Allstocks has degraded since I was last here. Lots of criminals, lots of insulting people, lots of trouble makers.
This is not the fault of any associated with Allstocks.
My experience is since the advent of online trading, with each passing year, more and more criminals and ******* types appear on message boards, either looking to swindle or to claim a tyrannical base of power in a cyber fantasy world all of their own.
Been here at this board since 2003. Lots of changes for the worse since then. Even so, still worthwhile here because our small group has remained, has withstood this onslaught of idiots we see here today. However, there is simply a lot more garbage to wade through.
Does concern me, though, there are so many criminal types here attempting to defraud readers and attempting to "get rid" of those who issues warnings about fraud.
Clearly there is a concerted effort by a few here to frighten readers into silence. This is new for Allstocks. Some of our old time regulars have moved on much to the loss of Allstocks. This is understandable; there are days, recently, I question if I am not simply wasting my time trying to help.
I have friends here, I like my friends, but Allstocks is degrading into a Raging Bull board thanks to criminals and petty tyrants.

We all know some of the posts by Repoman are amongst the worst ever posted on Allstocks..
He leaves a strong desire to wash your hands after dealing with the low life scum "style" of posting he is escalating towards..Even R/B has it's limits.
But ya know Purl, there may be a reason he is allowed to keep posting..

Contrary to your assertion, the SEC takes Pink Sheet "pump and dump" schemes very, very, very seriously - look at the case law.
So what do you say, Purl Gurl, you claim you want to help people so much...why not add to the validity of this claim and also contact the SEC about NDOL.
It wouldn't take much time...in fact, you could simply cut-and-paste your posts from AllStocks to one of their online forms.

Yes, there is interest in learning how this will play out.
Readers are cautioned about my opinions and comments. I am suggesting NDOL is perfectly following behavior of pump and dump scams of history. There is no guarantee NDOL will continue to follow historical patterns.
NDOL, without warning, could break pattern for better or otherwise. Clearly this will play out, eventually. This will set trader perception for the future.

Well gosh, why do not we form a secret police, scan all articles here for the past year, find those articles which do not contain a Westcott approved disclaimer, then turn those people in to the SEC?
I mean, why target just one individual for abuse? That smacks of hatred and a personal vendetta.
Ok, everyone spread out and start reading articles. Meet back here and we will make a long list of names of all those suspected of not adding a disclaimer approved by Westcott.
Once compiled, we will file complaints with the SEC and with Bob Frey.

Furthermore, if Purl Gurl's claims about NDOL being a "pump and dump" scheme are true then she should laud my efforts for making the SEC aware of same. The SEC could investigate and go through the following thought process:
Westcott has made us aware that Purl Gurl is claiming NDOL is a "pump and dump" scheme.
SEC investigates Nord Oil and NorthWest Oil Group to determine if true.
If true then many accolades are sent to Purl Gurl - good job.
If false then SEC may look into the motivation behind Purl Gurl's "pump and dump" allegations.
If found to be malicious then we may desire to take this further.
If found to simply be an erroneous opinion then perhaps Purl Gurl could be more prudent about her posts in the future.
I am really at a loss for why you are so peeved, Purl Gurl. Either you have not thought through this logically or you are simply miffed that you just realized your High Horse is really a Shetland Pony. For if what you say is true about NDOL then you have performed a valuable public service and the SEC should thank you.
You practice an exceedingly convenient double-standard, Purl. You are extremely critical about government officials dispensing disinformation. So much so that you call for investigations, censures and admonitions. However, when someone decides to look into the veracity of the claims you are making then you get extremely huffy. Why? What's the problem? Are you above the scrutiny which you demand of our government officials? Are you knowingly dispensing bad information? If what you say is true then you should be thrilled my contacting the SEC could shut down a "pump and dump" scheme that you unfolded.

Glassman, only 1. I've been banned about 10 times.... once, for about 3-4 months at least, but Bob Frey, in his infinite wisdom, realized that even though I can be annoying to some at times, I do give good picks and good DD and bring a vast knowledge about the markets to this board.

I take issue with the term "pumper." The man should not be labeled as such. A pumper typically has less than scrupulous motives. JoeMillion is simply passionate based on his own personal DD. He was highly charged and passionate about Rush, he wanted as many people as possible to profit when it took off. And indeed, take off it did...
Please use a bit of discretion with the labels. We should all use discretion with labels.
