so based on the UNaudited financials that can be found on the website, where should this stock be trading at (if possible attach a calculation method)? I'm not taking the pro-forma into consideration at this moment, because I'd like to see where this should trade NOW based on upcoming audited financials, they cannot audit prediction-numbers I think my calculation method is wrong so I want to hear how you guys calculate this. TIA!

He said that they have a policy against employees buying a stock while the audit is occuring but his friend said that was no in effect yet. It lead the poster to believe KPMG is doing the audit for next week and PWC is handling the SEC filings.

The discussions on prior threads were that the value was around .78 with the numbers he stated. With the contracts in place, nexy year's should be more in the $3-$4 range. Do I think it will go to .25-.50 on financials alone? Not sure, but I think if we get the audited financials, a move to the OTCBB, and some other news that Petar is posting Monday (or even within a few days), I think .50 is a very real, logical possibility. I have seen stocks with a whole lot less behind them do a whole lot more.

definitely an exciting time. i truly believe the audited financials will get us over $1.00. The move to OTCBB combined with Wessal buying over$2.00. At that point we'll have a brand new audience eyeing this stock.
many have been skeptical, things have sounded too good to be true, and this has been reflected in the share price.

Yeah, 850mil A/S increased as of today 09/14/06. Wonder what is in the works, of course no increase in O/S, but maybe the extra is for the merger and this is what Petar will explain Monday on the website.
$1 is possible.. very possible.. short term.. with financials.. IMO.. expect 0.25.. nothing much to expect tomorrow since tomorrow shall be a Friday.. so maybe 10-20% gain.. not much.. but the real gains will be for long termers.. was a wonderful flip for all these.. but the next big run is on the way.. so lets see..

my guess is merger. the PR stated 'no dilution, no change in share structure' and I'll believe that until the O/S changes.
besides, everytime they increase the A/S there is a run -- 'dilution is the solution' from .003 to .045 run. Then, the most recent increase to 800 and the subsequent run to .15
I'm looking forward to this increase taking it up to $1.00

In this case, until they list on the otcbb they don't have to file anything yet. While on the pinks any filing is voluntary I believe.

I think the release of the audit next week will be the first of two audits being conducted.
I believe KPMG is doing one audit and PWC is handling the SEC filings. Why have two firms?? Beats the hell out of me.

But if you look at the pps just previous to the runs, you'll see that in Feb., it ran from a support level of about .0025 and peaked at .048, a 1900% gain. Then, at the end of july, it ran from support of .02 all the way to .15, a 750% gain. Like I said previously, both these were prior to the Wessal buying announcement, which as far as I can tell, will be HUGE. Add to that, the fact that they are said to be requesting the stock in cert. form, to increase the short position, the apparent fear shown by the MM's in the positioning of the level 2's today, and I think we'll easily surpass any prior runs percentage wise. So, now we were sitting at a support level of about .07, and even with an extremely conservative estimate of equal to the 750% gain in the last run, we're looking at a pps of about .525 IMO, we'll be way above that.

In all honesty, I have too many irons in the fire right now, and it's getting close to the end of the week, so I didn't buy. Had nothing to do with any doubts I have. If there is a new insider (Wessal with 50 million shares), and supposing the former insiders did not sell (I am sure that they are smarter than that knowing what we can only guess until Tuesday), there is now 362 + 50 = 412 million shares owned by insiders (a maximum of 8 persons or entities). Remain only 78 million for the share. We know as well from this PR that 23 days ago, there were 3 additional persons with 40 million shares each. Therefore, one or several of those 3 have sold significantly, otherwise, the naked short effect is huge and won't pass the uplisting. The fact that this new insider is asking to get certification is excellent as it forces the MMs to honor a great chunk of those Failures To Deliver (FTD), on top of officially granting him the title of new insider.
Holding your own shares in certificate form is the only way that you can be fully assured that you hold "real" shares of stock and not counterfeit shares that may have been created due to naked short selling. It does not prevent from holding or selling.
If most of us do this now, within the end of the month (it might take a few weeks depending on the bank) the pps will explose like a wild volcano.

If Wessal buys the 75 million shares remaining to take control of 25% of the company as announced in Sulja PR, and still supposing that the current insiders remain long until NASDAQ uplisting, the float would shrink from those 78 million to just 28 million.
Imagine that many of us ask certification for their shares now! The MMs would need to beg to those 8 (or less) insiders to buy below 5 dollars... This would greatly accelerate the NASDAQ pre-requisite of 4 dollars...

According to a credible poster, the 50million was a mistake by the T/A and the 50million was requested to be in certs.
Isn't that the Nevada Secretary of State's webpage that shows all recent filings by the company with the state of Nevada? As in, the company would have to file that for it to be there, right? If I am off base, let me know, just trying to figure out why the TA would screw this up after hours? The increase in shares appears to have been filed by SLJB with the state of Nevada...? And, they PR everything, wouldn't they want us to know if someone was buying $50mil shares to become an insider? That's a good thing, right?
And I went back and read that repost from "skinluvr" and he may be credible, but go back and read that and look at it as if you had no money invested, seems fishy to me. You even said yourself, "dilution city" and questioned it as well...it's written in a strange tone...I guess we will see tomorrow if the Nevada web page is updated with an amendment back to 800mil A/S...
Understand I have no problem with SLJB, almost bought back in at EOD today, but I do hate to see those kind of unfounded pump tactics, like "I talked to so and so..."He laughed again and said, blah blah" just confuses people...
All that said, an increase in the A/S doesn't necessarily mean anything for the PPS right now...
Those were my thoughts exactly Skip when I read that. 'Filed by the company'.
And yes, you are correct they have so far pr'ed everything that is positive and that they've wanted us to know, which again, is why I questioned this matter being left out. Maybe they will tell us about it today,...if so, I would like to see the proof to support whatever it is we are told.
As for the TA making a mistake like that one,...well, there is the very small chance they did, but I am not convinced as of yet. That's a big mistake, making it seem as though 50 mill was added. As for skin's post, I don't know this individual although he is deemed reliable here, but who's to say he was not given truthful and accurate information. Hopefully, we will end the speculation today with some response from them.

I agree, the 50 million shares are an issue. I also dont like this big spread .125x.14
also there is no guarentee financials are coming out next week, just because the CEO says so. That's in a PR and he anticipates it.

I don't believe the numbers being a tad less would be a problem. If they where drastically different then it may cause some issues with a few.

I was confused as to what you where asking from the post of the other web site for what is clearly a different company. Now that I understand what you are asking I agree that is a good question. There are several unverifiables (I think I just made up a word!) surrounding this stock. I think the trick is figuring out if what is verifiable is enough to believe in this stock. If not then you can always play on hype as many traders do.

I Just got in yesterday at .125. Had another poster mention it to me a few weeks ago when it was around. .06, but didn't pay attention. Happened to notice there was mention of it on several boards so I took a chance. I didn't realize it used to be LFWK. I remember when LFWK was trading under a penny. I wish I had gotten in then. We have all had the same opportunity that got away. We always remember the one's that got away. We tend to forget the one's that were recommended that we didn't get into that flopped. These pennys are very risky, but can be very rewarding if you happen to get in early. If one out of 5 turn out a big winner for you, you are doing veru good.
