this co is doing so bad. One bulletin board put out the news Monday that there would be a big sell off on Tuesday. And you see it dropped. Panic I guess. Seems someone is trying to do this co in by putting out bad news. It seems to be a very good investment.

Nu-Trader, the reason it's going down is because everyone in at .004 is selling or has sold, which drives the price down.

It appears we are heading down today again. I suspect we will be in the 0.0055 to 0.006 range by the end of today or tomorrow on current trend.

More info found on raging Bull bulleting board. Looks as if someone is trying to lower prices so they can buy at lower rate.

"Perhaps you missed this too:
"The Company believes the per-share price should be in the $.03 to $.05 range, the share price was recently at $.05. The Company knows the only way to rid TSBB of the ``SHORTERS'' is to acquire assets, revenue and show earnings. The Company is taking the steps necessary to fulfill those requirements. The Company also needs to have sustained retail buying. It is our sincere hope that our current shareholders as well as potential investors will see the intrinsic value of TSBB and ``BUY'' at the current levels, which are severely depressed."
"The 10Q showed a 511% increase in total assets over the same quarter in 2003 and a 705% increase compared to the Company's year-end of June 30, 2003. James V. Sadrianna stated, ``This quarter fulfilled our earlier expectations of increased asset and shareholder value. Next quater should be even BETTER.

At a minimum TSBB should be trading in at least the .02 - .03 range. There future is TOO Bright! And unlike other Penny Stocks this one does not have Billions of Shares OUTSTANDING like most of them do. Only 250 mil.

Don't much matter now -- headed back to support at 0.005. Too bad, I really thought it would have steem enough to run more than a single day, or at least not tank immediately thereafter... Now, a dip too low, news on how recent aquisitions are going (or upcoming ones), or a date when G. Cummings CD will be released might spike it up again, but I doubt there's much else to keep it from stabalizing at support. However, I certainly don't see it going below this any time soon. This does seem like a pretty good long-term play right now -- can't say that about too many of these micros...

This is classic! I would NOT want to miss out on this ludicrously low PPS the MMs are handing us right now with TSBB!! It's now down what, 75-85% in 3 days on NO negative news (previously up on nothing but positive news)? What does history tell us about such exaggerated situations? JMHO, but if this isn't a golden opportunity, tell me what is right now, and I will promptly buy it. And don't think we'll not see another 98% day soon, as we did Monday. For, as the CEO said himself, TSBB should be trading in the .03-.04 range... How many bags is that, folks?

Well, I sure wouldn’t wanna be left out in the cold on this one over a long weekend, what with all the positive news brewing with TSBB. If it does dip even more tomorrow, I envy those with available funds – and available wits – to buy in at these egregiously low prices... Day traders getting stuck and robbed from last Monday’s pop I can certainly live with, indeed smile at, but any “long” that sells instead of buys at these levels is indeed a short-sighted fool. Remember, it is the inherent nature of micros to see heavy swings from one eventful day to the next. In fact, I sold 75% at 0.0095 on Monday (averaged at 0.0041) because I knew it would retrace later in the week (most 60+% days in micro-land experience a 35-40% retracement over the following few days), but bought 950,000 more today at 0.0063 to add to my core. This price will be simply unobtainable in the coming weeks, folks. Good luck to all – this one’s a keeper!

Great day for a Friday, Tuesday looks good

Hey Cabbage, Your a smart guy, I read your post about BRGE, and NITE. I also noticed those guys JEFF and JPTC following along.

I see BRGE up at 1.01 on ask and at .001 bid

Looks like he's waiting to pounce again, like a snake up a tree....LOL

Good weekend all,

It was nice to get home and see a 33+% gain today (I guess there were more intelligent buyers out there than mid-week action led me to believe). Looks like TSBB is now primed for yet another great early-week run on Tuesday... Just remember, as I've said before, do NOT be discouraged by the inevitable profit taking. If you feel it right to sell on a 40+% pop, feel free -- just be prepared to get right back in (with your free shares) no later than 2-3 days thereafter (this is the average window for consolodation/rebasing for resumtion of the trend). On the other hand, this one looks to be one of the few micros out there these days one can feel comfortable just being long on. Again, I suspect .02+ will be obtained and supported by the end of June, and certainly tested by then...

I'm feeling better and better about this stock all the time (of course, the fact that I'm up 110% in 10 days don't hurt either). I suspect that .006 was the bottom, now support, and that our next level of meaningful resistance is around .015.

The hardest thing now will be determining the retracements from what I'm sure will be a good number of 40-50%+ gains over the next few weeks. While I have no problem simply going long here, you really should bail with 2/3-3/4 on days like that, and get back in 2-3 days later. The danger, of course, is risking that you won't miss another run. But perhaps with the many PPS-popping PRs that are sure to come out in June (see recent news), it's just better to sit tight on this one for now...?

Anyway, if you're in here under .01, your probably sitting pretty for at least another month.

GLTA this week!

Hi,

I've been following a few of these "micros" over the last month or so (I'm looking to recoup some losses incurred in the pennies), and have heard/read a lot of positive things on TSBB lately. I'm just wondering what might be a good entry point come Tuesday, or should I wait till later in the week?

Thanks,
Seymore

Seymore,

If you can get in below .008, then you should be swell, IMHO. Remember, the CEO gave guidance for this thing to be trading upwards of ".03-.05", and that's a pretty good chunk up compared to our current ".008"!

Good luck, and never invest more than you can afford to loose!

Hey Seymore, if you want in this one, you'll NOT want to wait till later in the week, I think. It closed on Friday at the HOD, which means it was not bought up by "daytraders" (they NEVER have the sack to hold over the weekend, let alone a long one), but by those, like me, who see this going back up to its rightful trading range (i.e., at least .03-.05). I could be wrong, but I think this one's gonna gap tomorrow and the serious buying will start kicking in from there (by those who were too touchy-feely to get in in the 60s/70s). Only thing, I wouldn't try playing the peeks and vallies on this one, especially when the medium-to-long term potential is so great, and when the PRs -- and TSBB likes to put these out often -- move this as greatly as they've recently done... So, sure, if you can get in below .008, by all means do, but right now anything below .01 is a very reasonable buy!

Does anybody hold these micros -- the good ones -- for more than a single day? Does anybody read the news, charts, financials, recent volume, etc., etc...? Does anybody care to make more than 10-20% when 800% is very feasible in a month or two? ...Does anybody out there have a brain? Today's retreat (albeit slight), when a proportional advance to the above target is logically in order, is indeed a sad commentary on the collective state of our current investor intelligence...

In micro-land, the MMs always have the upper hand. I wasn't able to follow this thing all day, but I did see some good buys go thru on level II early on. I imagine the MMs figured, given last Friday's strong close at the HOD before a long weekend, that most expected a run up from there (i.e., from .008). It didn't happen. Next thing I know, it's 3PM and I'm seeing sixes again. My point is, I think they walked this down and are quietly accumulating, as they know this one will be big this month/summer. I've come accross nothing negative on TSBB, from the chart (excluding today's dent), the news, the fundamentals, the O/S, etc. to justify today's relapse. I hope no one is fooled by such manipulation and certainly hope no one has sold for a loss at these ludicrously low prices! For that, there is no excuse, save ignorance from a lack of DD...

Also, Bagram, I really don't think TSBB is a P/D, nor does anything posted here (I've read thru all the posts) seem to qualify as the former. Nothing outrageous has been posted but, rather, only what seems reflective of what's been going on, and been given by, the company. I think the general consensus is that TSBB is solid and will soon regain its prior [PPS] level of last Febuary (i.e., before they became subjected to heavy naked shorting on the German Exchange), as stated by its CEO -- ".03-.05".

Bagram- you've only been registered here for three weeks! I've read many of your posts, and agree with some of what you have to say about some other stocks, but I really don't think that there's any unwarranted pumping going on regarding this one. This stock has taken an unjustifiable beating, and is due for some big days ahead- when is anyone's guess, but it will happen.

Don't loose the faith, people! TSBB is as great a buy now as it was a week ago, even better since it's now on sale. I'll expect another lack-luster day tomorrow (Fridays usually are for the pennies/micros), with more sideways trading around support at .0060-.0065, then a steady rise up starting next week. This is one to hold (save perhaps breifly on irrational spikes) till late summer, I believe. Again, read the PRs, the finacials, and gague where you feel the officers are coming from. I think they're really determined to get this back on track (after the assault incurred from all the recent naked shorting)... This might just be the one to make a real difference in your life -- that's what I'm looking for. 1 1/2 mil. @ .006 now (hopefully more of the same after tomorrow).

Great post, Egbert. But those people will be kicking themselves in the A** when they wake up one morning and realize that they can't get back in at anywhere near where they got out last, and that their two or three 20% gains have cost them much more than they have made them.
By the time this one soars, they will have turned $1000 into $1200 into $1440 if they are lucky. If they feel that they can buy more shares for less later, they will sell. That is logical to them, and works well with many other penny stocks. It's all a calculated guess either way, but on this one, IMO swinging TSBB for small gains right now is no different than playing with fire while wearing handcuffs and leg shackles. They are letting their emotions (namely lust for the quick buck) cloud their own rational judgment (the reality that this one is worth much more than what they presently sell it for). Hopefully for their sake, they will set their 144% aside and know when to throw it back in- even if they have to pay a 60+% premium over their initial entry position for getting back in late. Sometimes today's winners, prove to be tomorrow's losers- and vice-versa. Time will tell- and most likely vindicate us 'longs'.
