turbo: im not going to pretend to have all the answers, this is a complicated matter but what do you think it would be like if america kept to itself and didnt support one religion over another?
Art: Utter and total nonsense! America does not support any religion. America is against the passion of many Islamic people to kill all Jews. You are in favor of killing all Jews in the name of being fair to Islamic adherents. That is insane.

Art: Yes, Canada and Europe implicily support the Arab passion to kill all Jews, and because of this avoid being attacked significantly by Arabs. This is what you advocate - killing all Jews.

turbo: this would be nice and solve alot of problems, but unlikely, america has been the puppet of Israel for years even though we have no vested interest in Israel, they provide nothing we need, and are basically a parasite of taxpayers money, and continue to cause problems for us by way of arab hatred and terrorism, we continue our support, this can only lead me to believe one thing, that the people who are making the mideast policies are themselves jewish, and wish to use america by proxy to fight the holy war and create the "greater israel" as said in the bible. you cant tell me that arabs would hate us if we didnt support israel.

You fail to understand that this would lead to nuclear war in the mideast and world wide economic depression with anarchy and civil war everywhere, and roving gangs killing for food.
France was helping Iraq with its nuclear weapons program over 20 years ago, but this was wiped out by Israeli bombing attacks.
If we had not supported Israel, France, Germany and Russia would have armed the Arab mideast much more than thay did already, Saddam would still be in power with nuclear bombs and other WMD, Iran would also have these since they would not have been impeded in past years by the U.S. and would have been aided by France, Germany and Russia, and nuclear war in the mideast would have broken out by now with a serious disruption in the oil supply for the world's economy. This is because Israel, without US support, would have been attacked by Arab states again, but this time the Arabs would use WMD against Israel (as was used in the Iraq-Iran war), perhaps nuclear weapons, and Israel would be forced to retaliate with their own nuclear weapons. The destruction and contamination of mideast oil fields would create a world wide depression.
The support of Israel by the US, with support of Arabs against Israel by Europe and Russia, has been vital in maintaining a balance of power in the mideast that enabled Isarel to defend itself and serve as a deterence against Arab invasion of Israel and nuclear war, stabilizing the world economy.

Heard the same thing during Desert Storm. I just signed up for the college money boo hoo hoo. I don't want to deploy boo hoo hoo. Guess what nothing in this world is free, I signed up for college benefits as well. I remember myself and a few other NCO's (I was in the Marine Corps at that time) taking a few whiners out back (if you will) and explaining to them the errors of their ways and thinking.
