I am working on a profile for CLSI stock.

A 10Q was released yesterday which will cause
stock prices to escalate sharply, so I want
to get this information out quickly to afford
readers some advance notice.

CLSI is a very safe long term investment.
Black ink (profit) all year with revenue
growth somewhere around 85% to 90% over
the year 2003.

This stock has been briefly discussed here
in the past.

Decent buy price .25 to .30 per. CLSI should
move up to .38 to .40 fairly soon, but will
probably become stuck there for the better
part of next year. CLSI is having trouble
breaking through the .40 per share barrier.

Two SEC fiings you should read. First is
their just released 10Q, second an amendment.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/789318/000078931804000001/a10k.txt
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/789318/000078931804000002/0000789318-04-000002-index.htm

Have a look at CLSI. This one strikes me as
a very safe long term investment. CLSI will
be very slow growth but your risks are low.

We have accumulated 20,000 shares and are
working at accumulating more. Initial buys
were at .22 per share but this was a couple
of weeks back, and took a full week to do.
We had better luck at .25 but this took
several days. I doubt you will be able to
get in below .28 per share with this new
positive 10Q having been released.

CLSI - slow growth, safe investment.

Be sure you understand, this is a slow
growth stock. You will NOT make a huge
profit overnight. You will profit, but
very slowly, with some ups and downs
along the way.

I will add a complete profile early next
week, and add any changes found.

Be sure you read their SEC filings. Be
sure you research well and make careful
decisions. I could be wrong about CLSI,
you could lose money.

Minor mistake on my date of 10Q release.

Their new 10Q and amendment were released
on January 12 and January 13. During my
review of stocks I monitor, I found those
SEC filings yesterday. Sorry about any
confusion I may have caused.

Found "yesterday" not released yesterday.

PG I am a bit confused-- I am always interested in pennies that are making a profit and it looks like they are. But you are mentioning prices in the $.2 range not the $.03 range which is what I'm seeing--are we looking at Clancy Systems?

Purl Gurl, I to just want to make sure it is a mis print at .2, I to see .03 but your sec filing link clearly states Clancy systems.

Yes, my mistake. That should be two cents to
three cents, not twenty to thirty cents.

CLSI should rise to .035 to .040 in the future
and become stuck at four cents a share for a
period of time.

This is a stock you will want to accumulate
at least ten-thousand shares, with a target
around fifty-thousand shares, and wait for
a one cent rise in value.

We are looking to .035 per share and sell.

Be sure to figure in your commission fees.
Profit will be tight at a one cent rise.

Thanks for catching my price error, TMAN.

TMAN, clearly I suffer a classic television
advertisement ailment and need treatment.

Adult Attention Deficiency Disorder, more
commonly known as CRS; Can't Rembember..
uh.. hmm.. can't remember something, a
naughty word I think.

I will move CLSI over to your under .10
per share board where it belongs.

DANG! Market is closed for a single holiday
and I completely fall apart. Today is suppose
to be a trading day! This messes with my mind.

Not "your" under .10 per board, Glassman's
under .10 per board.

Stock Dawg, clearly you are unaware we are
right at the end of a mild market crash.
You really should pay attention to major
market events, perhaps even check your
vested stocks. My hunch is, almost all
of your stocks are down, significantly.

"CLSI - slow growth, safe investment.

Be sure you understand, this is a slow

Maybe it is, Stock Dawg, you are actually
looking to create problems, possibly start
an argument?

Purl,

I took a mild position in this stock. Based on outstanding shares and other DD, what is a reasonable price that you see this stock go to over the next year?

Basically is this going to cap at .10, .50., etc?

Nikolai, for now, it is difficult to make
an accurate projection of share value out
to a year.

Clancy is in a period of expansion and
is a company highly dependent upon income
from municipal governments. Currently
expanding into Puerto Rico, this is
costing them a bit of money generating
mild losses. With many municipalities
suffering decreases in tax base, this
effects Clancy's ability to generate
sales and income.

Nonetheless, Clancy has a long history
of being a profitable company albeit
a very small company. Their products
fall within the arena of renewables
with their business being parking lot
control, parking ticket enforcement
and collection of fines; there is a
constant demand.

Their most recent 10Q is ok but nothing
to really excite investors, save for those
who read carefully and well understand
the business plan of Clancy. This latest
10Q is less than stellar because their
costs have increased dramatically, this
is, costs of printing tickets and other
paper goods. Another cost mentioned is
money invested in UTS expansion down in
Puerto Rico. They have a good business
plan and are executing this plan, but
are in an expansion period. Still, they
show good steady growth every quarter
and are always profitable.

This is a very long term hold stock,
at least one to two years. A year from
now, I would expect a nickel a share
as a minimum. Two years, perhaps as
much as ten cents to twenty cents.

Hard to predict because once they are
established in foreign countries, they
will generate significantly more income.
As tax bases improve, they will win more
long term contracts with cities and other
pseudo government types, like universities.

They do have an important factor working
for them. Their city services actually
generate more revenue for cities. This
is well demonstrated and makes for a
strong advertisement highlight. Moving
into city services, though, is a very
slow red tape laden activity.

For now, we continue to accumulate and
feel quite comfortable very good profits
will be realized in a year, in two years.

Latest 10Q, short and sweet but full of
very important information which should
be read carefully and understood. Lots
of potential there in a good business
plan which is being executed quite well.

Volume is very light across all boards.

Consider this week and today to be an
excellent chance to load up on stocks.

CLSI will not make any major moves for
a long time. It is a very slow growth
stock. Current price of .022 is about
as low as CLSI will reach, as an average.

Most of us have already loaded up on CLSI.

Would you like me to buy ten-thousand shares?

I do not about others but my holdings are
beginning to show decent gains. Only one
or two are in the red ink.

EFLT has moved into an excellent buy range.
Picked up another 50,000 shares.

Interesting comparison between CLSI and IBZT.

People are paying more for IBZT, which is
company displaying extreme losses and the
CEO keeps contradicting himself. IBZT is
a sure bet for losses.

CLSI has a long history of profits, a solid
business foundation, yet people are paying
less for CLSI and CLSI is sure bet for
profits.

Keep in mind, Bob, this CLSI is a very
slow growth stock.

Safe and secure, but profits much later.

My hunch is their next 10Q, several months
away, will be fairly decent. Lot of costs
recently with their expansion leading to
a lack luster but profit reporting 10Q
just recently.

This expansion, hopefully, will generate
additional revenue on the next 10Q filing
making for a more impressive report.

CLSI continues to expand and increase
their customer base. Most recent news,
which discusses a current contract and
a newly expanded contract with BART
which increases Clancy's revenue base.
Full article is found in usual places.

I find that interesting. The last order i placed went thru fast,-splitting the bid/ask as well. However, prior to Feb 20, i had small orders on the ask get ignored and larger (20Kand+) force the ask up without any fills(mine or others) going through. Does this indicate a new MM strategy--acquire and hold in anticipation of the sales and sell immediately or is it just more retailers selling? NYSE rules(followed or not) require more timely order fills. Or is this an indication of current holders' discouragement at the PPS and a wilingness to move on? Weak holders already out usually allows for stonger runs when they finally do move.

Oh but Bob, it is so much more fun to
blame "things" on the boss man!

Glassman, NITE was certainly playing games
with CLSI back then. I still do not have
any notion what they were doing.

As you know, there is a multi-million dollar
lawsuit against a lot of Market Makers and
the NYSE itself, coming out of California.
There is another _trillion_ dollar lawsuit coming down against almost all Market Makers,
brokers, the SEC and Wall Street in general.
Some criminal prosecution is in the pipeline
as well.

New and toothless NASD and SEC SHO are on
their way in the near future.

Maybe Market Makers are more confused than
they already are?

Being caught for crimes usually leads to
panic and attempts to cover up. The boys
over on Wall Street are not a very popular
lot, as is deserved.

Big T1, read this document,
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/813716/000101092403000277/ed424b3.txt

Give very close attention to the section which
is labeled "Risk Factors" then let me know
what you think. Forming an opinion based on
what you read, will enhance your ability
to perform good research.

If you want to engage in dialog with many
investors here, start a thread on CIRT and
many will provide valuable input. Maybe
a topic like "CIRT - your opinion" would
work well.

I believe CIRT will serve as a good example
of how research is so important.
