I hope they never make QBID their #1 choice. If CLSI is any example then keep away from QBID. CLSI is trying to do the limbo. How low can I go. To me when someone puts a stock at #1 for the month. It shouldn't go down. But, again maybe they meant # one in going down. QBID never let them make you #1. It seems to me that when I buy a stock that all think is a #1 it goes down. The stocks that I buy that are scams go up. So I guess I had better stick with the scams. QBID .12 by the end of may. Of course my opinion only. I want CLSI back up top to show people what that group picked as their stock of the month.

Whatsamatta Bart? I'm not sure why you think QBID is a scam.....
i got in a long time ago and am holding for at least a nickel.
i don't follow the prowler but i expect they'll have QBID on the list soon if they do pink sheets......
this isn't about my CMKM/X comments this morning is it?
in any case, you should try to calm down and relax dude.......high blood pressure is a real killer.....

I do not know anything about your CMKX comments nor do I care. If I thought it was a scam I would not have bought it. I tried to say that a lot of people think that QBID is a scam. Read the QBID thread and you will see what I am talking about. They are by no means a scam. QBID is the real deal and I am holding for way more than .05. Oh I do not have high blood pressure.

I just want to let everyone to know that prowler selected CLSI as their #1 stock for the month. It seems to me they could have done a lot better. #1 means it should do better than allllllll the others. I can not see that happening period. It was funny how they made there call after the close friday. After it had been up for three straight days. Oh thats right it was up because of anticipation of them (CLSI) being selected #1. I really beleive that one.

I would think it was up because all their buddies bought it last week.

Then of course they post it then all the suckers run after it.

They buy into the buyers who are then sellers from last week.

Then as we can see the stock settles back down to where it was and will probably even go lower as those who bought in at or near the .04 level panic and sell.

I look to get back in in the .01 to .02 range... May not be so boring from there.

Watch....

OK--
i buy for long AND trade both.....
i have some tucked away that i won't sell till late summer or 7cents...
Blue in Mich? made a better trade than i did on this run--- i sold 70% of my holdings at .037 the rest are all "free" and in a separate account from my online acct.
i follow this technique with most of the stocks that i talk about here.....
it gives me more discipline in my trading--

i am riding "free" HQNT shares now too.... and hunting for "next big thing" LOL any suggestions?

I'm looking at getting back into CLSI. Prices are back under .03 after people have taken their profits from the recent jump. I'm thinking of trying to get back in for .025-.028 range. Too high? too low? or just right?Any input will be helpful, thanks.

Hard to say with CLSI - I suspect if you're patient you can get an order filled at .024-.025 over the next week. I doubt it will go under .023 over the next 2 weeks, but - who knows, that's just my guess. I expect there will be rock-bottom support at .02, but hard to call where it will bounce around in the .02's over the next few weeks. I rebought @ .0255 last week, will hold for awhile this time.

CLSI definitely seems unsure which way it wants to go lately. Sitting around .03, appearing equally likely to bounce up or down. I wouldn't mind if it just held .03 for awhile and showed some bottom support there.

On a tangential note, a tough week to be a careful, considered "value" investor. CLSI, NWD, HOM are my 3 biggest investments, and have managed to lose money this week despite very good news and profit potential. I wouldn't touch it with a 10-foot pole, but meanwhile - QBID seems to be nearing a market cap somewhere between GE and Microsoft. Unbeleivable.

have no idea why, but - bid and ask for CLSI just plummeted to .024, out of the blue. no news that i can find - just suddenly... dropped. ask has since bounced back at .029. odd. maybe a chance to pick up some cheap shares, if anyone's interested

these sudden "blips" in market prices are... odd. i happened to be watching clsi this am, and it was: trade at .031, followed by immediately the bid+ask plummeting to .024. since recovered, basically back to the same place we were last friday. these sudden surges and plummets are hard at least for me to understand. like virtual particles bursting up out of the quantum foam, seemingly out of nothing, before receding. why, out of the blue? no news or anything. seems like some of it is the *perception* that "something is happening. someone sells at .024 immediately after .031, and people think "crap, something is going on, i'm dropping the ask to .024", maybe? or just MM's playing games? dunno.

similar deal for ALMI about 2 weeks ago: suddenly rocketed up from .19 to .253 in half an hour, on no news, before dipping back. i'm probably making too much of nothing, but just strikes me as - odd.

CLSI is being very quiet lately, almost a month and a half with no PR which is a bit long even by Clancy standards.

It looks like next news may be in a few weeks when their next quarterly should be out, will be an interesting one.

wow, didn't think we'd see .021 on this one for awhile - have been trying to buy more but can't get any .022 limit orders filled.
10Q should be soon, and will be interesting on this one

A pretty big 10Q should be out this week. Right now CLSI is threatening to go sub-.02. Had a big run up with that sleazy prowler website, since then has dropped faster than Maurice Clarett's GPA. now at the ".02 crossroad": will it hold the "normal" .02 support? Will .02 break pretty easily if the 10Q stinks? Will it bounce right back up towards .03 if the 10Q is good? Dunno, will tune in later this week to see, the "Battle of the .02 Corral" should be interesting. My minor hunch is that it will be a pretty good 10Q, but that people might have to read closely to realize that it is indeed a good 10Q.

10qsb out after the bell:
http://biz.yahoo.com/e/040520/clsi.ob10qsb.html

have barely glanced at it yet, but initial indications are that it's not earthshaking but that it's pretty good. revenue/income up, UTS doing better and bringing in more, remit-on-line pulling in some. costs are up but GA is down. some concerns, some bright spots, things look good for the future, yet another profitable quarter.

starting to feel like greggdogg here, carrying on a conversation with myself, heh...

read the 10q fully, and - i like it. the biggest down point is that it's pretty clear that cost of revenue has moved up to the upper 30%'s and is likely to stay there. the two biggest bright spots imho are that UTS seems to have turned the corner to profitability, and that remit on line is going well. this will certainly help in future reports.

for the nth time this month wish Purl was here to provide better background, but: my impression was that this may have been the first time the investment in UTS actually paid off in terms of adding to clsi's bottom line, instead of dragging it down. also have to like that remit-on-line is bringing in cash, hopefully some of the other new programs will do the same.

while 10q's of course always have those forward-looking statements, it's clear from this that they are expecting growth, and it's hard to argue. clsi seems to have barely scratched the surface in terms of equipping cities to bring in profits via their parking systems, would be very surprised if they didn't continue to grow and put out even better 10q's in the future. now, just have to keep a close eye on those 'costs of revenue' and try to reign them back a bit to the mid-30%'s.

I got in today at .021 and .023. Just read thru filing quickly. Good solid steady progress but probably not enough for a big bounce. We need some more contracts for that.

This stock really responds well to news. I'll just wait a while.

what if a 10q fell in the forest and nobody cared, does it still make a noise?

heh - no volume, no pps change; guess the 10Q didn't exactly create a tsunami of unbridled exuberance rushing down wall street

not knocking clsi, i'll continue to hold and i like the stock. mostly was just commenting on the lack of interest generated by their 10Q - barely any trades at all on friday after it was released
