QBID WLSF SFII PRIM PALR NNCO WNMI SIRI NT TSBB HQNTE SPSC SUMU SPCK VMHVF SCON ECGI SFII BGRR FMDAY OSEE WBR SMMT ITWO CCGI CDED (IM playing this one low .06s to low .07s for a while now) TSBB some of these are buys some are watches hopefully tomorrow Ill be able to break so them down like I did last time. SFII I will say is very risky and has potential high rewards. Some of these are daytrades, rolling, bottoms, breakouts, check the chart out on these. Those who are new watch them and try to predict them. ******if it has a downtrend on last 3 charts(180min,1 day, 2 weeks) wait on a few up ticks from the bottom and never pay full price unless you are in a outbreak out trade*** Also unless you have daytraders status its always best to have settled money. Good luck and hopefully I can get you the info on some of these. ALREADY HAVE SOME OF THESE OTHERS I AM LOOKING TO ACQUIRE!!!

Eventhough I just virtually lost my shirt on LOOK (I didnt sell yet).. It's down towards support levels.. what do you make of it????

Thank you for pointing this out to me. I wish I could give you advice I dont know what your in at or how many shares. I think this is a good buy. Company has good news out on the 30th and then a sell off occurs. 2.00 to 3.00 not so far away if keeps this pace 4.00 maybe by end of year. I will list this as a under valued stock. I will watch and see if doen trend stays and wait on up trend to begin. If you have faith in the company you may want to average down. Could go to btween 1.30-1.80 supports on the way down. Could tick back up from hear as well. Thanks for posting I hope this helps you. http://www.thestreet.com/_yahoo/tech/internet/10157532.html also on their q1 statements the loss was a result of restructuring which will reflect in q2 Restructuring costs 3,779 LookSmart is increasing its full-year guidance and now expects total revenue to be in the range of $76 million to $81 million, including domestic revenue from MSN of approximately $9 million and revenue from discontinuing international operations of approximately $6 million. This compares to previous revenue guidance of a range of $45 million to $50 million.
Hope this helps you out.

Very good picks Chris. I already made some money with FMDAY and QBID. I'm looking to add WNMI and FMDAY again Monday(especially FMDAY to the $2 again since she is way oversold IMO). Question for you: my holding portfolio has EAG and ONT (losing some good money...EAG being my largest holding) do you see they will rebound back any time soon? ONT, now, file for arbitration against Beijing E-world and EAG strong partnershis with IBM, GD and SAIC?

Thanks Chris. Just purchased some EAG shares at .80 averaging down. Also, added some MOBL, it seems a good play...a lot of acquisitions lately.

Would you have any insight on AMJL? Has potential.

Posted by ChrisNC on :

AMJL this has taken a beating was taken off OBTCC and put on pinks(but so was my bocx for reasons not of their own) This is tanking hard and steady so it will not have a great rebound-volume blows on this-800 to 1 reverse split_afrr burned me on this-First company Ive seen that I dont want to suceed my son will be growing up and be around that age in 10 yrs_all we need is for this to pass and well it will get out of control. How many times have you taken someelses meds before or seen someone sell their pills. I dont want this company to pass. (5 yrs ago I would of probably been jumping up and down and get a second job to buy more stock thats is the pass)Given it is the only one does show a sign of huge hope for them. I hope it bombs as a parent as a investor I would recommend .25 and sell half at .55 and dont put alot in it has been tanking alot lately. I will not buy it but could make some of yall money.

Jay and Lutalo well I entered both of your stocks monday look @1.90 eag@ .81 willing to average down if need be both are posed for 30% or better short term I would like to have a further dip to get more of each. Maybe look 1.50 eag .50 or .60 but if it doesnt that is okay also these are long term if need to my longs are 100% if I have to wait more than 2 months. Ill hold it til they quite trading or it hits long term only. Congratulations to every one who has hold omog and osee think it is time to get free shares on these. To anyone who has read all of the above watch DLGI tomorrow I got in @ .60 hoping for 10% and saw a large buy later confirmed it was a Large insider buy yesterday. Hello again Chris, Here are a couple to look in to for the next day or so. the chart for AONE looks great, would wait for it to go back down and get out at the top. and possibly DFCT. Also being from NC I understand the mispelled words.
As far as my other stocks I have GZFX WNMI GFYF(free shares only) and IVOC. Just waiting for GZFX to put out the Dell Dudes comercials and I think that will run. No clue what is up with WNMI, I thought it would have taken off by now. IVOC has potential but voice recognition is very difficult due to different accents and slang. But if they can get it to work its worth the gamble. Also Chris thanks for your insight on the GTEL, I bought it and it went up well then i got out quick and made a lil.
As far as a lil about me. I am from Asheboro NC, I am a US Marine serving in Afghanistan currently and looking forward to coming back to the great state of NC in the June time frame.

Chris> you were right on the money with look... closed yesterday at 1.83 as you speculated and today its back up over 2.00 .... Where did you learn how to speculate stocks??? Aside from cold calling for cockamanie firms in NYC and dealing with really conservative stocks I'm not really too good with volatile stocks.

I got 2,000 shares of look @ 2.47 and even though its down I'm rather quite pleased with its recent performance... my idea was to go short towards $3 but I may decide to go long on it and sell my SIRI and use that cash for my short investments (I have been long on SIRI and was thinking of bailing out of it).

Anyways... thanks a bunch

na man thank you I wasnt even watching this one until you brought it to the table. 1000 shares here @1.90. Eag 200000 shares @.81. Ive been trying to get people on here to post more. Both of you made me money and I hope someone read this and made money on the recommendations. Lets keep it up. I have A new one for everybody to watch I caught it on rebound today .45 IPYS way over sold I think. http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=ipys.ob do some research on it. Id say get in under .50 if you can this may have some dips while we are getting everything in order. Low float and lots of insider holdings

CLN think its going to gap maybe not. This is another great pick this stock on the 1 yr chart has only went below a dollar 3 times each time going up within week. Just wasnt on my watch list great news great product I usually look for bottom Ill look for a 1.00 if I get the chance ( I doubt it will happen) Ah (tasr effect) na might be I havent checked this one out yet. Going to start a new thread to post in for new picks. If anyone is reading this lol send your picks over there and we can look at them under the scope. Lutalo it came with lots of wrong and right picks. Its like a science project test hypthosis til you find something that works usually. #1 Hint determine your exit point up and down before you buy or market will and it doesnt care about your account I usually sell at 10% loss and sometimes will wait for a additional 10 to 15% drop and buy back#2 hint-if a solid company has good news and the stock takes a beating buy it soon as uptrend begins yeah I didnt get look at 1.83 but you bet when those green ticks came I was mathing it out getting order together. Been trading about 4 yrs. Best luck to all.

How do you post a reply here without the quote?
I have some of the same stocks you have Chris. I've got Qbid, ECGI, FMDAY, OSEE, CDED.
USTT is a particular fave of mine, I think it will do really good long term.
What do you see that's good for ECGI? I think I bought that one too high and am thinking of getting out of it, hopefully at a breakeven.

I bought ONEV @ .016, and sold off 1/2 shares, am riding free ones now. This looks like a keeper w/ some institutional buying already in the penny stage. I bought FMDAY on a high(2.00), should I be hanging on to it?
What about USTT? I have this one, and it looks like growth in many directions, big name customers inc. gov't.It seems to be at support level, holding good at .25 through our turbulent last few weeks.I like the fact that their service pays for itself, and rebates are offered for it...so it's a great incentive for many customers to buy. Does anyone else have this one? Another couple that I have picked up are CDED(some good recurring revenue with that one), and IPI....I think IPI is undervalued...trading in the high .80's and .90's. Earnings for this one come out mid May I believe, and I'm thinking it will come up from that. I got IPI at 1.02 and averaged down @ .92. It has a 52 week high of 3.65.

Does anyone know much about BGRR? They are supposed to be offering a 1 for 3 stock as a div for each shareholder of record on May 15. The float is 7mil freetrading shares. 52 week hi of .90 currently trading at .19.
It may be good to buy just for the free shares. 10k would net 3333 shares for free.
Please respond with any info.

heres something I found on BGRR

quote:
BGR currently has 23,203,800 shares outstanding of which 7,293,938 are free trading. On May 15, 2004 BGR will start the process of paying a stock dividend to those of record on May 15, 2004 as announced in the April 15, 2004 press release. On May 17, 2004 BGR will change the company's CUSIP number requiring all brokers to request delivery of certificates to legitimize the exchange of shares. BGR will not pay a stock dividend, or issue a new certificate to those who cannot produce a certificate

I got this from pinksheets.com it's titled "BGR Corp. Requests Delisting on Berlin Stock Exchange Due to Suspected Naked Short Selling"

EDIT: bolded out the important part.

Oh, ok....someone else said that they called the co. and was told that they could be given to the shareholders broker into safekeeping...but it would take up to 15 days. You are sure, right? If not let me know and I will do some more digging.

FMday Futuremedia PLC Earnings Conference Call (Q4 2004)
Scheduled to start Wed, May 19, 2004, 10:00 am Eastern
If meeting is good or bad will determine direction of stock cant predict from any charts when schduled news is coming out. In at 1.30. Ive been in and out of this twice already. Id say if it makes it to 2.30 be watching from exit. Might want to average down if you want to make good money on this. look at 4 month chart is how I came up with numbers if the news is good we should roll again then roll back again and finish our hill.
Osee Im not worried too much about this made money on this plus free shares. I would like to see .30 some day so I can get rid of them
ONEV Im jelous lol (I know its mispelled bad) but not in low as you but Im in for the ride.
Me and my patner have BGRR _feeling a little unsure right now didnt want to bring it out yet. They have had some good progress establishing contacts and trying to produce growth. I went with half of my regular entry on this on in at .20 and hoping for .15 to place the other half not sure if it will dip but didnt want to miss it if it didnt. Look at their news on yahoo. http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=BGRR.OB

Chris, what is your analysis strength? What tells you the most about a stock?

my strengths hmm would be observing chart patterns daily high lows high-lows. How did the stock react with pattern, big buy, buysell. Has similaar news came out lately. How are the other stocks similar to it doing. Whats the insider holdings? Are they buying or selling? Have they filed to sell (shows up planned sale>this isnt always bad usually is though they can be expecting spike or freeing up money. 1st thing I look at a stock is the 4 yr -1 yr -6 mon-2month-2wk-5day-1day-last 180 chart, then I look at news unless Ive seen news first and thats what sent me looking at stock.

I think it might be better for me to sell off some stuff that's not moving and just keep the money free for some of these bigger moving pennies that come up from time to time. I look at the charts, but pennies sometimes (new ones) won't have too much to go on. Oh well, I guess we like gambling don't we?

We want you to consider owning a piece of this rapidly growing international food processing conglomerate now, before the investment community begins to take closer notice of NCRA with major new news announcements coming over the next several weeks.

NCRA is an international food processing conglomerate with operations in Europe, North America, and South America; its main brand of processed tomato products, Fiorino, has been among Italy's largest tomato processors since 1974, and with aggressive entry into the North American market planned, we expect NCRA to add millions in top and bottom line growth over the next 12-months as it ramps up its global sales and launches US operations.

Don't miss out on this opportunity
Expect quick trading profits May 10 - May 14.

Nocera, Inc. (OTC:NCRA)

Forecast Profit Profit%
Current Price $0.639 @ Close May 7
Short Term $0.70 $1.061 166%
1 Year $4.00 $3.361 526%

We urge you to consider adding NCRA to your portfolio now, and see huge near term profits as the stock explodes. With major international and US expansion slated over the next year, we are confident that this stock will benefit from increased investor attention. More importantly, at its current price of $0.24, and with significant revenues of roughly $16 million and earnings of $500,000 for fiscal 2003, this stock is extremely undervalued relative to competitors in the food processing industry - which trade at an average P/E of 17x. As the Company moves forward with its expansion plans, this stock could reach $4.00 within the next 12-months, and will likely see upside movement to $1.70 over the next seven trading days!!!

A Few Reasons to Own NCRA
NCRA is a leading international food processing company, principally engaged in the processing, canning, and distribution of a complete line of high quality tomato products in Europe, South America, Canada, and the United States. In addition to providing tomato products sold under established brands Fiorino, Valsamo, Pummarola, and La Bella Napoli, the Company also processes and markets a wide range of fruits and vegetables including lentils, beans, peas, pineapples, and peaches. NCRA had revenues of over $15.8 million and earnings of approximately $500,000 in FY 2003, and we expect these numbers to improve significantly over the near-term period.

Through its operating division, Fiorino, founded in 1974, Nocera is one of Italy's largest tomato processors, and has developed a significant market presence in Europe and Canada, with an aggressive marketing campaign underway for the US market. With an experienced management team, state-of-the-art ISO 9002 certified processing facilities, and established distribution channels in Europe and the United States, we believe that Nocera is well positioned to emerge as a leader in the $5.7 billion processed tomato industry.

NCRA has developed a focused portfolio of well respected and leading brands in tomato and canned fruit and vegetable products. The Company's flagship brand, Fiorino, has been well established as a leader in Italian tomato processing and canning since its inception in 1974, and has attained a significant international market position, including an estimated 20% of the Canadian tomato products market.

NCRA benefits from a strong and experienced management team with a wide range of experiences in the food processing industry who have been successful in growing Nocera into a major international food processing conglomerate and have vast experiences in international markets. Founder and President Rocco Fiorino has been responsible for the Company's international expansion and has been instrumental in facilitating Nocera's South American expansion. Francesco Pascale, VP of Logistics, oversees NCRA's high quality processing and distribution operations, and has nearly twenty years of management experience in the processed foods industry.

The Company has established state-of-the-art processing operations with its ISO-9002 certified facility in Italy, creating one of Italy's most advanced tomato processing facilities incorporating the highest standards in quality control, process overview, and food safety systems. NCRA carefully controls the quality and safety of its products from harvesting through to canning to produce the one of the highest quality and safest product lines on the market. NCRA's recent establishment of a new processing factory in Montevideo, Uruguay will significantly enhance its South American sales while maintaining these same high standards.

NCRA is aggressively entering the $5.9 billion US tomato products market with an aggressive marketing and advertising campaign designed to build brand awareness and reinforce the Company's reputation for the highest quality products. The Company intends to launch advertising campaigns which will reach a wider target market than its traditional customer base of importers and restaurants- going directly to end-user consumers and convincing them of the high quality nature of the Nocera product line. Historically, the growth of the US appetite for processed tomato products has been tremendous- increasing to annual sales of $5.9 billion from less than $3.7 billion in 1987.
With a large and diversified product offering sold to international markets, a solid existing revenue and earnings base, and with major expansion into the lucrative US market planned for the near-term period, Nocera, Inc. is poised to emerge as a major player in the tomato processing industry. With an experienced management team, strong operating history, and state-of-the-art processing facilities, the Company has all of the fundamentals in place to attract the same type of investor attention as leading US food processing stocks such as Del Monte Foods (NYSE LM: up nearly 50% YTD!!!).

Nocera, Inc., is engaged in the business of processing and canning a complete line of tomato products which are distributed in UK, Italy, US, France, Canada and Spain. The company conducts its operations primarily through its Italian subsidiary Felice Conserve Ltd.and its Uruguayan subsidiary Sontemar Inc, and also Noldicor Inc. which provided the organization of a web of technical supervision to obtain a very high quality production standard in Uruguay as well. Fiorino is one of Italy's largest operators concerning tomato processing and canning. The Company sells its products under the following brands: Fiorino, Valsarno, Pummarola, and La Bella Napoli

BGR Corporation Requests Return of All Restricted Share Certificates In Connection With Stock Dividend
Tuesday May 11, 10:30 am ET
Company to Change CUSIP Number to Address Short Selling on Berlin Stock Exchange

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 11, 2004-- BGR Corporation (OTCBB:BGRR - News) -- As previously announced, beginning on May 15, 2004, BGR will commence the process of paying a stock dividend to holders of record of its common stock on May 15, 2004. In connection with the stock dividend, BGR is requiring that shareholders holding physical stock certificates representing common stock of the Company return their certificates to the Company in order to receive their stock dividend. Shareholders participating in this exchange program will receive a new stock certificate representing their existing shares in addition to new shares acquired as part of the stock dividend.

As an incentive to induce shareholders to participate in this exchange program, the Company has agreed to pay the cost of exchanging the stock certificates for 60 days, or until July 14, 2004. Thereafter, shareholders will be responsible for the cost of exchange in order to receive their new stock certificates reflecting the stock dividend.

BGR has also recently learned of the possibility that shares of its outstanding common stock that are currently considered "restricted" under applicable Federal securities laws, may be trading, inappropriately, on the Berlin Stock Exchange. None of BGR's officers, directors or other affiliates ever requested to be listed on the Berlin Stock Exchange. During the past several weeks the Company's share price has suffered. Management believes that the persistent pressure on the share price, in the face of numerous positive corporate developments, may be related to the erroneous listing on the Berlin Stock Exchange.

Securities that are restricted under applicable securities laws may not be traded without registration unless done so (i) in a private sale, exempt from registration, or pursuant to Rule 144 of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. Rule 144 allows non-affiliates of a company to sell restricted securities after one year, subject to volume limitations and manner of sale restrictions or after two years without any restrictions. BGR's records show that all restricted shares currently outstanding have been held for less than one year and, accordingly, are not eligible for sale pursuant to Rule 144. BGR has learned that holders of restricted shares in other companies trade those shares on the Berlin Exchange without compliance with Rule 144 or applicable securities laws in general. BGR suspects that certain holders of restricted shares of its common stock have employed this same tactic to skirt the rules and regulations of the securities laws.

In an effort to address this problem, in addition to requiring the return of all outstanding stock certificates, BGR will also change the Company's CUSIP number effective May 17, 2004, requiring all brokers to request delivery of certificates to legitimize the exchange of shares.

Breaking Release: Biophan Announces Development of Breakthrough Long-Life Biothermal Battery

Company Acquires Majority Interest in Biothermal Battery Nanotechnology Venture Targeting Approximately $500 Million Global Market

Biophan Technologies, Inc., a leading developer of next generation biomedical technology, announced today that it has acquired a majority interest in TE-Bio, LLC, a company developing a breakthrough, long-life power source for use in implanted medical devices, such as pacemakers, defibrillators, neurostimulators, and drug pumps.

The technology is based on a patented innovation in the utilization of thermoelectric materials, using nanoscale-based, thin-film materials to convert thermal energy produced naturally by the human body into electrical energy. The resulting power can be used to "trickle charge" batteries for medium-power devices such as defibrillators, or directly power low-energy devices like pacemakers. The Company will be displaying the technology to over 6,000 healthcare professionals at the NASPE--Heart Rhythm Society's Heart Rhythm 2004 Conference, May 19-22, 2004 in San Francisco, CA.

TE-Bio is developing an implantable power system that has the potential to provide as much as a 30-year life--a five-fold increase in service life compared to existing technology. The technology is anticipated to dramatically extend the service life of neurostimulators and drug pumps that are used for treatment of tremors, diabetes, and chronic pain. Furthermore, since these devices can be implanted in young patients, the combination of TE-Bio technology and extended device life may reduce the number of replacement implants needed throughout a patient's life.

Media Article: Biophan Technologies acquires majority interest in Biothermal Battery developer

Biophan Technologies, Inc. acquires majority interest in TE-Bio, LLC, a company developing a nanotech battery that supplies longer life to implanted medical devices, such as pacemakers, defibrillators, neurostimulators, and drug pumps.

The news, released at the close of trading Friday, puts Biophan once again in the forefront of its industry. The technology, based on a patented innovation in the utilization of thermoelectric materials, uses nanoscale-based, thin-film materials to convert thermal energy produced naturally by the human body into electrical energy.

According to the company, the resulting power can be used to "trickle charge" batteries for medium-power devices. The battery has potential to provide as much as a 30-year life - a five-fold increase in service life compared to existing technology.

Existing battery devices call for their periodic surgical replacement. Biophan's latest addition to its roster of biotechnology devices opens new markets for the Rochester-based company.

Eight biotech companies have raised a total of $490 million through IPOs so far this year, according to CurrentOfferings, a Web site that tracks IPOs. So far, the stocks of the eight companies identified by CurrentOfferings are down by 8.3 percent from their offering price and down by 12.4 percent from their opening price. Biophan, which went public through a reverse merger in 2000 has risen 1,000 percent in the last twelve months compared to its peers who sought the IPO route. Which leaves Biophan an open target for acquisition even though its shares climbed above its peers.

Breakthrough solutions from Biophan Technologies allows

millions of pacemaker wearers to safely use MRI diagnosis

MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) is one of the most important diagnostic tools in medicine. But for millions of people around the world who wear implanted medical devices like pacemakers or stents, MRI can not be used.

The problem has been that the strong electromagnetic fields created during the MRI process interfere with the electronics of many implanted devices, endangering the safety of the person wearing it. And safety is not the only concern. Implanted devices as well as many devices used in surgical and diagnostic procedures can also interfere with MRI image quality.

Biophan Technologies has solved these problems. Biophan is developing leading-edge technologies that will make biomedical devices safe and reduce the interference they cause to MRI image quality. As a result, millions of people will now be able to have access to life-saving MRI diagnosis.

Biophan has combined a number of technologies into a filter/coating shielding system that can be easily adopted by pacemaker and medical device manufacturers. And they should be welcomed by manufacturers since there would be little impact on the manufacturing process or on the cost. Biophan’s technologies can be applied to a wide variety of medical devices including pacemakers, defibrillators, neurostimulators, stents, guide wires, aneurysm clips, biopsy needles and many more.

The market for Biophan’s technology is large and growing

The medical device market and the MRI market are both well into billions of dollars annually and are enjoying rapid growth. And growth is sure to increase even faster with the arrival of the aging boomer generation. This means that the demand for Biophan’s technology is large now and will continue to grow larger year after year. To appreciate the size of this market, consider these few facts:

The number of MRI procedures has increased annually by around 15% with more than 36 million done each year

The implanted cardiac device market totals more than $6 billion each year. Add to this the market for other implanted devices and devices used in surgical and diagnostic procedures and the total is well over $10 billion.

On a worldwide basis, it is estimated there are over 5 million people with cardiac rhythm implants and approximately 50% are located in the U.S.

Approximately 165,000 Americans are currently MRI contraindicated due to some type of cardiac rhythm implant. On a worldwide basis, that number would exceed 300,000.

Plus Biophan enjoys significant patent protection

The foundation for success of a biotech company is its ability to attain patent protection for the technologies it develops. Simply put, patents are a biotech’s cash cow. In this regard, Biophan has made tremendous progress.

In a recent news release, Biophan announced the allowance of five patents and the issuance of five additional patents. This elevates its total patent portfolio to nine issued patents and six allowed patents plus forty-five patent applications in process.

Biophan plans to build on its success and to continue focussing its resources on technological innovation. It will introduce commercial products through strategic joint ventures and licensing agreements with major companies having marketing and development expertise. And it will ensure success by providing marketing and technical support to its various partners.

In short, for aggressive investors with a long-term outlook, Biophan Technologies is one stock that should be closely examined. Given all of the facts above, the opportunity for share value appreciation seems significant. To learn more about Biophan, please visit www.biophan.com.

CORUNNA, Ontario, May 18, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Megola, Inc. (OTC BB:MGOA.OB - News), a leading solution provider in physical water treatment, microbiological control, waste-water treatment and air purification, announced today that it has signed a non-exclusive distribution agreement with Dalian Bingshan H2O3 Environmental Solutions Co., Ltd., a member of the Bingshan Group, to distribute Megola's ScaleGuard product line throughout Asia. The agreement also calls for H2O3's ozone machines to be distributed by Megola in conjunction with its ScaleGuard products in North America. ``We consider Dalian Bingshan H2O3 to be the perfect company to partner with in order to tap the exploding Asian industrial marketplace. They have the backing of one of the most powerful industrial conglomerates in China and can draw upon those resources to quickly develop the Chinese and other Asian markets for Megola's products. We expect this to be a very fruitful relationship,'' adds Gardner.

Megola Inc. is a Nevada Corporation based in Corunna, Ontario, Canada, and traded on the OTCBB under the symbol MGOA. They are committed to solving hard water problems without the use of harsh chemicals that, in the long run, can have deleterious effects on company budgets and our environment. Megola Inc. is the exclusive worldwide distributor for Megola GmbH, a German company that designs and manufactures the ScaleGuard series of physical water treatment equipment. Megola Inc. has created a distribution network throughout the world in which many companies are having great success as the ScaleGuard family continues to perform admirably. Some of the uses for the SclaeGaurd would suprise you. With the help of 30 distributors across North America, they have installed the technology in hundreds of Ice skating and hockey arenas. Not only does it improve ice quality, it makes arena cooling towers more efficient when the build-up of scale is prevented, says Dennis Davies, Megola's distribution manager. Calcium carbonate crystals are a real annoyance in hockey rinks. They can slow both the skate and puck and interfere with ice transparency.

But Megola is finding uses for the technology everywhere water is used...Recently, the firm was contacted by a poultry farmer who had problems with scale clogging automatic waterers. This led to leaks, and the wet bedding contributed to the spread of infection among the birds. Megola solved his problem and opened another market.

"It took off like a house on fire in the poultry industry," Davies says.

The company also had interest from the printing, pharmaceuticals, food and hospitality industries... Megola also has a household unit that eliminates the need for a water softener.

Megola recently acquired rights in China and will install 10 of its water-treatment units on cooling towers in Beijing.

In addition to their Physical Water Treatment Division, Megola Inc. has recently expanded to include a Waste Water Treatment Division, Microbiological Control Division and an Air Purification Division.

We expect that earnings in the next Filing should be huge. In the last filing for the quarter ending January 31, 2004 earnings increased 136.39% we anticipate with more uses being found each day and additional distributors signing on earnings could see an even larger increase this quarter

Don't be sorry next week that you forgot to buy this one! Megola is uniquely positioned to capture huge revenues over the next 24 months. This stock will move, and quickly. Here is the best part! There are only approximately 2.5 million shares in the trading float, and most of this is held by friendly insiders! When this Stock moves....... WATCH OUT! ...This is your chance to get in while it is still low. Hey Chris,
MGOA,How soon and how far do you think this one will go?I am planning on a large buy (for me) into this one today.Everything I have had or sold has dropped since I have started. My decisions to buy and sell but if you think this will fly soon or quick I would put half of what I'd make into your future company if you still plan on one.

Posted by ChrisNC on :

Mgoa well .60 was ideal if you are going large at least wait till dips around there. I still wonder why no one talking about onev more? I got ALOT of confidence in them. Alot of picks to choose from if I were you and only had enough on one large order find something with big news and ride the intial run up and get free shares then when 10x or 5x comes youll be rolling high. then you large a few orders a few times. You can be wrong over half the time if you limit your losses and dont let it run away from you. like onev and xrym they arent at their highest but wouldnt you like to have alot of free shares in those. Try it for a while and when the maturity price strikes you can thank me. Yall are a great bunch on here well going looking for another one to post on the new picks board for tomorrow. CORR may have action if the news effects it. (play at your own risk)

I have 11000 shares of ONEV.I wasnt able to buy as much MGOA as I had intended. My pay was $1000 off from what I was led to believe it would be today.I may see a little snow friday when I cross Wyoming but I hope we are all green when I stop in Cheyenne for dinner. When will the party be in Myrtle Beach?Wouldnt Orlando be better?I know, after Onev tops a buck.Maybe after MGOA tops $5 a share.

Hello everyone, I do not want anyone to think that I am pumping or anything like that this is just some possible insight, I got into MXON at .07 several months ago on the advice of a friend, and true to form when it spiked up as high as .14 from news I got greedy and didn't sell. It has been stagnant for a while and the past few days has gone as low as 5.5

Another that I have been watching and am looking to get into at .07 or below is MOTD look at their press releases at pinksheets or any other or their site is http://motiondnacorp.com This seems to be a real company producing real products and promoting them through strategic alliances. As soon as my Ameritrade account is available I am goign to pursue this one.

Hold on, not everything is a daytrade....if you have some stocks with potential(ONEV, QBID for instance) just hold. Nobody on here is making money hand over fist right now, becaus the market itself is just too skittish with the war, dollar, China, election year. I have stocks that I refuse to sell for less than what I paid for them, because I know that these stocks will come back. If the fundamentals are good and you believe the business is good don't sell for a loss. If it's a stock that has bad news, or is fundamentally eroding and not growing get rid at as little loss as possible. There isn't a person in the market who hasn't had this last market adjustment affect their portfolio. Why would everybody want to dump everything at a loss in a market like this one is now. If you feel the need to get out, just hold what has potential to come back. It's a paper loss until you sell!!!

What do you think about MOTD right now, let it drop some more or get in while it is in the .05's? They seem to put out news about once a week sometimes two, one thing that concerns me (and my dd skills are nil) is that I can't seem to find any financial reports or SEC filings for MOTD. I put an order in for .056 and am going to gamble on it in the morning, it seems like it should go at least back up to .09 witin a week?

Chris,
What do you think of GFYF.. Chart shows a pattern for jumps, but news hit yesterday and the stock hardly moved.. I have 800000 free shares.. Would you hold for another jump or get out before it goes lower.. Just wondering what you thought of this company.. Thanks..

Posted by Lutalo on :

GFYF> why dont you check out the thread on the sub penny stock forum... it appears like it could be carted off to jail soon.. massive debt that they have no ability to pay off... 9 billion shares outstanding.. the reverse merger was a cover to prevent SEC prosecution.. so on and so forth... I was in on it back in the day but luckily I got out with a profit.

If they are free forget about them and wait on your strike price weither it be 5x or 10x or so forth. I like waiting for 10x then watch for downtrend afterwards. Havent seen a lot of posting lately everyone move own. ONEV closed on high of day for everyone who didnt know _oopps there I go pumping again. Put POSC IVOC CMKX on watch next week
cmkx is getting alot of attention that can stir things up alone. They own a huge land tract so I dont know for now its a lottery so if you do consider it only go in at .0001 and a small portion of your ports.

It also won't hurt to check out AAMI bullet makers with a 50 mil bullet order and more to come in light of ammo shortage as featured on CNBC for past 2 nights. Another is FNT with a 22 mil increase in rev from last year, from 1 mil a year ago. Also MAXZ, with a name change that sounds like a debit card co., and a new ceo who helped Citibank start the debit/credit banking system they may be moving in a good way soon.
One more to think about is ADZR with an extra 1.7 mil to grow business for intelligence surveillance including a gov contract there too. Also if anyone knows of anymore cheap bullet makers with gov contracts I would be most interested
And finally, who could forget ONEV? If you're not in, you should find a good entry and change that.Do the "due" and check them out.

Microsoft Corporation Selects And Enrolls Designer Appliances Inc - Torbay Holdings Inc, Subsidiary - In Its Assistive Technology Program

NEW YORK, Jun 2, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Torbay Holdings Inc (OTC:BB TRBY.OB) announced today that Microsoft had selected and enrolled TRBY's wholly owned subsidiary, Designer Appliances Inc (DAI) into Microsoft's Assistive Technology vendor program (MATvp).

The Microsoft MATvp program provides expanded support for assistive technology to its partners in the program so as to deliver products that enable people with disabilities to use information technology more productively and easily. Through this program, Microsoft provides enhanced technical support to foster development and innovation, and additional resources to help ensure that assistive technology solutions are compatible with Microsoft products.

DAI will also include its products in Microsoft's expanded online Assistive Technology Catalog, which comprises more than 100 Microsoft-compatible technologies that customers can buy through the e-commerce equipped Web site. The catalog provides in-depth information to help consumers conveniently identify and, in this case, acquire DAI's assistive technology products online from Microsoft's Assistive Technology site.

"We are proud to be to be given the opportunity to make a contribution to Microsoft's long standing commitment to make technology accessible for all people. We are also delighted for the recognition that this brings to our own efforts in working with and for those with disabilities," said Tom Large., chief executive officer of TRBY. "We will actively pursue the options that this relationship can deliver, which will commence formally with a meeting in Seattle planned for early June, 2004. At that meeting we will meet our Microsoft colleagues and plan the way forward in regards to ensuring compatibility and integration of our respective products."

Gary Moulton, head of Microsoft's Assistive Technology Vendor Program reiterated Microsoft's MATvp policy, "Members of Microsoft's MATvp program is for manufacturers of assistive technology who have a proven track record in designing, building and supporting assistive technology products to meet the needs of customers with disabilities/functional limitations and schools and businesses that are responsible for making accommodations. We are pleased to have Designer Appliances Inc join the MATvp program and look forward to working with them for the benefits we believe their technologies can bring to people with disabilities."

Hello all ...any suggestions on CESY ?? Thanks

Posted by ChrisNC on :

just thought I would add this in here for some one> So here`s a little TA 101.

Lesson 1: Prices go up; you make money if you`re in (buy). And
since volume measures the stocks activity, rising volume along
with rising prices suggests more buyers than sellers. (End of
lesson 1.)

Lesson 2: The 50-day and 200-day moving averages are generally
considered important pricing benchmarks. Large investors and
institutions have a tendency to either support prices above these
levels or sell once prices break below these levels. As a buyer,
it would be advantageous to find stocks trading above these
levels as opposed to trading below them. (End of Lesson 2.)

In this week`s Screen, I`m searching for stocks that have
sequentially increased in price in each of the last two weeks;
(i.e., last week`s close was higher than the previous week`s
close and the previous week`s close was higher than the close in
the week before that).

In addition to price action, I want the cumulative volume for
the week to be sequentially higher in each of the last two weeks
as well. In other words, last week`s trading volume has to be
higher than the previous week`s trading volume (suggesting more
buyers than sellers as prices go up) and the previous week`s
volume has to be larger than the trading volume in the week
preceding that one (once again showing more buyers than sellers
as prices increase). These simple things help confirm good buying
interest and a stock that`s on the move. And the two weeks worth
of higher prices and volume help guard against a fluke price
rise.

To further confirm the trend, I want stocks that are trading
above their 50-day and 200-day moving averages.

And lastly, they also have to be trading at >= $5 and have an
avg. daily trading volume of >= 100,000 shares or more.

This screen is currently listing 32 stocks. Heres a few from
that list that look ready to break out.

MVIS Microvision, Inc.
PLMD PolyMedica Corporation
SVC Stewart & Stevenson Services, Inc.

Here is a list of stocks I saw as recommend buys These are all dollar + but those go up in %s also Im mainly looking to find patterns so if anyone is bored give them a stroll would like to see a monthly pattern but if a yearly pattern is enticing enought would be good also

Guys, ACSH will be a great run once it settles a bit. Try to catch the falling knife if you dare, but it is sure to be a target of momentum groups due to its huge drop from .07 to .0037. Im thinking that .002 might be a good entry but watching it very very very closely.
