The discussions on prior threads were that the value was around .78 with the numbers he stated. With the contracts in place, nexy year's should be more in the $3-$4 range. Do I think it will go to .25-.50 on financials alone? Not sure, but I think if we get the audited financials, a move to the OTCBB, and some other news that Petar is posting Monday (or even within a few days), I think .50 is a very real, logical possibility. I have seen stocks with a whole lot less behind them do a whole lot more.

definitely an exciting time. i truly believe the audited financials will get us over $1.00. The move to OTCBB combined with Wessal buying over$2.00. At that point we'll have a brand new audience eyeing this stock.
many have been skeptical, things have sounded too good to be true, and this has been reflected in the share price.
can't wait to get on the OTCBB and mute the diminutive gnattings of annoying parasitical profiteers. =) cheers longs, it's time.
also, finally openened a Roth IRA today.. been meaning to do it for a while and figured might as well now - it will be chock full of Sulja. Figured I'll be paying butt-loads of tax on my Sulja profits from my regular account - might as well get some tax free =) I'll be buying the model year 2040 Corvette Z06 with cash =)

Yeah, 850mil A/S increased as of today 09/14/06. Wonder what is in the works, of course no increase in O/S, but maybe the extra is for the merger and this is what Petar will explain Monday on the website.

$1 is possible.. very possible.. short term.. with financials.. IMO.. expect 0.25.. nothing much to expect tomorrow since tomorrow shall be a Friday.. so maybe 10-20% gain.. not much.. but the real gains will be for long termers.. was a wonderful flip for all these.. but the next big run is on the way.. so lets see..

my guess is merger. the PR stated 'no dilution, no change in share structure' and I'll believe that until the O/S changes.
besides, everytime they increase the A/S there is a run -- 'dilution is the solution' from .003 to .045 run. Then, the most recent increase to 800 and the subsequent run to .15
I'm looking forward to this increase taking it up to $1.00

Board Please Read :OK guys, just got off the phone with Chad. He said there are some new developements. He just spoke with Petar at length and wanted me to inform everyone that the A/S will be 800 mill tomorrow morning and the share structure as and will remain the same as previously stated in the recent PR (Nevada 9 am = 12 est time)...

Asked about the dividend.... He laughed AGAIN and said you know I can't comment on that. However, he did mention if it was in the PR in the past, more than likely it will be implemented to insure a FULL SHORT SQUEEZE.... He will keep me updated...

This is a little sneaky if you ask me. There could have been a mention of this and there wasn't. Sure they pr only the good things, and what they want us to hear, but, I wanna hear about this.......

Sweet ride today. Took some off the table at .095, but I wouldn't mind picking up some more on a dip! I might have to stay in the office tomorrow!

Well the idea is not too far out there. There were a few mistakes on there in the past saying the A/S was 1 billion shares and then an amendment was filed.
Maybe a PR tomorrow regarding the issue?

In this case, until they list on the otcbb they don't have to file anything yet. While on the pinks any filing is voluntary I believe.

Some were saying that they needed to file that in order to file with SEC, I wasn't sure if those rules applied to the pinks. I know many rules do not apply, but there are a slim few that do.

IMO, if they show they found something in the audit, as long as it isn't damaging, it would show they actually did the audit. But if it is only on the web site and not with the SEC....then it could all be a stage show.

Stage Show with the KPMG seal on the document? Also if you are so concerned, call Chad and tell him to file it with the SEC if they want to appreciate share price.
