It would provide a solution for NY agencies to get around their bankrupcy filings, processing all payments through LA. The talent wouldn't change, just the billing, but the process in general makes LA a more mainstream market than it has traditionally been in the past. Clients tend to look for models in NY first, unless they are based n the west coast. Just another shift in the industry that I think Warning has a jump on. Interesting also- at the White House Correspondence Dinner last night a couple of Bush's appointees to his administration were questioning me about the lawsuit. Turns out the feds are taking this far more seriously than I was aware of, so as the ball rolls it could grow bigger. To reinterate- Warning is one of the few top level agencies that will NOT in any way be involved with the lawsuit. Another plus for our investment.

Good! When I first found the Warning post I felt that many people jumped on it because of Paris' PR. I hope that my input helps everyone realize that there is more to the modeling industry than a flash in the pan penny profit (as nice as that can be) and that, without knowing it, they really have made a wise investment for the future at a bargain price. Of course, strictly my opinion. ~BB IP: Logged |

That would be me! Purely by accident falling into what appears to a sweet investment. But honestly speaking the noise about Paris was what first got my attention however I did not put money on it until I did enough research to find out they had a business plan & that they were more than a flash in the pan. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Does anyone know the average price that shares are for modeling agencies? Or where Warning can be in a year or after that? Any response to this thanks. Dave IP: Logged |

Also I would like to thank Bet Babe for her knowledge in this indusrty. I heard about Paris first, but didn't buy any shares at that time. After reading more and talking to people I then bought some shares. Thanks to the people on here for their help, and especially Bet Babe. Dave IP: Logged |

What's driving this up today? I figured we had to wait for some pr first. It's nice to see it going up, but like Bet Babe has said, we will have to wait a few months before this gets rolling. IP: Logged |

Has anyone dug up the history here, from the merger with Famous Fixins Inc. that created Warning Models, the publicly traded company? I suspect there are some very successful traders behind this whole setup. I remember way back, Steve Chamberlin's best friend, one of the smartest investors I know... Any info is appreciated. Just want to put the whole puzzle together. Thx, IP: Logged |

The password has been circulating on the web via stock bulletin boards since about a day after Bob Frey led us all to this stock with his posting of a run. This stock is way undervalued in my opinion it will see a huge jump in the next 12 months and will be up and down as it builds, all just my opinion of course. Whiz said a while back when pr comes out with 1st quarter earnings this stock should jump! I share his opinion! GLTA hope all made some money here today. IP: Logged |

Yes Bob, nice close. I would love to have a pr this week and see this go up. I may just play this one for a while, because it seems that the big moves will be later on around late July, August and September. I would like to add more as we go along, this looks like a good one, but will take time. Dave IP: Logged |

Heads up, you might see a few more newbies around here in the next few days, as I've added this board to my website, warninginfo .com Please feel free to visit the site, it's a collection of WNMI DD links, and if you know of any other links that might be appropriate, please email me. I don't list conjecture or speculation (ie anything that could be construed as pumping), just info that potential investors would find helpful. IP: Logged |

Great site Longfellow! However, this statement "including the majority of Victoria's Secret models" is very incorrect. DNA Model Mgmt in NYC reps almost all of the Victoria's Secret and Sportwear Illustrated models. Where did you get that info?

Ok, which "many"? Just because you said you were only including the facts... and I didn't see any, but then again I am not entirely familiar with VS so maybe I'm missing something? Gisele isn't repped by them, Adriana isn't, so... are they contract, consistent appearances or one-offs? Don't mean to offend LF. Just want to keep up with your DD. {EDIT: ah, just saw your second post LF. No, I am not aware of any.}

There are so many agencies, and to the best of my knowledge not one is publicly traded. My book isn't out yet or I would direct you there for a list of top agencies, but I've been though the list and in checking their websites I can't find anything that indicates investor relations or anything other than private holdings. A good site for model agency lists is www.modelnetwork.com but again, I came up empty (and there are lots of superflous unstable agencies listed there). Another reason I think Warning is so ahead of the game- going public before any other agency. And what I touched on earlier is that Steven Chamberlin's best friend is an investment guru. Never seen anyone like him. Do a search for Warning, Famous Fixins (they merged with FF to become a public company) and George Furla. It appears his friend George loaned out some money to get them off the ground, merged with them from a company he previously held publicly, and off they went. And I just want to point out, I am in no way pumping this stock. I simply feel I have a lot of background knowledge that is helpful, and I didn't invest in WNMI until late in the game, and only after doing tons of DD. I always try to state when I'm giving my opinion and when I am stating fact. {EDIT: urls were out of wack, fixing the display.. and can't get 'em right! argh! ok, that should do it.}

"...Another reason I think Warning is so ahead of the game- going public before any other agency." Yes, I absolutely agree, knowing Warning is driven by a business-minded, seasoned leader in the industry we have only up to go! For a stock to do well, you need buzz, we got it. You need news updates, we got it, you need a business-minded company leader, we got it. You need a proven business machine, we got it, you need profit and it's coming soon to a browser near you! I'm thinking to solicit Warning a production of a silver/gold promotions pendant using their logo? From the business mind of an entrepreneurial model, do you think it would be worn if it was designed in good taste? Any thoughts? dw dw ------------------ IP: Logged |

I think the best model agency product I ever saw was - I can't remember the agency- an agency that gave their models tshirts to wear out at night that said "don't tell my booker you saw me here" and "yes, i'm a model & yes, i know i look like one". heah! I'm just not sure who would actually want to wear such a pendant, good taste or not. What I would solicit them for, in regards to your pendants, is Christmas presents. Agencies give every model a Christmas present at the end of the year. it would be a nice change to the stupid agenda I get every single year. Who still uses agendas anyway?! Better yet- solicit every agency with your pendant idea. I think it would be a hit. Then again, leather wristbands with a coin or belt buckles would be way cooler. Models can't wear jewelry on an everyday basis, cuz we often have to take it off for castings... ~BB
