Microsoft Corporation Selects And Enrolls Designer Appliances Inc - Torbay Holdings Inc, Subsidiary - In Its Assistive Technology Program

NEW YORK, Jun 2, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Torbay Holdings Inc (OTC:BB TRBY.OB) announced today that Microsoft had selected and enrolled TRBY's wholly owned subsidiary, Designer Appliances Inc (DAI) into Microsoft's Assistive Technology vendor program (MATvp).

The Microsoft MATvp program provides expanded support for assistive technology to its partners in the program so as to deliver products that enable people with disabilities to use information technology more productively and easily. Through this program, Microsoft provides enhanced technical support to foster development and innovation, and additional resources to help ensure that assistive technology solutions are compatible with Microsoft products.

DAI will also include its products in Microsoft's expanded online Assistive Technology Catalog, which comprises more than 100 Microsoft-compatible technologies that customers can buy through the e-commerce equipped Web site. The catalog provides in-depth information to help consumers conveniently identify and, in this case, acquire DAI's assistive technology products online from Microsoft's Assistive Technology site.

"We are proud to be to be given the opportunity to make a contribution to Microsoft's long standing commitment to make technology accessible for all people. We are also delighted for the recognition that this brings to our own efforts in working with and for those with disabilities," said Tom Large., chief executive officer of TRBY. "We will actively pursue the options that this relationship can deliver, which will commence formally with a meeting in Seattle planned for early June, 2004. At that meeting we will meet our Microsoft colleagues and plan the way forward in regards to ensuring compatibility and integration of our respective products."

Gary Moulton, head of Microsoft's Assistive Technology Vendor Program reiterated Microsoft's MATvp policy, "Members of Microsoft's MATvp program is for manufacturers of assistive technology who have a proven track record in designing, building and supporting assistive technology products to meet the needs of customers with disabilities/functional limitations and schools and businesses that are responsible for making accommodations. We are pleased to have Designer Appliances Inc join the MATvp program and look forward to working with them for the benefits we believe their technologies can bring to people with disabilities."

ONEV making a good run right now. Up to .17+. Thanks Chris. Had two people already thank me today. Wish I could be thanking myself for investing, but don't have the money. Does the Government give out grants for begining traders? LOL Notice I said Grant, not loan. I don't want to have to pay it back. He he. GLTA

Chris, I am new to trading Penny stocks and I was impressed after reading your posts. I was wondering if you could give me your opinion on GZFX ...it is one of the few stocks I am looking at trying to decide what to buy.

GZFX is one of the better stocks available, IMO. I believe it will have significant movement by the end of this month.

how far south do you think TFCT will go? I can't really make too much sense of it lately.. I was thinking of .10 as an accummulate price because thats where it trickled up to before it took off.

just thought I would add this in here for some one> So here`s a little TA 101.

Lesson 1: Prices go up; you make money if you`re in (buy). And
since volume measures the stocks activity, rising volume along
with rising prices suggests more buyers than sellers. (End of
lesson 1.)

Lesson 2: The 50-day and 200-day moving averages are generally
considered important pricing benchmarks. Large investors and
institutions have a tendency to either support prices above these
levels or sell once prices break below these levels. As a buyer,
it would be advantageous to find stocks trading above these
levels as opposed to trading below them. (End of Lesson 2.)

In this week`s Screen, I`m searching for stocks that have
sequentially increased in price in each of the last two weeks;
(i.e., last week`s close was higher than the previous week`s
close and the previous week`s close was higher than the close in
the week before that).

In addition to price action, I want the cumulative volume for
the week to be sequentially higher in each of the last two weeks
as well. In other words, last week`s trading volume has to be
higher than the previous week`s trading volume (suggesting more
buyers than sellers as prices go up) and the previous week`s
volume has to be larger than the trading volume in the week
preceding that one (once again showing more buyers than sellers
as prices increase). These simple things help confirm good buying
interest and a stock that`s on the move. And the two weeks worth
of higher prices and volume help guard against a fluke price
rise.

To further confirm the trend, I want stocks that are trading
above their 50-day and 200-day moving averages.

And lastly, they also have to be trading at >= $5 and have an
avg. daily trading volume of >= 100,000 shares or more.

This screen is currently listing 32 stocks. Heres a few from
that list that look ready to break out.

MVIS Microvision, Inc.
PLMD PolyMedica Corporation
SVC Stewart & Stevenson Services, Inc.

Here is a list of stocks I saw as recommend buys These are all dollar + but those go up in %s also Im mainly looking to find patterns so if anyone is bored give them a stroll would like to see a monthly pattern but if a yearly pattern is enticing enought would be good also

Guys, ACSH will be a great run once it settles a bit. Try to catch the falling knife if you dare, but it is sure to be a target of momentum groups due to its huge drop from .07 to .0037. Im thinking that .002 might be a good entry but watching it very very very closely.

You mentioned PALR(now PALL) in one of your first posts, and I just wanted to tell all that it appears it's going to have a nice run in the morning, as at least 1 Yahoo group will be buying in fairly early. Great opportunity to recover some $$ for those who are in from higher-up. Just sounding the alarm here.
