AVEW NEWS: ActionView International, Inc. Announces 2nd Main Bout for April 3rd World Championship Full Contact (WCFC) Event
Chairman Reiterates Comments Regarding Issued and Outstanding Shares

MURRIETA, Calif., Mar 8, 2010 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- ActionView International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AVEW) and its wholly-owned MatchFights subsidiary today announced the second of two main bouts scheduled for the inaugural World Championship Full Contact (WCFC) live event on April 3, 2010 at The Rail Event Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. The main bout will pit Steve "Razor" Sharp, with a professional record of 25 wins and 10 losses, against Dave Castillo, who has a professional record of 7 wins and only 1 loss.

Steven "Razor" Sharp, who fights out of the Absolute MMA Gym in Salt Lake City, Utah, is one of the most well rounded and popular fighters in the state of Utah, if not the entire West Coast. Sharp has a fierce stand up game and throws everything but the kitchen sink at his opponents. He can also finish a fight on the mat as easily as he can with a knock out. Watching Sharp fight is as exciting as it is brutal.

"Dave Castillo is a great stand up fighter but doesn't have as much experience in the cage as Steve," commented Johnny Riche, head of LBH Productions which is producing the April 3rd event. "Steve plans on standing toe to toe and banging it out with Castillo. You can be guaranteed that this fight won't go the distance."

Castillo, who fights out of Salt Lake City's Elite Performance gym, said, "I feel blessed to be surrounded and supported by so many great people and to be competing in such an awesome sport. I am excited to prove to myself that I have the potential to one day go to the world's biggest stage -- the UFC. The fans can always expect excitement when I enter the cage. I always come to fight and I always come to win. I am constantly improving as a person and a fighter, so maybe you will see something new. I am confident that my training camp is one of the best in the world and I plan on displaying just that. My opponent Steven "Razor" Sharp is a well rounded, aggressive fighter with a big name. I think this has the potential to be one of the biggest fights of the year."

Castillo trains under UFC legend Jeremy Horn of Horns Elite Performance and trains with UFC fighter and Season 10 runner up of Spike TV's "The Ultimate Fighter" DaMarques Johnson.

Johnny Riche added, "While I'm excited about the entire fight card we have assembled for the April 3rd WCFC event, the Sharp versus Castillo fight is the one I am dying to see."

The co-main event match-up announced by the WCFC last week will feature Jordan "They Call Me Mr." Smith, who appeared as a contestant on Season 11 of "The Ultimate Fighter" fighting against "The Slim Shady of MMA" Nick Rossborough, who has also appeared on the "The Ultimate Fighter" show in a middleweight contest.

A 30-second WCFC commercial was in rotation last weekend during the live WEC MMA event on the Versus network.

Gary Nerison, Chairman of ActionView International, stated, "We continue to be elated over the trading activity of our stock and I wish to reconfirm that there has been no change to the number of issued and outstanding shares of the company's common stock since it was last publicly reported. We do expect to continue to generate interest as our April 3rd event approaches and we stage what is anticipated to be a very successful show."

Fight fans, fighters, promoters, trainers and ring girls are encouraged to visit the WCFC website at www.wcfc.com to set up a personal profile and join the first and only comprehensive content driven MMA web community dedicated to fighting. The site harnesses the power of social networks, allowing users to connect and share information about their favorite fighters, fights and events. A comprehensive marketing program is being implemented which is expected to result in the www.wcfc.com becoming the dominant fighting website in the world and draw consumers for WCFC events broadcast over the Internet.

The only differance from UFC is the fans are the Judges and there's no taping out so the only way to win the fight if it dosen't go the distance is TKO ...

AVEW: This company is in a very active and attractive space with many companies doing incredible! With the UFC being the biggest name in the fight game and getting most of the revenue in the sport, looks like many start ups are looking to get in this space.
ActionView is in this space and doing business.

ActionView International, Inc. Announces Main Sponsors for the Inaugural World Championship Full Contact (WCFC) Event on April 3

MURRIETA, Calif., March 12, 2010
GLOBE NEWSWIRE
ActionView International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AVEW) and its wholly-owned MatchFights subsidiary today announced the sponsors for the inaugural World Championship Full Contact (WCFC) live event on April 3, 2010 at The Rail Event Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. The event has three main sponsors: Rockwell Time, a leading manufacturer of action sports lifestyle and street fashion watches; EVO Energy, which provides an innovative line of energy drink products; and Against The Fence, the premier retail outlet for MMA apparel and merchandise.

MatchFights delivers the most exciting brand of full contact fighting under its World Championship Full Contact banner. MatchFights' events are broadcast live in high definition to a worldwide audience over the Internet, and revenue is derived from pay-per-view buys. The fight card for the April 3rd event consists of two main event bouts and six main cards fights with fighters that range from flyweight to light heavyweight classifications.

Established in 2007, Rockwell Time is one of the most recognized branded watch companies in the market today. For more information, please visit www.rockwelltime.com

EVO Energy Corporation is a bold new company bringing an innovative product line to the energy drink market. EVO Energy holds a smooth, refreshing flavor that allows your taste buds to enjoy the whole experience without a bad aftertaste. EVO Energy differentiates itself from other energy drinks by being gluten free, rich with vitamins (B, C, A, and 30 iu of Vitamin E), green tea, and bromelain. EVO Energy has no guarana, sodium, preservatives, artificial colors, or artificial flavors. The company's motto is: "EVO: a state of mind -- the alter EVO that allows you to push the extreme, the ability to persevere over challenges, to excel beyond your limits of normal thought." For more information, please visit www.drinkevo.com.

Against The Fence, the premier retail outlet for MMA apparel and merchandise, was created by a team of fans and fighters who wanted to not only provide a one stop shop for MMA fighters of all levels to get their training gear, but also a place for the fan to find the latest styles at great prices. For more information, please visit www.againstthefence.com.

"We are excited to have signed 3 title sponsors to our upcoming April 3rd event," said Johnny Riche, head of LBH Productions, which is producing the WCFC event. "Each brand represents MMA and sports entertainment in a unique fashion.

"Rockwell Time has solidified itself as 'the watch to wear' to many top level MMA and action sports stars. This will be a long term relationship, and I couldn't be happier about partnering up with such an amazing company. In addition to being one of the most recognized action sports brands in the world, they are a very effective media machine, with a regional television series, radio show and national Supercross team. They also sponsor and direct over 75 live events a year. WCFC will have access to many of these events. Rockwell Time has committed to help build the WCFC brand regionally and nationally.

"It makes it easy to form relationships with these high profile companies when guys like Rich Eggett are in charge. Rich is a visionary and a guy that takes the bull by the horns...literally! Any CEO that flies to Spain and runs with the bulls has my respect....stepping inside a cage is a cake walk compared to that madness!

"EVO Energy is really pushing to become the energy drink built for fans and fighters. They have also taken a direct approach when it comes to marketing and involving the WCFC in all its promotional efforts. They are a like minded company and have dedicated a portion of their marketing dollars to sponsor not only the event but the athletes that make an event like ours possible. A few athletes on the third will be enjoying EVO Energy after their bouts!

"Against The Fence is also dedicated to the fastest growing sport in the world and strives to be the top MMA apparel provider in the United States. They support not only the WCFC organization but many of the athletes that compete in MMA. They started as a local company and now supply many of the top MMA apparel outlets in the nation. Nick Yama is a good friend and a guy that has seen the evolution of combat sport and been a part of it one way or another from day one. I am excited to have ATF on board with the WCFC."

ActionView International recently announced that there has been no change to the number of issued and outstanding shares of the company's common stock since it was last publicly reported Market activity for the company's common stock has increased as the April 3, 2010 date for the inaugural WCFC event was announced and additional details disclosed.

Fight fans, fighters, promoters, trainers and ring girls are encouraged to visit the WCFC website at www.wcfc.com to set up a personal profile and join the first and only comprehensive content driven MMA web community dedicated to fighting. The site harnesses the power of social networks, allowing users to connect and share information about their favorite fighters, fights and events. the investorclueso email..nice read folks:

Dear fellow investors,
Get ready for some major action!
ActionView International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: AVEW) and the company's wholly-owned MatchFights subsidiary and its World Championship Full Contact (WCFC) brand are going places! MatchFights delivers the most exciting brand of full contact fighting under its World Championship Full Contact banner.
Ladies and gentlemen, this little $0.016 stock is ready to RUMBLE!!!
WCFC is designed to appeal to a massive, global audience. With live, Internet broadcast pay-per-view products, WCFC events are not restricted by TV contracts or country borders! Events are fast paced and more exciting and fan oriented by incorporating unique features like:
• No Tap Outs
• Two Minute Rounds
• No Judges, and
• Fans Vote Online For The Winners!
Anyone, anywhere, that has an internet connection can watch a WCFC event and participate through interactive interfaces.
Sports and entertainment ACTION! Full contact fighting brought to you LIVE, over the Internet in streaming high definition format!! A Massive Market Potential…
• The sport of mixed martial arts is the fastest growing spectator sport in the world. From a pay-per-view perspective, MMA far outpaces any other PPV product including boxing.
• Televised mixed martial arts will generate anywhere from one to four million viewers in the Unites States. Internationally, televised karate and MMA events will generate anywhere from 40-100 million viewers - for a single event.
• Pay-per-view UFC events, while highly promoted, generate upwards of one million buys at prices starting at $44.00. However, these events are restricted to domestic viewers and are limited to viewers that happened to subscribe to the cable or satellite provider that carries the fight.
• Pay-per-view events held by the WCFC are broadcast all over the world via the internet, thus significantly expanding the potential viewership.
• WCFC events start at only $4.95 (for certain international markets) and are typically less than $10 for most viewers. This price point brings in a much broader base of potential customers.
• The majority of fight fans are males in the 18-35 demographic and nearly all of whom are highly computer literate. More so, they tend to rely on the internet for the bulk of their news, entertainment, and social networking.
When you factor in all that the WCFC brings to the market, we believe that very shortly, given the more exciting nature of the product and the superior price point and market exposure, WCFC events will eclipse the UFC in total viewership.
Look at these comparables…
Ultimate Fighting Championship (www.ufc.com).
The own approximately 90% of all MMA revenue, estimated at $250 million in 2008, and is worth an estimated $1 billion in 2009!
World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: WWE)
With a $1.27 billion market cap, WWE is an integrated media and entertainment company. The Company’s operation consists of four segments: Live and Televised Entertainment, Consumer Products, Digital Media and WWE Studios. Live and Televised Entertainment’s revenues consists principally of ticket sales to live events, sales of merchandise at these live events, television rights fees, sales of television advertising and sponsorships, and fees for viewing its pay-per-view and video on demand programming. Digital Media revenues consist principally of advertising sales on its Websites, sale of merchandise on its Website through its WWEShop Internet storefront and sales of broadband and mobile content.
Fast Tracking on the Opportunity Highway!
MatchFights started staging live, pay-per-view events on a monthly basis beginning January of this year. Each event has an estimated live audience of 3,000 spectators and broadcasts live over the Internet to a worldwide audience.
Following each event, each broadcast is broken up into multiple short video clips and distributed as “free content” to social networking and free content sites in multiple countries, ensuring that the video content “lives forever.” This is coupled with viral marketing campaigns set to target the company’s base demographic of 18-35 year old males.
AVEW’s goal is to become the premier website where people can go to get the latest information and watch the very best in both free and PPV fight content.
Multiple Revenue Streams.
AVEW generates revenues from:
• Paid event attendance
• Internet broadcasted Pay Per View events
• Advertising
• Sponsorships
• Merchandise sales, and
• Brand name licensing.
Ladies and gentlemen, in our opinion this is one road show you don’t want to miss!!

AVEW News - ActionView International, Inc. Board of Directors Approves Forward Stock Split

MURRIETA, Calif., Mar 15, 2010 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- ActionView International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AVEW) today announced that its Board of Directors has finalized plans for a 3:1 forward split of the company's common stock. As a result, shareholders of record as of a date to be set will receive two additional shares for each share held, as of the close of business on the effective date, which will be set by the Board in the coming weeks. As of today, the total number of shares outstanding for ActionView International is 54,000,000, and after the 3:1 forward split the total number of shares outstanding will be 162,000,000.
"With all of the increased activity and excitement that has been generated by the upcoming WCFC event through our wholly owned subsidiary MatchFights LLC, the Board decided to both reward current shareholders for their loyalty and to broaden our shareholder base allowing more people to participate in the future success of the company," said Gary Nerison, Chairman of the Board of Directors. "Given the huge growth potential of ActionView as a provider of exciting action events over the Internet and MatchFights' position in a compelling and still expanding segment of the sports entertainment market, we believe that there will be a steadily growing level of interest in the company's future.

"The Board was recently briefed on early ticket sales and the incredible word of mouth that our WCFC event has generated in the greater Salt Lake City market. As the marketing push heats up in the coming weeks, we expect to put on a very well-attended event and to generate significant interest in our Internet-delivered pay-per-view broadcast. While building a large number of pay-per-view buys for each broadcast is a process that will take some time, we do expect that this revenue model will appeal to a large portion of the company's public market audience."

ActionView International's wholly owned MatchFights subsidiary delivers the most exciting brand of full contact fighting under its World Championship Full Contact banner.
