The big play for PSC members comes with the conference call set for April 2, 2010.

If we get a buyout announcement/update on the call or some big contract news on the call, EVPH could triple from here. Members need to read the PR from March 24, 2010. It reads like a road map to profit for PSC.

EVPH is also a PSC favourite. The stock closed @ .18 and PSC is looking for a quick triple. Our initial alert on EVPH @ .20 made members 92.5% at the high of .385. EVPH’s recent news is a buy signal for PSC. The company is looking to sell itself to a larger competitor and members could get some insight into the management’s plans during the investor conference call planned for April 2, 2010. You can ride the upside speculation on EVPH by buying into the stock and keeping your eyes and ears open for big news.

Xtrreme picks this am.EVPH is on the path to higher prices. The upcoming conference call on April 2, 2010 could be just the catalyst we need to kick the action into high gear as traders jockey for position leading up to April 2.

Minor pull backs are to be expected and present great opportunities to double up especially when the company puts out a P.R like this:

HOUSTON, March 25, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Everybody's Phone Company, Inc. Texas' fastest growing provider of prepaid telephone services, in responding to shareholder inquiries, has decided to issue this comment on the company's stock price.

Steven H. Bethke, President of Everybody's Phone Company, said, "The share price has seen some volatility between the prices .10 and .38 in the last two weeks. The company's business development activities have resulted in a reseller agreement with AT&T. Shareholders can expect similar agreements with other major U.S. carriers. The stated objective of the company is to ramp up the top line revenue to package the company as a takeover target for a larger player."

"The team at Everybody's Phone Company has a top flight management and sales team which is working towards this objective over an 18 month time frame. In the interim, we will continue to build shareholder value by bringing in these new contracts," commented Mr. Bethke, President of Everybody's Phone Company.

Furthermore, Mr. Bethke, said; "The bottom line will grow substantially, making the company profitable within 12 months. These reseller agreements have margins of more than 20% which make them a very attractive proposition for our company. The insiders close to the company are firmly behind our efforts and everyone is holding their shares for maximum return. We feel comfortable in saying that this company will grow to be dominant in our space. There is no reason why the share price should not follow our growth path and move substantially higher. "

The stock is a buy based on the news flow from the company. Today they released a PR which they stated their intention to sell the company. Although a sale may not happen right away, the fact that the company is packaging EVPH for a sale gives shareholders some reason to believe that huge value will get unlocked @ some point.

EVPH, MONSTER NEWS @ THE CLOSE, EVPH was up 36.1% to .245 @ the close, This stock is headed much higher

PSC alerted EVPH as a bottom bouncer @ .17 on Thursday. The stock has since rallied 44.12 and closed @ .245 on Friday. The action on the stock on Friday was mostly @ the offer as investor lifted shares off the offer and the stock continued the rebound which was started Friday.

The intraday chart on EVPH clearly shows that the pressure was consistent all day. We expect more follow through on Monday and a huge week to the upside for EVPH. There is no reason we can trade over .50 as a first step in a move to $1.00. Members should do their due diligence on EVPH. News moves stocks and these guys are making waves with a string of PRs.

EVPH settled out Friday posting a gain of 36% at $0.245 on 1.49M shares.

Just as the closing bell rang EVPH hit the wires announcing another massive deal, this time with Verizon.

This release came mere days after EVPH signed an enormous deal with AT&T

At the current pace EVPH should have Century Tel CTL.NYSE and Cox Communications on board well before summer rolls around.

Members jumping in on EVPH have a chance to invest in a company that will revolutionize the communications industry. Their business model fits a specific niche market that continues to grow because of the existing financial climate. The following article is one all members should re-read at least one more time. This past week was a slam dunk for EVPH. PSC alerted our members to EVPH @ 0.20 and it hit as high as 0.385 on volume of 4,429,500, surging past its average of 263,400.

Next week is going to be another money maker for our members. The current levels for EVPH are trading at a bargain price and we think EVPH has the goods to fly higher. We are marking EVPH for a move to 0.50 and on solid company PR’s, like the ones we saw this week, it could comfortably position EVPH for a surge to the $1 price. Members just picking up on this story can stand to come out with gains of 260% when EVPH reaches our target.

Accumulation is key when looking for big profits. The 52 week-high for EVPH sits at 0.45 and we think its just a matter of time before pushes higher past the 0.50 mark.

EVPH is going to make our members a ton of cash. Members accumulating now are set to make TRIPLE DIGIT gains of 260%. PSC is driven by results and we want to see companies do well that is why we stand behind EVPH. They have positioned themselves on a solid road to success and with AT&T and Verizon in the game the potential here can’t be beat.

PSC is thinking big with EVPH. This company has got what it takes and we are ready to take this to the next level.

EVPH announced they will hold a conference call next Friday to provide an update. With the recent flow of PR’s coming out of EVPH we think the current levels are not gonna last long.

The huge money making potential with EVPH is starring us straight in the face. Next week could prove to be a huge week for this company. We are anxious for the conference call as we want to know what’s next.

EVPH is a no brainer for us. They are working with companies like AT&T and Verizon and the current entry levels are trading at a discount.

EVPH’s services and agreements put the company in the right ball park. EVPH is the new alternative to the large telecom providers that have dominated the local telephone service market. EVPH offers pre-paid service that is a relatively new but fast growing concept in the telecommunications market. The company’s Pre-Paid local telephone service (dial tone) allows customers and businesses to make and receive local calls, initiate collect, toll free, and 911 calls, receive non-collect long distance calls and initiate outgoing long distance calls using phone cards.

EVPH is the tree that will make our money grow. The prepaid telecom market is set to reach $22 billion by 2012, according to a study done by ATLANTIC-ACM, a leading telecommunications research firm.

“The prepaid industry, which historically has been subject to rapid change by virtue of its niche focus, faces varying outlooks across Internet, calling card and wireless products,” said Fedor Smith, VP of Atlantic-ACM. “Prepaid wireless products are well positioned for growth over the next several years, and will drive overall prepaid industry growth from $15B in 2007 to $22B in 2012.”

http://www.atlantic-acm.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=396:pre ssrelease-03-25-08&catid=33:2008-press-releases

EVPH is a money maker in our books. Members getting in now stand to come out ahead by 260%. EVPH can move higher from here and the conference call next week will be a good indication that the company has its ducks lined up in a row. By the time next Friday comes around these entry levels will get swallowed up. Accumulate now before EVPH hits a new record high

EVPH BIG SALES NUMBERS COULD RESULT IN BIG PRICE GAINS

PSC is putting all our members on alert to not let EVPH off your radar screen. EVPH is set to move fast on the chart this week and we want to make sure everyone gets in on this pick and makes a nice chunk of profit.

EVPH’s average volume sits @ 263,400 and last week we saw heavy duty action from 2,982,700 to 4,429,500 shares trading hands. The volume is going to continue strong as more eyeballs come into play.

PSC believes EVPH is going to rise higher. We are marking it for a quick move into the 0.50’s and as the company keeps us posted EVPH has the potential to trade over the $1 share price range.

Members need to re-evaluate their portfolios and get on board this money making opportunity. Just in time for spring cleaning, its out with the old and in with the new. EVPH is your money making tool. Members who followed our alert last week were up 92.5%.

EVPH is ready for the same action this week. Last week’s PR’s were a solid indication of the kind of progress we can look forward to from this company. Members can expect more news as the company holds a conference call this coming Friday.

EVPH scored huge reseller agreements with AT&T and Verizon and the company confirmed that its working on similar deals with other major carriers which will easily result in huge shareholder value. This is a strong BUY signal for PSC.

EVPH is a cheap BUY at these levels given the most attractive aspect of the company is to set itself up as a takeover target. EVPH has all the right ingredients to drive profits in your portfolio. EVPH stated that it is going to focus on its top line revenue hoping to exceed $50 million in sales to be taken over by a larger player.

With big shots like AT&T and Verizon under its belt interested investors will want first bids on a company like EVPH.

EVPH is on a solid path to success. We urge our members to re-read last weeks PR’s in preparation for a strong move on the charts.

The agreement with Verizon enables EVPH to purchase, at a discount, access to Verizon's local telephone network and repackage/resell unlimited local telephone service to the prepaid residential market anywhere in Texas.

More than 130 million customer connections are served by Verizon every day. EVPH plans to expand marketing to states beyond Texas, once it receives permission from each state's public utilities commission, which the Company is in the process of doing.

EVPH`s agreement with AT&T gives it the ability to purchase, at a discount, access to the local telephone network provided by AT&T and repackage/resell voice services to the credit disadvantaged. AT&T presently serves a total of 77 million AT&T mobile and voice data subscribers nationwide.

From the AT&T deal alone, the company expects to generate a $4 million per year revenue run rate with an 18% bottom line. EVPH`s main target is to grow the revenue base to the $50 million plus level and package the company for a buyout. This means a $9 million gross EBITDA. EVPH has 22 million shares out which would give EVPH a .41 per share EBITDA.

Numbers don’t lie and EVPH has the goods to move higher. Members getting in now can expect solid gains as EVPH runs past the 0.50 range to $1 and once investors start taking a closer look a target of $1.50 will not be far off.

AT&T reported on their Q4 earnings growth with 34.4 billion full-year cash from operating activities. AT& T is a huge benefit for a company like EVPH and members who accumulate at these levels stand to make a ton of money once large investors will want to dip in the profits of EVPH and set it up for a full take over.

Now is the best time to get in on EVPH before the company scores more access with utility commissions in many other states and makes it an even more attractive target on the market. Access to additional states can provide multiple revenue streams for EVPH setting it on a fast track for growth, adding shareholder value along the way.

Members getting in at these levels stand to make a ton of dough. PSC is alerting everyone to keep EVPH on your radar. This stock is gonna move fast and we want our members to keep their eye on the ball.

EVPH, OBAMA WANTS IT AND EVPH DELIVERS, EVPH IS PART OF A 8 BILLION DOLLAR FEDERALLY FUNDED PROGRAM

EVPH which is a PSC favorite is hovering in a narrow band of .22-.28 today.

The stock has 3 runs since PSC has alerted it. We like the company because they are extremely proactive and deliver solid business
development news on a continuing basis.

Last week they announced deals with AT&T and Verizon and now they have hooked up with their biggest customer yet, THE US GOVERNMENT.

They announced a deal today which will bring enormous revenue to the company this year.

These guys have said before that they are trying to bulk up revenue and now we really believe them.

EVPH has AT&T, Verizon and the US government in their corner which should translate into enormous revenue growth.

Members should be aware that the company has 18% margin on everything that they do. EBITDA on this company is huge.

They are packaging this company for resale and the stock is worth anywhere between $1.00-1.50 once a deal is done.

Members really need to re-read today's PR and stay tuned to PSC for more EVPH updates.

globenewswire

HOUSTON, March 29, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Everybody's Phone Company, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVPH - News), Texas' fastest growing provider of prepaid telephone services, today announced that through an agreement with local telephone companies AT&T and Verizon, the Company now offers two federally-funded programs, the Lifeline Assistance ("Lifeline") and Link-Up America ("Link-Up"), to its customers who qualify. Lifeline and Link-Up are part of the Universal Service Fund (USF), which will distribute more than $8 Billion in 2010 toward helping qualified low income consumers pay for basic telephone service through discounts and subsidies.

Steven H. Bethke, President of Everybody's Phone Company, said, "We are very pleased to begin extending our services to those most in need, and helping every American have access to the basic necessities of modern living. The Federal Government will pay the monthly cost of our qualified consumers' home telephone service direct to Everybody's Phone Company. Everybody's Phone Company will get a monthly income paid quarterly by the Federal Government, creating a new and reliable revenue stream."

EVPH was a heavy hitter on the charts today with over 3,168,096 shares trading hands surging to the day’s high of 0.285. EVPH is pumping iron and going strong since our alert @ 0.20.

EVPH delivered gains of 42.5% today to members who got in early and followed our alerts.

EVPH is continuing its momentum from last week when it moved like a real cash cow on the charts bringing in gains of 92.5% from our alert price to a high of 0.385.

Members keeping EVPH on their radar screen are scoring big and things may only get bigger from here. The company is oozing with determination to secure a large investor for a takeover deal.

The news coming out of EVPH is a solid driving force on the charts. The deals with AT&T and Verizon really helped the climb to returns of 92.5%. Members need to take a hard look at EVPH because with the US government backing this company, this is a real money maker.

EVPH is trading 48.48% above its 50 day moving average and things may soar from here as it preps itself for a possible takeover.

EVPH is keeping the contracts coming and the latest from the company is just the icing on the cake. Timing is everything and the time is right!

EVPH caters to low income families providing them with necessary communication services. Given the economic circumstances the number of low income families is on the rise and for anyone job hunting and looking for employment, a life without a phone is not an option. More and more families are falling on hard times and the report below gives us a real awakening on the low-income numbers in the U.S.

U.S. Working Poor On The Rise, Says Report

The number of U.S. jobs paying a poverty-level wage increased by 4.7 million between 2002 and 2006.

A report by The Working Poor Families Project, based on an analysis of U.S. Census Bureau data, found conditions worsened for the working poor in the four years ending in 2006, as the number of low-income working families increased by 350,000.

http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2008/10/14/national/main4522599.shtml?source=RSSa ttr=HOME_4522599

EVPH is catering to a large demographic and they have their eye on the ball. The company is working hard and members getting in at these levels stand to come out on top.

EVPH announced its two federally-funded programs, the Lifeline Assistance and Link-Up America. Lifeline and Link-Up are part of the Universal Service Fund (USF), which will distribute more than $8 Billion in 2010 toward helping qualified low income consumers pay for basic telephone service through discounts and subsidies.

This is an amazing money making opportunity for EVPH and it is a definite value for any shareholder looking to score big. EVPH has got a mind of its own. The company is on fire and these contracts are just the start of the storm. EVPH is looking to be taken over and is going the distance scoring huge contracts and deals to secure a solid revenue stream for any large investor looking to make a big profit. Talks of possible takeovers could soon be brewing.

EVPH has got the goods and we are going the distance. News out of EVPH last week made our members a ton of money and judging from today’s action it doesn’t look like EVPH is gonna slow down any time soon. EVPH is moving at full speed.

The latest score with the government is a HUGE plus on the bargaining table. PSC knows a money making opportunity when we see one and EVPH is all the proof we need as it rose 92.5% in just one week.

The latest contract with the government is a guaranteed revenue producing stream. Everybody’s Phone Company is going to become Everybody’s Favourite Phone Company as more and more investors will be getting in to get a slice of the pie.

EVPH has the goods to fly past its 52 week-high to new record highs. Last week made our members lots of money and those looking to score again should get in at these entry levels because EVPH is gonna take off from here.

PSC HAS SEEN RALLIES IN EVPH FROM 15% to 92.5%. NOW IS THE TIME TO GET IN ON EVPH FOR ANOTHER RALLY IN EVPH. THIS RALLY IN EVPH COULD MAKE MEMBERS 95%.

If you read the www.stockta.com chart for EVPH, you can see the last resistance point is .39. If we can get to .39, our members will make 95%. The news from the company is strong and the upside from .20 to .39 makes this stock a buy.

Last week we touched .16 and then rallied 56.25% to .25. Today we touched .16 before rallying 25% to close @ .20. PSC thinks this rally will push EVPH even higher and we are looking for a 95% move higher to .39.

This company can deliver the goods on the news front. The last PR is great and the next one might even be better. Members should keep in mind that this company also delivered news of deals with AT&T and Verizon. Those deals make it clear to PSC that EVPH can score the big deals.

The company has put growth on the front burner. Their newest deal is big. Real big. EVPH is trying to get their part of the $8 Billion USD Universal Service Fund pool of cash.

Everybody's Phone Company Targets $32 Billion U.S. Public Prepaid Card Sector
Local Calling Cards to be Marketed to Apartments and Convenience Stores in Houston

Everybody's Phone Company, Inc. On Wednesday August 18, 2010, 9:00 am EDT

HOUSTON, Aug. 18, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Everybody's Phone Company, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVPH - News), Texas' fastest growing provider of prepaid telephone services, announced today that it plans to capitalize on the $32 Billion direct-to-consumer branded prepaid card market. Everybody's Phone Company plans to market prepaid calling cards that provide local calling service through its existing agreement with AT&T. EVPH's marketing program is geared toward selling prepaid local calling cards throughout neighborhood groceries and convenience stores, low-income and government-subsidized properties, apartments and Multiple Dwelling Units (MDU), in residential markets in the greater Houston area.

Steven H. Bethke, president of EVPH, said, "Despite a difficult 2009, sales momentum in our industry is showing new promise with the increased uptake of prepaid calling services. In the public sector, consumers are making lower priced purchases at a higher volume through the use of prepaid cards. Prepaid local calling service appeals to a broader number of consumers seeking value-priced offerings without a large financial commitment or need for a credit check. EVPH is expertly positioned to capitalize on this growing consumer trend in the years ahead."

According to a newly published Prepaid Market Sizing Report by The Boston Consulting Group, the public sector will lead branded prepaid card sales growth from $31.7 billion in 2009 to $163 Billion by 2017. Additional growth is anticipated in the corporate sector, primarily for use in payroll services. Worldwide, the branded prepaid cards market was valued at approximately $120 Billion in 2009 and is forecast to quadruple to $440 billion by 2017. By 2017, the United States is projected to hold 53 percent market share, double that of the top six markets combined (India, the UK, Mexico, Italy, the Middle East and Brazil).

EVPH AH NEWS:Everybody's Phone Company Announces New Agreements With National Servicing Corp. Which Will Allow 30-50% Increase in Revenues by

Everybodys Phone (USOTC:EVPH)
Today : Thursday 3 February 2011

Everybody's Phone Company (PINKSHEETS: EVPH) proudly announces their newest direction in company growth. The Company will soon enter into a contract which guarantees them 30-50% increase in profit with estimated $260,000 monthly profits. The Consulting Agreement with National Servicing, Corp. allows EVPH to enter the trillion dollar home loan consolidating industry. EVPH will be able to buy debt portfolios for pennies on the dollar and either accept payments as the new debt holder (yielding about 30% profits) or resell/refinance the debt (yielding about 50% profits). On average, EVPH can earn four times what a debt is worth while helping people consolidate their defaulted loans; also, on average, debt buyers make 120% on their initial investments within 90 days.

National Servicing Corporation President and CEO Tom Law states, "We are excited to enter into this agreement with EVPH. We feel they are already a company with strong moral goals and the desire to help people become debt free. We would like to help them grow at an exponential rate and be a part of their nationwide expansion. Starting out, we will be able to guarantee them some of our smaller portfolios which can earn them over $10 Million a year in profits. The revenues and profits of our industry are astronomical and the possibilities for sustained company growth, that I see, for EVPH is limitless."

About National Servicing, Corp.

Founded by industry pioneer Thomas Law and managed and staffed by a dedicated team of experienced workout professionals, NSC is a boutique shop built around human assets with a second-to-none understanding of this business. Their four person management team alone has over 100 years of collective loss mitigation experience behind them. That's important because it takes skilled professionals to work with delinquent mortgagors successfully: To work in ways that are collaborative, not confrontational: In ways that will convert more delinquent mortgagors into happy homeowners. Sometimes there's just no substitute for experience, especially at this unique time when so many borrowers are opting for "strategic default."

About Everybody's Phone Company

Everybody's Phone Company (EVPH) is expanding their services to include pre-paid energy, utility, and internet services. EVPH also plans to buy and consolidate defaulted mortgage loans. Simultaneously, EVPH will be in close contact with those who need their services most through buying defaulted loans. EVPH started out acquiring heavily discounted telephone service from the incumbent local exchange carriers, such as AT&T and Verizon, and reselling the services at premium rates on a prepaid basis yielding above average profit margins and mitigating bad debt. Once EVPH achieves critical mass in Texas, it plans to expand its prepaid telecommunications products, utility services and debt buying abilities nationwide. The Company is also currently forming marketing partnerships with independent owners of pawnshops, check cashing facilities, local grocers, and convenience stores to sell prepaid services to new customers as well as accept monthly payments from subscribers for per-customer commission incentives.

Steve Bethke, President, stated, "We have spent the past twelve months conducting a study to determine the feasibility of offering pre-paid home telephone service to the sub-prime credit market; we have come to the conclusion that there is enough room in the market for another service providers. We plan to begin offering services soon through a variety of outlets which specialize in serving the needs of the credit-disadvantaged."

EVPH (Everybody's Phone Company)- is technically setup to make a sharp ascent upwards especially with an influx of volume.

Volume levels have been low on shares of EVPH while the Company has significant potential for growth with an increase in investor awareness as the company continues to expand and grow.

And, now that EVPH has approached support levels, shares prices could experience an uptick due to multiple factors:
#1. Great company performance

#2. Improvements in the market environment

#3. Strategic planning to maximize revenues

#4. Weak resistance levels on EVPH’s technical chart
