Not what glassman said. He was talking about movement of electrons and not electrons as the basis of everything. For him, space is not empty, whether it is tachyons, vibrating strings, vibrating foam, quantum gravity, or whatever. And this space mediates in entanglement, teleportation, quantum tunneling, etc.
