The only reason it's down imo is because it's quiet & they're PR driven. But when they finally release PR the pps jumps significantly. ~BB IP: Logged |

"an increase in general and administrative of $ 416,295", that is not pretty. this company has a ton of potential, but they had really better get their act together. IP: Logged |

Hope the CEO is reading this and takeing notes because he needs to shape up the finacials of the company and put them into the winning track that they were in a couple of months ago. As I am a loyal share holder of 37900 shares hope to catch everyone on the greener side later good luck to all. IP: Logged |

actually i'm surprised that WNMI has held up relatively well despite releasing what was practically a textbook case of how to issue a crap 10Q: decreasing revenue, ballooning GA costs, boneheaded financing, dilution, you name it. i thought we might see .007 after that complete turkey of a 10q, but support seems relatively strong around upper .008's. whiz, i agree that future 10Q's should show much better revenue, at least i hope so. there is no doubt though that bonar and crew will have to *really* clean up their act and at least start to show hints of profit in the future. the next few 10q's will be very interesting: so much promise to this company, but it's going to take awhile to develop and management needs to really tighten things up for that promise to come to fruition. we will see, should be interesting. Hi Gang! Does anyone know where we can get a list of all the stocks traded on the BE, so we can avoid them? Also, Stocks like this, Ibiz, and others that we ALREADY own - how do we find out IF they are traded on BE unless we already know? TIA IP: Logged |

Actually it appears WNMI was delisted from the Berlin exchange today. O volume. That is the reason for some of the buying today. IP: Logged |

It doesn't say they were dropped like the others have stated. My new system is to go to yahoo fiance and type in any stock symbol I am interested in, and add a ".be" to the end of the symbol, and if it says there is no matches found it's okay. Try it yourself. Check TSBB. http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=wnmi.be IP: Logged |

True, you can pull it up that way, however first trade is suspended and the delisting follows. IP: Logged |

True, you can bring it up that way, but sometimes Yahoo finance is not quite as fast in updating. The delisting rumor is from people logging onto to the Berlin exchange. IP: Logged |

I'll post this on here and the Berlin-delisting thread.... If anyone knows German you can navigate your way around the Berlin Stock Exchange at www.berlineboerse.de The point is that we might have access to a list of stocks that are trading there. I have been researching the Berlin issue for a while now. No, WNMI was not delisted today, it normally shows a 0 volume. The concerns about shorting and arbitrage are not necessarily tied to volume in Berlin; they concern a loophole that allows U.S. brokers to accept naked shorts on companies that are listed on more than one exchange (such as Berlin). If you go to the Berlin site, you can bring up Warning's info by typing in "RZB" (their symbol in Berlin), or simply by typing "Warning Models". I have been in contact with Brian Bonar for over a month on this issue, and the only response recieved to date is that they are researching the legal aspects and expect to take a position on the subject soon. Overall I am very bullish about WNMI. I think it's possible the downturn we've had the last two months is related to Berlin; if you click on a chart of any size on the Berlin exchange, you'll see WNMI was listed the day after the Paris Hilton news, and the pps started dropping with 24 hours. But besides that, WNMI has yet to show solid earnings in black and white, and I think that when they do (Q3 or Q4), the pps will correct itself upwards if it's still down in these low levels. I continue to accumulate here as well, and will probably continue to do so through the year unless I see any major missteps by management (such as massive dilution--and increase in the A/S will be a serious red flag for me). The 10Q did not alarm me, it was about what I expected. IP: Logged |

I was lookin' for the thread to post the same thing. Nice, quiet run up today with quite a spread for Tuesday's open. Still on board. Did we ever hear back from Warning as to whether they are delisting from the Berlin Xchg? ~BB IP: Logged |

quote: Nothing yet. Last week, the low pps/berlin listing connection was all I read about on RB. Lately, the tune has been changing to shorting from Berlin not being as intense or having as much of a major impact on us as some think. Either way, it would be nice to hear directly from Warning about their 'official' stance on this issue and when it can be resolved. Bullrun coming soon....I'm pumped for that. Live here in South Florida and will be going down to South Beach to check things out. Will report back with details and my take on things there. IP: Logged |

I've seen a couple other stocks on the Berlin xchg give a couple days notice before the delisting would occur. So just type in wnmi.be at yahoo finance (or wherever you go) and look for the double asterisk and the date to be dropped. If you don't see it, it may still be a while. IP: Logged |

I think the company owes us an answer as to whether they are requesting the delisting. If I remember correctly, longfellow, they said they would "investigate" the situation. When it happens is perhaps out of their control- them initiating the action is another. I'm emailing Brian Bonar. Longfellow, please let us know if you hear back. IP: Logged |

Babe I hope they're really busy making money. As for the Berlin exchange, where there's smoke there's fire. Too many believe the impact of that listing is negative to disregard it. I want WNMI to remove that listing. ------------------ IP: Logged |
