It is clear that Ramius was never a starving college student doing without food in order to buy text books.
It is further clear he has no concern whatsoever for anyone without money.

Your right, I don't know what it's like to be a starving college student, but I do know what it's like to do without. For several years as a child my mom raised three kids while waiting tables at Shoney's.
