Why new CEO Brian Bonar is GREAT for WARNING!...

OTC Journal

Trading Alert- Imaging Technologies (OTC BB: IMTO)

Imaging Technologies used to sell digital imaging solutions. It was one of the high flyers in the last bull market. The company's fortunes took a turn for the worse when they shipped a $4 million order to a Japanese company that filed for bankruptcy shortly after taking receipt of the merchandise. IMTO took the loss on the order and subsequently defaulted on some bank loans.

High flying IMTO immediately began spiraling towards the ground. Chairman Brian Bonar got control of the stick just prior to impact by creating an entirely new business. The plane is now climbing out slowly. Inside of one year this company could regain high altitude and just flip on the autopilot and cruise. According to Mr. Bonar, this turn around is being fueled by positive cash flow from the new business. I'm writing about it now because I'd rather give you the facts and let you make up your own mind while the stock is still trading under 2 cents.

Expecting another small pop at the end of the day for those deciding to get in at the last minute before Warning! is featured prime time this weekend and a big gap up on Monday.

Heres my .02 for whats its worth.... It is veyr possible to see a late day surge with buyers coming in before the weekends "Faking It" airs. What we need is for people to see the Warning! logo. I am hoping they will show their label, or something of the sort this weekend. AS for today, if we get a good close, watch out next week! Just my 2 cents.

One theory I have is that most everyone that has interest in a stock like this has already put a hand in it and knew about the Faking It episode. Thus the low volume.

We are going to need fresh PR with new material that shows promising growth. Shouldn't be too hard with everything this one seems to have going for it.

Just the market makers trying to shake weak hands. Happens to every stock, they gotta make some cash to! It could drop back to .016 for all I care, this weekends airing of "FAKING IT" should be very interesting. Next week should show some promise for WNMI. If not next week, next month, etc. The potential for this company is as impressive, if not more impressive, than any stock trading in penny land. JMHO!! Its always quiet before the storm!!
GOOD LUCK!!!

I agree whizknock. Today was a great day even though I know that's not the sentiment I hear on other boards. Following over a 40% increase yesterday (on news that everybody already knew about) I don't see how today wasn't a good day. I'm averaged in at .0179 and don't plan to start selling any of it until .03. Could be next week or the week after or in a month but I know it will happen at some point. I think averybody's loaded up who's looking for a medium to long term gain by now so there won't be as many daytrading shares to throw around like there was on the last big run. One decent PR on a new signing or a Paris deal and we're off to the races. Good luck to all and make sure to catch Faking It on Sunday.

Does anyone know if the much anticipated clothing line is a "Paris clothing line" or a Warning line featuring Paris? Also, do we know what percentage Warning gets of what the models make for print, television, ect. . . I'm curious as to what these big name signings mean in terms of generating revenue. Thanks

Is this Sunday's Faking It going to have some Warning models or are they going to be on in a few weeks? Just becuase the show starts doesnt mean that the pps will go up. I dont believe this stock will show any significant change until the Warning models are on.

We all seem to be investing alot of hopes and dreams into this first episode. We need some of the girls to wear a Warning t-shirt or make some type of reference to WNMI. Without the tshirt I dont think that the show will allow them to promote WNMI directly. I mean, its now Warning's show.

I got in this stock on the high side, should've waited for it to come down a little but emotions got in the way so now I'm stuck here, sort of. I certainly believe this stock is worth more that the .02 its at now, but something has to start happening with the names they have sigend, above and beyond being in a clothing advertisement in some magazine in Holland.

Just my $.02, take it for what its worth.

the warning episode is sunday night TLC at 10 pm eastern time.

Since it was aired already in Europe, there are reports that it is filmed mostly in Warning facilites, with a couple of mentions of warnings name and a couple of views of the warning signs.

I won't be watching-male welder/models just aren't my style!

I was reading a board recently, it had the most bs I have ever seen. One interesting thing however-and I don't know if this is true or not-is that there were a whole bunch of short traders on WNMI because they believed that the signing of Paris Hilton was false news! Though they did succeed in killing the run they were unable to tank the stock and lost their abs. And have asked the SEC to investigate the "False" news. However the news turns out to be legit. So what can they do now? They have been posting "End Of the World" and "The Sky is Falling"! This will of course, in the end, give more exposure to WNMI, and ultimantly only help the stock pps in the end. Many more positive pr's are in the works. Due to the class action lawsuit against the major modeling agencies based mainly in New York. The probability of a VERY BIG talent being signed in the near future is significantly improved.

Always trust yourself more than others, do the DD. And happy trading

caught most of the show. the show was dumb, but - that's not the point. i thought warning came across very well in it, looked legitimate, and the exposure will only help them.

this is an interesting test of one's "predicting skills" - what will happen tomorrow? i am also guessing a gap-open at around .023, but after that - anybody's guess. might run up to upper-.02's, or might get walked-down back to .02 by the MM's after a gap open. will be very interesting

From what you all are saying it sounds like Warning was depicted as a legitmate modeling company. We might get a little upside movement tomorrow.

The comparisons between WNMI and GZFX, are getting a little spooky. GZFX also had a lot of people doubting whether they were a legitament company at the beginning, and have also had their share of shorts. This episode of "Faking It", will put to rest a lot of doubts in peoples minds. There is nothing like seeing the proof with your own eyes is there!!

killpack!

You got that right. I'm on both of them. Could use some more GZFX cause I'm greeedy. Still buying that one on dips.

I may buy a little more of WNMI too for no other reason than they're giving this away at these prices.

I watched and taped the 'Faking It' espisode last night. I am a fan of the show so I thought it was great and Warning came across very well. They know their stuff and are respected and known in the industry. Known in print and on the runway. Known by the movers and shakers in the Fashion World. Haute Couture and catalog. All kinds of media. When the clothing lines comes out the stock price will really move. It may or may not move up today. But IMO if they do not dilute the stock we will .10-.20 in a year. Maybe more-this is a penny stock-for all we know it could be today. -DD-GLTA-Glad I am in. -Debi

Morning everyone. I watched last night also and this is my first chance to post since. I was surprised, and thrilled, to see my investments on TV. There is no doubt that this company is legit making progress. I was very happy to see how much Warning's name was publicized. I also think there is no reason why this stock is still at .02 . This company is worth more than that easily! There office and models looked great. I am going to try and look up another company today, New York Models. They were mentioned on the show and i want to see what they are like as far as investments. Ill posts here what i find. GLTA
