Dont start the thread talking about Veegeez.
Start by asking if anyone rents from Lamefly or Red Octane.
Then go in under a different name and reply with a comment about veegeez.

That way it doesn't look like you are running an ad for veegeez.

The problem is all the posts about veegeez sound like advertisements.

All you have to say is that you use veegeez and they are good.

Once you get into how much they charge, and how quick they deliver, it starts to look fishy.

Just stay sipmle. All we need is the name to get out. You dont have to sell it.

Very little volume IMO... dead in the water this morning. Probably good news - might mean a new strong bottom support.

i agree. look what happened here when a simple discussion turned nasty. i would get the word out and let the product sell itself. ultimatly that is what has to happen anyway.

IMHO good old fashioned positive advertising, straight-forward and unadulterated, is the best plan of attack. If a specific web site or chat room doesn't want to hear about VeeGeez.com, don't push the point... it could cause a huge backlash against us and the company.

I agree. My whole tactic is to ask advice on what comapnies people use or if they use them at all. That way I get them(the players) to bring other companies up and mention veegeez with a curious way to make them curious and see for themselves. Thats what I am trying anyway. oh and stay away from the explination marks!!!!!!!!LOL

Some nice local press from Franklin, KY - just out fifteen minutes ago

http://www.franklinfavorite.com/cgi-bin/view.cgi?/200402/05+dotcom2-5-04_news.html+20040205+news

-------------------------------

Franklin gets first dot-com business

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Franklin has landed its first dot-com business.
Point Group Holdings, Inc. – an online video game and movie rental company to be known as GameZnflix.com on the internet – is in the process of establishing its headquarters, customer service center and east coast distribution center in Franklin.

CEO John Fleming left San Diego, Ca. and chose Franklin over several southcentral Kentucky and northern Tennessee counties to launch his new business.

“Their is good solid industry here, the schools are good, the climate is perfect, and Franklin is business friendly. Franklin has everything for my business,” said Fleming, who brought his family to Kentucky and purchased a house on Blackjack Road. “It’s kind of neat here.”

Fleming currently owns veegeez.com – a video game rental business with 1,300 offerings. The new company will also include DVD movie rentals.

Fleming said subscribers pay a flat monthly fee, such as $20 for two games or movies, and make their selections over the internet. The movies or games are sent through the mail and usually arrive in two to three days. Subscribers can keep their selections for as long as they want. A prepaid envelope is also sent, and when they turn them in, they can rent two more.

“There are no late fees, no pressure to turn the games or movies in,” said Fleming. “It’s a lot easier for parents and cheaper in some cases.”

Fleming said his site is easy to navigate. Games and movies are broken down by the category, such as sports and action. Fleming’s current site says he has 84 percent of all of the video games in stock.

Fleming said he main competitor in the online movie rental business will be netflix.com, which has over a million customers.

Fleming is still looking at sites for his customer service center and distribution center. He will also maintain a distribution center on the west coast and hopes to open two more in the midwest and northeast when the company gets off the ground. He also plans to expand into England.

Fleming will employ 15 at the customer service center in Franklin. Local operations are expected to begin at the end of the first quarter of this year.

“This internet company sounds like a good opportunity for Franklin and John Fleming,” said F-S Industrial Authority Chairman John Raines.

Point Group Holding, Inc. (PGHI) is a public company which is being traded on the bulletin board. Stock is currently being sold for 5 cents a share.

Nice find dazed...As for the location of Franklin, according to a recent 2003 survey by Forbes Magazine, when it comes to cost of doing business, Lexington, KY (which is only 3hrs from Franklin, KY) was rated as the 4th best place in the country to locate a business. Another good decision by JF!

Big deal. If someone takes the time to track down my alias, they deserve to find out I was spamming VeeGeez. Good for them. I have had my alias registered with them(TechTV) for awhile. If I was going to completely advertise VeeGeeZ rather than subtly get the word out, I would probably take your advice and change my alias.

Reading some of the other forums, those posts are flat out spam and the individuals that have posted are surprised they are getting "found out"? - Marty

England would be nice - my worry though is that they will attempt to expand overseas before they accumulate enough clout here in the States. Still, always nice to see a company pushing the boundaries instead of cowering behind them.

Doc, very nice job on that board. That is the way it should be done if it is going to be done at all! Not rewriting a PGHI press release. With that kind of "word of mouth" publicity it would be only a matter of time before gamers despise VeeGeez for spam!. -

Mornin' all! Yeah the PPS is climbing. I was tempted to sell some today in the hopes that it may trend to the .06 range. Glad I didn't!

I have been posting a bit here and there about our new site. I also requested that the Amazon.com videogame rating site update the pic of the VeeGeez site... they still have the pic of our old site up.

And as others have stated... try not to belittle, be too negative, etc. concerning other sites. VeeGeez will sell itself... and we can promote it in a subtle fashion. If we blatantly spam everyone about it and dump on everyone else we could end up with negative results IMO.

We will GROW! And the new article in the KY newspaper was great. More PR for us

I have seen several posts on some video game BB's, where peole are trying to push veegeez, and in the posts there are statements like....."and the best thing is, they are a publicly traded company."

Here is a tip...............gamers dont care if it is a public company!!!
That is why people are getting banned from the forums.

FRANKLIN, KY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 06-02-2004 -- Point Group Holdings, Incorporated (OTC BB: PGHI) formally announces it has amended its articles of incorporation to change its corporate name and a request has been made to the OTCBB for a new trading symbol. The new corporate name will be GameZnFlix, Inc. and will trade under the symbol (OTC BB: GZFX).

John Fleming, CEO/President, stated, "We have been working for over a year to complete this part of our business plan and the management teams at both GameZnFlix.com and VeeGeeZ.com are really excited about the future of the company. The name and symbol change is our final step towards changing the direction of the old holding company towards our future as part of the video game, DVD and entertainment industry."

GameZnFlix, Inc. currently markets its video game rentals through its wholly owned subsidiary, www.VeeGeeZ.com and in the near future will be opening a new website www.GameZnFlix.com to offer DVD movies, video game rentals and other entertainment projects. The company has currently has two distribution centers, Los Angeles, California and Franklin, Kentucky, with plans for an additional two to three more centers during 2004.
