I agree, good quiet day before the run,, it was tough holding on yesterday to stay long, but this company seems to be real unlike 99% of the pinks. A real company with an office and people working, making real $$$$$$$$$$$$$$, he,he what else could we want?????

I'm here - reading mostly... I am kinda hoping we get back to that .20 mark pre-statement. I doubt we break it again today unless we get a good EOD run and/or the company PRs the information posted on the marquee website.

has been mentioned in previous press releases and may be used in the near future. The plan calls for a regular quarterly dividend of .0025 cents ( 1 cent pps per yr) The dividend was mentioned and designed to minimize effects to company profits yet incur maximum damage to the short position in the companies common stock. Consultech and company directors/insiders understand that the money spent on the dividend is necessary to achieve a reasonable fair market share evaluation for all stockholders. Company had stated, "So far, it looks like a matching dividend program from the short sellers. Every dollar the company issues, in dividend form will be matched by the short sellers. If the short sellers refuse to pay the dividend, their identity will be revealed in the 'payment in-lieu paperwork.'

CEO, Petar V, stated (9/18) that the AF's would be on their site "no later than the end of this week."
Marquee site states: "release of the Audited Financials by September 23, 2006"
So now the speculation comes down to, is this saying Friday or Saturday?
The one qualifier is the statement on the Marquee site: "KPMG had requested three days to improve and integrate Price Waterhouse Coopers current results into the final product."
Since I do not believe that KPMG will be working on Saturday to do this, they have committed to finish the AF on Friday!!
Therefore I will say that the AF's will come out late Friday morning or early Friday afternoon.

The other good thing is they mentioned that KPMG is involved in the audit for sure. Some people were wondering if they really were, well now we know for sure.
