Remember, the end of this month will be one conference for the special screws. Then the bigger conference in March. I'm still holding strong.

http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/SC.web?c=lbtt,uu[m,a]daclyyay[da][pb5!b10][vc60][iUg10!Lp66,5,3]&pref=G

Well, looking at the chart a little bit...STO is still above 75, however 5&10 DMA is right above PPS, so this indicates that this will be sidetrading for a while.

It probably needs PR but this is still a good long hold. This is in my long term list since they have a very potencial product & sales will begin this quarter at least in Europe......This company has a lot going....I do expect it to hold at a support of 0.03...

I did some research on this stock last week -- did anyone else find it strange that their 'contact' email address is holmes777@aol.com and their Investor Relations email is stockenter@aol.com? An AOL email address for Investor Relations?! Come on!

IMHO...the MMs are shaking the weak hands. Think about it.....what happens next month??? Once word gets out, this should rocket again (IMO). And in the longer term, its obvious with a now profitable quarter what will happen. Good luck to all the longs!
Good Trading!

News is out!

Lifeline BioTechnologies Retains Advertising Agency and Attends Its First Medical Conference for Shaver Blades and Absorbable Fixation Screws
Tuesday February 3, 9:00 am ET

RENO, Nevada--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 3, 2004--Jim Holmes, CEO of Lifeline BioTechnolgies, Inc., (OTC:LBTT - News) today announced that BFW Advertising of Boca Raton, Florida has been retained.
BFW is a full service marketing and communications firm with strong competencies in Healthcare media that creates and builds client brands with strategic thinking and on-target executions. BFW's very first challenge was the design and development of a medical exhibit booth featuring the product benefits of Lifeline's two recently acquired distributorships, the Arthronet's Blackline(TM) shaver blades and hand instruments, and Inion's Hexalon(TM) absorbable fixation screws. This was Lifeline's first opportunity to attend an orthopedic surgery meeting, starting last Friday in Sun Valley, Idaho. This annual Robert W. Metcalf, MD Memorial Conference (www.arthroscopyseminars.org) is attended by several hundred sports medicine orthopedic surgeons from around the world. "The physicians' response to these new surgical products has been beyond our expectations," according to Jonathan Reeves, Lifeline's Vice President, who is attending the show.

"A recent electronic poster by researchers at Loma Linda University, Department of Orthopedics Surgery, Radiation Medicine, and Molecular Immunology at the Arthroscopy Association of North America (AANA) most recent meeting. The poster entitled "Assessment of Reprocessed Arthroscopic Shavers" substantiates Lifeline's contention that the use of reprocessed single use arthroscopic blades is a potentially dangerous business. Key findings in the study, by an independent laboratory, showed the reprocessed single use blades carried detectable levels of biological contaminants and that the teeth on the cutting surface were visibly damaged," according to Dr. William Reeves, Lifeline's founder and president.

"Unfortunately, this practice is most likely due to the great emphasis placed on cost containment in a great many hospitals," Jim Holmes, Lifelines CEO, added. "It also shows that single use blades cannot be cleaned effectively and this is no excuse for placing a patient at jeopardy."

"When this study is published it should bode well for Lifeline's FDA approved three-time use Blackline shaver blades. The probability of DNA and protein contaminants being present on any surgical produce should cause grave concern to every surgeon," commented Dr. Reeves.

My personal thought is that FDA approval is coming soon and the MM are collecting shares. Let me say that this is only my personal opinion and could be entirely wrong.

This one is definately long. There is a lot of DD in this one. They have a lot of potential products & lots of significant events...Do a search here or read through the posts @ RB.

This is in my opinion, is not for day trading...It is oscilating between 0.02 & 0.035. They may even have a buyback plan (who knows). As pink they do not have to issue an PR.

Anna, or anyone:

Isn't LBTT in Pompano Beach, FL? All I can find on their site is Nevada. I'm very close to Pompano and would like to go see the company one of these days.

Thanks,

Sorry it took so long to get to you. All info I find says Nevada. I think at one time they were in Florida but no longer. Seems Nevada has friendly corporate laws. No wonder so many are listed as Nevada corps.

Best Wishes and I'll let you know if I find anything else.

Today newsFeb 24, 2004 9:01:00 AM

RENO, Nev., Feb 24, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

Jim Holmes, CEO of Lifeline BioTechnologies, Inc. (OTC:LBTT) announced today that the company had completed the required documentation for compliance and FDA clearance of its breast microendoscope.

'This is a real milestone for us and we are quite excited about our upcoming U.S. as well as our European market entry with this product,'Jonathan Reeves, Vice President of Operations, stated. 'It has been a long and tedious process for us. Having worked for well over a year with outside consultants to develop the required documentation and record keeping system required by the Food and Drug Administration, the Company is now well prepared for future FDA applications.'

Holmes noted that with the CE Mark awarded this past December, preparation continues for the introduction of the breast microendoscope at the fourth annual European Breast Cancer Conference March 16th through March 20th 2004 in Hamburg, Germany. Lifeline will have Company representatives manning its booth at this conference with products demonstrations. The Conference is the largest European attended gathering of breast cancer physicians and representatives expected from all over the world. Holmes further noted that Carlo Micheletti, President of Advance Biomedical Concepts, Lifeline's marketing and sales consulting firm, is already in Europe preparing for the Conference and product introduction to the European markets.

William Reeves, President and company founder, commented that Lifeline will be attending the American Society of Breast Surgeons Annual Conference, being held at the Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, March 31 through April 4, 2004. 'We will be present with Company representatives and a booth featuring its microendoscope as initial introduction to the market providing physicians with an aid in dealing with patients concerning nipple discharge,'stated Reeves.

Holmes went on to say, 'Concerning the Shaver Blade and Bioabsorable screws Lifeline is currently distributing in the U.S., market introduction and promotion will be featured at three trade shows in March 2004, including the annual meeting of the American Association of Surgery Centers (Orlando), American Association of Osteopathic Surgeons (San Francisco) and American Operating Room Nurses (San Diego).'

I found this on DWB. It was coppied from another board. Its supposedly a phone conversation with one of us to Mr. Holmes
on Febuary 25th
I do not know the source but this jives with
the rest

Talk with Jim Holmes CEO Lifeline:

Today I talked with Mr. Holmes around 5pm EST. My first question was do you or don't you have FDA clearance to market and sell the Mammoscope in the U.S. His response was YES, and he stated as that PR said they are going to begin the marketing efforts in Las Vegas next month for the scope. I asked him why then was the PR vague about FDA clearance and he stated that it was done for a reason that he can't go into and it would be very hard to explain. (That still has me scratching my head). I then asked him about financing, in December LBTT was in talks with a major wall st. firm and so I asked him how are those talks were going or if any financing agreements have been made. He stated they are still in talks but he stated that it would not be fair to tell me anything more than they are in discussions, and when news is made they will release it to the general public. Next question was about the audit, he stated that it is up to the auditors as to when it is complete, they have all the information and he was stating sometime in April the audit will be completed. He also said that after the first quarter they will be releasing sales figures so far from the blades and screws, however he stated that the ramp up has been going slower than anticipated but things are now finally beginning to get rolling because they have got everything in place as far as distributors and marketing, but there are still bugs to work out of the system and still more distributors to get online (actually he said he was Fed Ex'ing 4 more distributor agreements tonight). As far as orders go for the blades he stated they started slow he stated they were getting 1 or 2 orders a week, and now they are getting 1 or 2 a day and they are larger orders and repeat orders. In terms of the financial status of the company he said they were good short term (4-6 months), and that there is no need to issue further shares now and hopefully in the future. He didn't go so far as to say he would never issue more shares, he did say they might have to issue more for the deal with the financing agreement. Also if things go as planned Lifeline hopes to be cash flow positive and on the OTCBB by mid-year.
We also talked about long term with the FWS, they are still working on the false positives and have 3 different engineering firms working on the problem. They hope to have it solved soon and into the Phase III trials.
He also stated they have 5 trades shows coming up in the next 4 weeks so it is going to be an exciting few weeks.
On to Shorting and the pushing back of the date. He stated they were very disappointed in that, and have raised some fuss about it all ready. He did say that the shorters were trying to run the company into the ground but he said they are going to survive and going to make it. Holmes also stated that one of the ways to get the shorts out of the stock is to release sales and revenues and that they plan on doing that in the coming months.
All in all in was a reassuring phone call and I stated that the shareholders of the company need good PR's every now and again on the status of happenings in the company. For the people that want news everyday lay off the company. They are very busy, esp. now and don't waste their time with e-mails for news everyday. This company should be doing great in the coming months with everything they have going, revenues will come in. Holmes stated that he has a huge stake in the company financially and he they are working their tales off to make it succeed.

This is a long time hold for me
Dave

Has anyone heard any new news on this? It has been pretty stable lately. I guess the next PR will be some sales info or FDA approval.

The European Breast cancer conference begins in 5 days! I'm surprised there hasn't been more volume. Seems to be hanging around the 50 day ma.

Big weeks ahead LBTT has been stable for a while.

Sales should start on Tues or Wed at German convention.

I have the feeling I am missing something. This is also a pink and I have not bid/ask on my ameritrade streamer!

Thanks to anyone who can help,

Keith

Im surprised also
But
It is down the same % as most of the usuals.
TFCT UVCL etc

Only stocks running on Current PR are even breaking even.

If I had the Free
cash I would Buy more

Am looking at last March to see if their is a relationship to the Month for the down Market or it just might be the day to day demonizing of the Economy by Comrade Kerry

I've been expecting the jump all week with the convention next week. The volume jump with not much price movement made me wonder.

I'm with you on ending up and believe we will be up big next week.

thanks
