I have been watching this board since March when it was LFWK. Invested at .02 and never requested a login because I am at work. I am so frustrated I wanted to vent what I see as horrific facts. This thing is going to tank. They better do something soon. I was a strong long...... Not anymore. They can KMA. I think something bad has happened and they have no idea what to do.

Pretty much all pinks are scams but you can still make money off of them. Every once in a while, very rarely, we come across one that keeps to their word. Many have believed this was one of them. I have seen nothing yet to convince me that this isn't a scam.
Soon we shall definitely know if it is or isn't.
Hopefully sooner than later, I would like to move onto bashing the next stock.

There are lots of good reasons. But they still hurt the shareholder in the short run.
If the company is going really well and needs lots of capital to expand, then it can be a good idea. You just want to wait until the dilution is done to actually invest. But you can make a lot of money trading the hype though.
