IF there is a retracement from these levels, there is no doubt it will fall to the 8's but I dont think for long. However if the pps continues to surge into the 10s then thats a different story. Basically this is why I think we need the PR regarding the website to come out ASAP. Anyways tomorrow is a Tuesday, and if I am not mistaken, its usually PR day for PGHI.

Wooter- I have to admit, I am right there with you. I have held since .027, until today. With the morning gap on NO NEWS, I thought it would retrace back to .068. I sold all at .075, and had to buy back at .085. Oh, well, that is what I get for thinking I am smarter than the market. I lost a full penny's worth ($1200), but I am still almost tripled up!!! I will never sell again, I will never sell again, I will never sell again........

Now I am glad I re-entered my position at .083 and .086. Seems like the smart move now, nah nah nah nah nah--- Chase a stock up and try to play the swing backwards, then pass out so you can't sell, only to wake up and find out it has surpassed your entry points again. Just like I found it outlined at Chart School com. Works everytime. Look for it under the "personal gaps trading strategies".LOLOL

Actually, seriously that is what happened to me, I have nothing to hide or make up. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone else, but man I love my life!!!!!!!

Also, a very sincere congratulations out to everyone who has stuck this out for the last couple of months, (and everyone new). Everyone who has stuck it out through the ups and downs, goods and bads, putting in some harworked for DD, dealt with a couple of bashers here and there- Who are now starting to reap some benefits, Way to stick to your guns! This is awesome!!!!!!!!!!! Congratulations everyone!

Kacthing Kacthing, Cheers to all!!!!!!!!

PS- Man Milty, I can't imagine what your portfolio looks like after IBZT already this year and now this!!!!!!This board rocks!!!!

Tommy, way to stick to your guns buddy. Shows a lot of character, like a gunslinger at the OK corral sometimes over in RB. I know I couldn't do it.

after following this thread for a couple of months i'm still surprised how far we've come. i'm sure we'll retrace after all of this gain but i think the strenght of this stock will keep the bashers quiet for a while. they can post their expert opinions about other pennies and of course their love of trees.

Apparently our Point Group is not the same one that is on the Berlin exchange.

An email that I recieved from Equilink.....

"The company is not trading overseas at the moment. Private Placement
funding has started and we are working to ensure accredited investors can
buy in. The 35 unaccredited has nearly been filled."

WHEW... wiping the sweat from my brow. This morning I saw that it was in the .08's

I almost sold 30% to play on a retracement. Glad I didn't. I come home at lunchtime and it's at .095

I was very surprised to see that considering there was no new website, etc.. Maybe that Billboard article had a lot to do with this? I am glad to see that things are going well.

Now that it has spiked up... I am wondering about more buyers or freaked out sellers. We will see what this week brings us. The long term outlook for this company is MAGNIFICENT!

What a run... and more to come.

HOLY ELBOW MACARONI, INDEED!!!

I do not have anything against you or so, but It wouldn't be the first time Equitylink being wrong.

And what a coïncidence would it be/

a company with exact our name,

it is also a US company,

and if you calculate the € price into $ price, it would be 0.095$

Has anyone contacted JF about this??
I know nothing about Equilink. So I am unaware about them being wrong about things in the past.

It just seems strange that there was no PR about the Berlin exchange.
This isn't something that would be brushed aside. Normally, when a company gets listed on a foriegn exchange, the public gets notified via a PR.

Well, It has been brought up on this board. So yes, to some people here, it does matter if it is them or not. There are several people here stating that PGHI is being traded in Berlin. So...we are just trying to find the truth in the matter.

Otherwise, no it doesn't mean s**t to me when it comes to my shares and the money I have made over the past month.

I was just reading through DDogs post on GTEL and noticed a PR he listed with GTEL going on the Berlin exchange. Its the third post in the thread:
http://www.allstocks.com/stockmessageboard/ubb/Forum8/HTML/003805.html

It seems too much coincidence that there would be another PGHI. The above mentioned PR says that GTEL.be will be their Berlin exchange id.....just like the PGHI.be we've seen linked here.

Just my opinion, but I think Equitilink is off on this one. Maybe since today was the first active trading day for PGHI on the Berlin exchange..they weren't aware. Seems odd, but they deal with so many companies that maybe its not in their system yet. Looking forward to confirmation from those who emailed JF with the question. I was going to also, but no need to drown him with the same question.

I seem to remember somebody on Allstocks saying Equitilink told them the minimum investment for the PPM was $25,000. Anybody who got the PPM memorandum knows that was way wrong!

Nice day here everyone! Congrats to those riding the breakout!

This all I could gather so far:

01.09.2004 Point Group Holdings USA requested Unofficial Regulated Market IPO
....found the above at Berlin-Bremen Stock Exchange. http://www.berlinerboerse.de

This link explains about the three market segments that make up the Berlin Exchange:
http://www.penn-capital.com/english/othermarket-bse.html

This is better than nothing for now. - Marty

This is a very good post from someone over at the Investor Hub site...

understanding level 2..
first you have to realise that nite makes up over 60 percent of all orders filled on the otc..
than you have to know schb runs second...
than on the stock you have to pick up which party is doing the
raising of the funds..you have a convertible company that is there strictly to sell and where ever there is a convertible you have a company who was hired to push the stock and support the stock...

now the use of TRAC and DATA are very strategic moves on the bid that once was considered pawns by NITE and certain paid promoters before mytrack made this affordable to everyone..
for the most part when you see them and nite on the offer of a non moving stock,it simply is NITE toying with it..

GVRC-identifying this mm is tricky on stocks because he plays an interesting role lately...you must know the history and or find out real quickly from others because this mm i have noticed looks to be a black hole..in saying that he looks to be a heavy weight that some are using now to short...
this mm usually is one now that is there at the top of the run..

BAMM-this is a very positive sign to a stock,he however does not have the power of a nite, but does show that the stock is being pushed and you have to be patient to make sure others join..good signal is if mm's like TDCM,VNDM,QUIN follow him

WMIN,UCAP,ACAP,DOMS,AGIS,VFIN-THIS IS WHERE THE BIG AMOUNT OF SHARES TO HIT YOU ARE...

HILL,FRAN,CRWN,WIEN- these are the second tier of mm's,but before mytracks ECN,they were pawns used by NITE to either show strength or weakness to a stock..
HILL AND CRWN usually go together a lot..they can start a run
but cant afford to take a bit hit of volume either way without
help from schb or nite..

THERE IS NO SUBSTITE FOR HAVING A HISTORY ON A STOCK...
when you already know who does what on a stock and its
history you have half the battle won..the hard part is diversity in the market,in understanding level 2 and seeing each mm's responsibility on a given day takes away from other stocks you may be interested in..
but if you are going to be a walk down player than it is essential to know who pushed the stock up,who was trying to block the move, where each individual day of the run closed and it where it gapped up to so you can find your marking points to look for on the walkdown...

BROKERAGE FIRM THAT FILLS WHEN YOU NEED IT FILLED...
this can not be understated that in the market of misunderstanding you need a firm that allows you options
to pick up shares in the last minute before an uptick..
when there are several mm's on the ask you can be wrong or tricked, but you lessen your odds as a stock lightens and you can still get a fill on your stock..
you cant replace history of knowing how long a nite or schb or others take to fill on say a moving FNIX on news...
but with an online service that gives you an option to use others options in case one does not fill is an alternative..
this is why i use MYTRACK..

GUT FEELING-unfortuantely after everything you read and learn if you dont get an instinct to what it all means and a feel for the stocks,it wont help..concentrate and learn the signals of who is telling you on the stock it is moving..

if you are going to trade for a living, remember each stock you trade and why you bought, where and who led it,it all comes back in a circle and you will trade it again and the beauty of the otc, probably back to the same prices over time that you did last time..

01.09.2004 Point Group Holdings USA requested Unofficial Regulated Market IPO

If this is actually the same company, we should see a press release tomorrow on Point Group Holdings being listed on the Berlin Stock Exchange. We shall see. -

KC-
Yeah, made sense to me too. I think the volume was the indicator I missed, volume was really hopping in the morning. Will have to watch and remember that from now on- lesson learned. You might want to go over to omni's thread on I-hub. He details different kind of gapping situations- one he talks about is a "gap and run" which pretty much describes what happened today. Interesting to read and might help out next time.

Though don't get me wrong-this was just a side bet on my part. My "real" play on this are my 500k shares averaged in at around .0356. I bought these other shares to swing, decided to bring over most of the money from other losses because I thought I could recoup my money faster playing this breakout than waiting for the other pps's to go up and sit on stale positions. Actually averaged these swing shares in at about .052 last week and today originally sold at .073, bought back in at .083 and .086, now it is at .093. Missed a penny, but really not bad at all considering. Definitely have recouped my losses.
My "real" shares I intend to hold until I find some reason not too. I believe I will be holding onto them for a while, they are looking real good to me at the moment.

KC- IMO .027- .068's not too shabby at all, take that anyday of the week and laugh all the way to the bank.

Cheers,
Mike

I sold all at .075, and had to buy back at .085. Oh, well, that is what I get for thinking I am smarter than the market. I lost a full penny's worth ($1200), but I am still almost tripled up!!! I will never sell again, I will never sell again, I will never sell again........

PGHI in Germany is the same as PGHI in Amrica. Here the proof:

PGHI Berlin:

ISIN: US7305421072

PGHI OTCBB:

ISIN: US7305421072

Both have the same ISIN codes. Equitylink is wrong... once again...
