Paris is not exemplary but her weeping shows how dysfunctional she is. And, you all laugh at someone's pain. True, Paris is rich and gets away but nevertheless she is spoiled and apaprently has been emotionally abused. She is in pain and she may deserve this jail sentence. that;s o.k.. but to laugh and ridicule shows your character and the low ya'll go for you ego booost.

She deserves nothing but our ridicule. How many other "dysfunctional" people wind up serving much worse than she has? Because of her status she gets off light, yeah, she should be ridiculed. It's got nothing to do with my/our character or ego. It's all about a double standard.

The California Court Rooms are a whole other story. They have all kinds of tricks in the fold..thats a fact. There are favorites played and convenient situations that occur. Judges can be very strict and then all of a sudden appear to be relaxed...depends on the counsel on the otherside of the table...lol may have played golf with them the day before..(no joke either).. I played golf with an Orange County Judge..I even was a limo driver for the entire OC court personnel as well as the Sheriff's department.. Funny crowd they are, funny indeed..

Greetings To All:

The Munchkin Man was listening to the Rush Limbaugh Show a couple of days ago.

During the show a listener called in and said he was a former deputy sherriff at the Los Angeles County Jail.

He said that deputies get DUIs quite frequently and serve hardly any jail time at all.

He said that a lot of them get only 1 to 3 days and that some of them don't get any time at all.

People complain because celebrities tend to get off easily.

Could it be possible that a backlash of resentment against what is perceived to be a relaxed pattern of celebrity justice has caused Paris Hilton to receive an excessively harsh sentence, in comparison to the sentences that others receive for the same crime in the same juridiction?

The Munchkin Man also agrees she doesn't need all of the ridicule and derision she has been getting.

Instead, the Munchkin Man feels she needs love, support, and very possibly, medical treatment.

Some people are being very mean to Paris Hilton.

She needs compassion and kindness instead of meanness.

The Munchkin Man is thinking of writing her a letter to help cheer her up while she is serving her time.

Maybe this will be the start of a new relationship.

The Munchkin Man will never know until he tries.

Best Wishes,

Munchkin Man

she has thumbed her nose at a lot of other celebs...lohan for one...remember the "fire bush" remarks her pretentious,azz-hole ,rich, friend,, was saying? a while back?...she needed to be knocked back to reality a bit. maybe 45 days was a bit excessive?..a week would of been okay..but she was made an ezample of. and the 45 will not happen anyway. more like two weeks..it will do her a lot of good and she will have nothing to fear in jail, cept her high-brow, rich-***** attitude. that may suffer.. good!..being in jail isnt spose to be fun, but a time to reflect. she'll be way over protected in the slammer...we wouldnt be

it's not just DUI she's in for, she kept driving even after her license was suspended... in other words? she thumbed her nose at the law too...

i have no sympathy or malice toward her, i just think it's funny that someone so privileged can be such a screw-up...

rumor is that she gets PAID 100K to show up at a nightclub... it falls under the advertising budget?

Greetings To All:

The Munchkin Man has just found out the mailing address for the jail where she is staying.

The Munchkin Man not only wants to write to her and cheer her up.

The Munchkin Man also wants to talk her into getting her GED.

The Munchkin Man will then offer to tutor her for her GED.

The Munchkin Man is confident that she will be able to afford the Munchkin Man's rates.

All the Munchkin Man wants to do is to help out a fellow human being in need and hopefully bring about her personal redemption and reform.

Best Wishes,

Munchkin Man

Yeah she's obviously having withdrawal symptoms, most likely from cocaine. In the news it said she was visibly shaking in court, maybe she is really that nerve racked but my money is on a coke habit.

No ego boost here, this is genuine laughter. Her ego was on trial and now she has to face reality.

She laughed at the system everyday she violated her probation...now she crys.

"Her release after only three days erodes confidence in the judicial system,"

I'll say, shes lucky there wasnt a riot. Try explaning her release to the low incomers that get locked up for this crime for driving to WORK.

The Munchkin Man can testify from personal experience that Xanax withdrawal can make you shake and possibly cause a seizure.
