ActionView International, Inc. Chairman Discusses Pink OTC Markets Quotation
MURRIETA, Calif., March 16, 2010 GLOBE NEWSWIRE ActionView International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AVEW) Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Gary Nerison today discussed the recent action by the Pink OTC Markets Inc., which operates www.otcmarkets.com, to cease displaying the company's stock quote, by referring to an email received from Pink Sheets OTC Market, Inc., which stated, "Pink OTC Markets has become aware of a Promotion regarding your security, ActionView International, Inc. (AVEW). It is Pink OTC Markets' policy to block the display of quotations on pinksheets.com for non-Current issuers and label the company with our Caveat Emptor symbol."
Mr. Nerison responded, "We are unaware of any stock promotion in connection with ActionView International, Inc. and disagree with the Pink OTC Markets' decision to cease displaying our stock quote as we have filed all required financial information with the Pink Sheets. The solution for us is to file an Initial Company Information and Disclosure Statement along with an attorney letter, pursuant to the Guidelines for Providing Adequate Current Information. Since it has always been our intention to provide our shareholders with current, detailed information on the company, we intend to file these documents in the coming days."
Mr. Nerison continued, "We are encouraged by the recent enthusiasm in the market for the company's action-sports brand, World Championship Full Contact (WCFC), which is holding its inaugural event on April 3, 2010 at the Rail Event Center in downtown Salt Lake City and featuring some of the most exciting professional fighters in the sport today. When you also consider that the WCFC operates the first and only web-based social network for mixed martial arts, the fastest growing sport in the world, it is not surprising that our company has generated this level of excitement."
Fight fans, fighters, promoters, trainers and ring girls are encouraged to visit the WCFC website at www.wcfc.com to set up a personal profile and join the first and only comprehensive content driven MMA web community dedicated to fighting. The site harnesses the power of social networks, allowing users to connect and share information about their favorite fighters, fights and events. A comprehensive marketing program is being implemented which is expected to result in the www.wcfc.com becoming the dominant fighting website in the world and draw consumers for WCFC events broadcast over the Internet.

Pay-per-view events held by the WCFC are broadcast all over the world via the internet, thus significantly expanding the potential viewership. • WCFC events start at only $4.95 (for certain international markets) and are typically less than $10 for most viewers. This price point brings in a much broader base of potential customers.

"We are extremely pleased to have received the financing needed to stage the inaugural WCFC event and look forward to putting on a great show," said Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Gary Nerison.
"As we stated when previously discussing the types of non-toxic funding that ActionView would pursue to finance upcoming WCFC events, this financing is not market driven and is expected to have no impact on the company's common stock. The financing agreement contains a provision wherein this same arrangement can be made available to the company for four subsequent WCFC events."

ActionView International, Inc. Files Form 15 to Facilitate Disclosure of Financial Information Through the OTC Markets Website Application for Pink OTC Markets' Disclosure and News Service Has Been Submitted
MURRIETA, Calif., Mar 22, 2010 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- ActionView International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AVEW) has filed a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in order to allow the company to provide additional information for its shareholders and the public markets by posting quarterly and annual financial information at www.otcmarkets.com. ActionView International filed the Suspension of Duty to File Reports under Sections 13 and 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 on Form 15 with the SEC on March 19th.
The company had previously announced its intention to utilize the OTC Markets site to post its financial information, and on March 16, 2010, ActionView received correspondence from Pink OTC Markets Inc., which operates www.otcmarkets.com, stating that a Form 15 must be filed for the OTC Markets site to display stock quote information for the company.
The application for the Pink OTC Markets' Disclosure and News Service has been submitted including the appropriate fees -- necessary steps in removing the Caveat Emptor designation from the company's stock quote.
"Filing the Form 15 became an even greater priority since it was required for our stock quotation to be included on the OTC Markets site," said Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Gary Nerison. "We had intended to use the Pink OTC Markets' Disclosure and News Service as a venue to post the company's financial information, so filing the Form 15 and subscribing to the service were the next logical steps in this process. We have submitted the application for the Pink OTC service and expect to have our first financial filing posted to the OTC site shortly.
"Reporting financial results through this venue has become more popular among emerging public companies, due to the increased costs of compliance for the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board and other markets. We believe that this is the most appropriate strategy for ActionView International in order to control expenses as the company grows revenues through the activities of its MatchFights subsidiary. As the company moves forward, we will continue to evaluate the potential upside of additional market listings or stock registrations."
