Everybody's Phone Company Targets $32 Billion U.S. Public Prepaid Card Sector
Local Calling Cards to be Marketed to Apartments and Convenience Stores in Houston

Everybody's Phone Company, Inc. On Wednesday August 18, 2010, 9:00 am EDT

HOUSTON, Aug. 18, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Everybody's Phone Company, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVPH - News), Texas' fastest growing provider of prepaid telephone services, announced today that it plans to capitalize on the $32 Billion direct-to-consumer branded prepaid card market. Everybody's Phone Company plans to market prepaid calling cards that provide local calling service through its existing agreement with AT&T. EVPH's marketing program is geared toward selling prepaid local calling cards throughout neighborhood groceries and convenience stores, low-income and government-subsidized properties, apartments and Multiple Dwelling Units (MDU), in residential markets in the greater Houston area.

Steven H. Bethke, president of EVPH, said, "Despite a difficult 2009, sales momentum in our industry is showing new promise with the increased uptake of prepaid calling services. In the public sector, consumers are making lower priced purchases at a higher volume through the use of prepaid cards. Prepaid local calling service appeals to a broader number of consumers seeking value-priced offerings without a large financial commitment or need for a credit check. EVPH is expertly positioned to capitalize on this growing consumer trend in the years ahead."

According to a newly published Prepaid Market Sizing Report by The Boston Consulting Group, the public sector will lead branded prepaid card sales growth from $31.7 billion in 2009 to $163 Billion by 2017. Additional growth is anticipated in the corporate sector, primarily for use in payroll services. Worldwide, the branded prepaid cards market was valued at approximately $120 Billion in 2009 and is forecast to quadruple to $440 billion by 2017. By 2017, the United States is projected to hold 53 percent market share, double that of the top six markets combined (India, the UK, Mexico, Italy, the Middle East and Brazil).

The EVPH Market Advantage

EVPH has done extensive research and found that a staggering One Hundred Fifty Billion per year in the U.S. is spent on residential and business communications.

That is a HUGE market… and a portion of that captured by EVPH could catapult earnings.

Recently major phone and utility providers have made it their missions to acquire pre-paid services to offer to their customers as a method of servicing the large amount of Americans who are now considered "credit-disadvantaged."

The current business plans entail gross revenues of one million five hundred thousand in the first year and gross revenues increasing above twenty million in five years with net profits of about four million total.

Per Management, “With an economic recovery underway and sales growth increasing within the consumer prepaid services market, we are confident we can meet our projected revenues of seven hundred fifty thousand by year-end 2011. We are also confident that double-digit top-growth growth in 2012 can lead to profitability thereafter.”

Just in the United States prepaid calling card spending is expected to generate over WHOPPING five hundred fifty one million in 2013..

AT&T has made a total capital investment in its Texas wireless and wireline networks of more than six billion from 2006 to 2008.

As a result of this partnership EVPH is now benefiting from this reliable, advanced telecommunications infrastructure to bring telephone services to the sub-prime market.

EVPH has already established market share in the greater Houston area, including parts of Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris and Montgomery counties."

EVPH AH NEWS:Everybody's Phone Company Announces New Agreements With National Servicing Corp. Which Will Allow 30-50% Increase in Revenues by

Everybodys Phone (USOTC:EVPH)
Today : Thursday 3 February 2011

Everybody's Phone Company (PINKSHEETS: EVPH) proudly announces their newest direction in company growth. The Company will soon enter into a contract which guarantees them 30-50% increase in profit with estimated $260,000 monthly profits. The Consulting Agreement with National Servicing, Corp. allows EVPH to enter the trillion dollar home loan consolidating industry. EVPH will be able to buy debt portfolios for pennies on the dollar and either accept payments as the new debt holder (yielding about 30% profits) or resell/refinance the debt (yielding about 50% profits). On average, EVPH can earn four times what a debt is worth while helping people consolidate their defaulted loans; also, on average, debt buyers make 120% on their initial investments within 90 days.

National Servicing Corporation President and CEO Tom Law states, "We are excited to enter into this agreement with EVPH. We feel they are already a company with strong moral goals and the desire to help people become debt free. We would like to help them grow at an exponential rate and be a part of their nationwide expansion. Starting out, we will be able to guarantee them some of our smaller portfolios which can earn them over $10 Million a year in profits. The revenues and profits of our industry are astronomical and the possibilities for sustained company growth, that I see, for EVPH is limitless."

About National Servicing, Corp.

Founded by industry pioneer Thomas Law and managed and staffed by a dedicated team of experienced workout professionals, NSC is a boutique shop built around human assets with a second-to-none understanding of this business. Their four person management team alone has over 100 years of collective loss mitigation experience behind them. That's important because it takes skilled professionals to work with delinquent mortgagors successfully: To work in ways that are collaborative, not confrontational: In ways that will convert more delinquent mortgagors into happy homeowners. Sometimes there's just no substitute for experience, especially at this unique time when so many borrowers are opting for "strategic default."

Everybody's Phone Company (EVPH) is expanding their services to include pre-paid energy, utility, and internet services. EVPH also plans to buy and consolidate defaulted mortgage loans. EVPH (Everybody's Phone Company)- is technically setup to make a sharp ascent upwards especially with an influx of volume.

Volume levels have been low on shares of EVPH while the Company has significant potential for growth with an increase in investor awareness as the company continues to expand and grow.

And, now that EVPH has approached support levels, shares prices could experience an uptick due to multiple factors:
#1. Great company performance

#2. Improvements in the market environment

#3. Strategic planning to maximize revenues

#4. Weak resistance levels on EVPH’s technical chart

EVPH - Lots of chatter going on here today. Doing very well this morning. Company with a great concept. IMO

Everybody's Phone Company has the following strategy:

• Identify favorable markets;

• Enter retail telecommunications markets selectively;

• Market pre-paid telephone services to the prepaid market and become the provider of last resort.

• Differentiate our services as being flexible, affordable and not the same old monopolistic approach.

• Focus marketing efforts only at customers that Everybody's Phone Company can serve on a profitable basis;

• Pursue online commerce strategy through the website that is under development exclusive marketing arrangements;

• Continue marketing efforts through traditional channels such as telemarketing, kiosks, print and other media, as well as through affiliate relationships.

• Quickly establish a critical mass customer base and use cash flow to sustain growth and improve potential shareholder return.

EVPH started out acquiring heavily discounted telephone service from the incumbent local exchange carriers and reselling the services at premium rates on a prepaid basis yielding above average profit margins and mitigating bad debt. Once EVPH achieves critical mass in Texas, it plans to expand its prepaid telecommunications products, utility services and debt buying abilities nationwide. HOUSTON, TX, Mar 14, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Everybody's Phone Company, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EVPH), a provider of prepaid telephone services, proudly announces that the Company now offers two federally-funded programs, the Lifeline Assistance ("Lifeline") and Link-Up America ("Link-Up"), to its customers who qualify. Lifeline and Link-Up are part of the Universal Service Fund (USF), which will distribute more than $8 Billion toward helping qualified low income consumers pay for basic telephone service through discounts and subsidies.
Steven H. Bethke, President of Everybody's Phone Company, said, "We are very pleased to begin extending our services to those most in need, and helping every American have access to the basic necessities of modern living. The Federal Government will pay the monthly cost of our qualified consumers' home telephone service direct to Everybody's Phone Company. Everybody's Phone Company will get a quarterly revenue paid by the Federal Government, creating a new, reliable revenue stream."

Lifeline provides discounts to qualified residential subscribers on basic monthly service at the primary residence for qualified telephone subscribers. These discounts can be up to $10.00 per month, and vary from state to state. Link-Up America helps income-eligible consumers initiate telephone service. This program pays one-half (up to a maximum of $30) of the initial installation fee for a traditional, wire line telephone or activation fee for a wireless telephone for a primary residence. It also allows participants to pay the remaining amount they owe on a deferred schedule, interest-free.

Through our partnerships with AT&T and Verizon as part of the USF we can provide real solutions to those who need telephone service while knowing that the money is already there to increase our bottom line. We never have to feel as if we are robbing someone's pocket-book or worry about incurring debt; it is with a clear conscience that we anticipate welcoming customers sometime in May 2011."
