IMO they are not delaying the filing until they pass Friday, audits take time, setting a def. date is wrong to do. Their web site has said this week is expected. Before that was the pr that said mid sept. In their defense they are still on track.

FWIW, I can certainly see where there could have been a mistake about the 50M certed shares. Legal offices, financial institutions, government offices, are filled with people that take their jobs lightly when it comes to recording details.
From my personal experience I can relate. My name is French (ancestors were French-Canadiens who moved to USA), the name was changed to an English spelling (long story), so now it looks Spanish. On top of that I married a Chinese lady. You wouldn't believe all the problems we have had with all of these types of institutions just from 'small' errors.

That company is getting audited and there is a contract signed in pdf form verifying the audit is happening.
It's hard not to be dissapointed and cautious at this point of time. It has not been verified that KPMG is auditing SLJB, and we just got a CEO letter saying that now audited financials are to come out this week, instead of the Wednesday deadline.

Glad I sold some today at .195 to covver my initial investment. But I but back in EOD at 16 for a little chunck. I still hold the large majority of my shares and am mostly riding free. I think the PR was honest. I think the company is in great position to make bukoo bucks. If I remember right we hd some DD pointing to the BIG audit firms as accually doing them. I still believe this is a winning stock but am afraid the pps will drop until anticipation of the weeks end fiinacial release. I'm hoping for PR's with updates in the mean time. JMHO Ima

I'm not bashing but i thought this was funny. i read on the ihub board that Petar not following through today on his promise of an early morning statment is a "blessing in disguise" because it shows he is busy with other important business stuff. that is the dumbest thing i have ever heard. next they are going to say that it is good if the audit misses the deadline too because it shows that they made so much money it is taking longer than they expected to count it all . . . i hate ihub!
