To everyone I'm responding to a lot of recent posts and didn't want to favor anyone with my "critical" comments ... .
I try to read and digest every word posted as rationally and unemotionally as I can. When I agree with a comment, I try to support it with a reply as quickly as possible. When I disagree with a comment, I try to understand the emotions that prompted that post before I reply (and sometimes I'm not successful ). So far today, I've drafted and deleted many posts because I realized I was reacting emotionally to what was said. This post is the summation reply to what I've read so far today.
I just want to point out as politely as possible that "lack of news" does not always mean "bad news". At this point, we don't have enough information about Q's current status to know if Frank is "screwing" us or not.
We do know he has not given us information as promised (audit, for example), but does that prove he intentionally is hiding information from us ... or does it show us that he isn't as efficient as we'd like ... or is it "possible" he has a legitimate reason for not telling us everything we want to hear? It could be any of these reasons, because at this point, we JUST DON'T KNOW.
We also know he has not followed through on some promises (audit again and the DVD), but does that prove he "lied" to us ... or does it show us that he promises more than he can deliver ... or is it that something more important took priority for his time and energy? Again, it could be any of these reasons, because we JUST DON'T KNOW.
All I am asking is for everyone to relax and analyze the situation before doing something that will decrease the likihood of "shareholder profits." The letter someone drafted for everyone to send to Frank was rationally and professionally done. No objections from me because it is unemotional and constructive.
However, threats to file a class action lawsuit ... or to contact the SEC, Q carriers or potential customers ... or to hurt Frank in some way as revenge ... is totally premature and irrational and can be only detrimental to our cause.
Sorry for rambling ... but please consider these two quotes before you do anything you may regret: 1) "It ain't over till it's over." 2) "Once the bullet leaves the gun, you can't bring it back."
And ask yourself ... if Frank suddenly "made us all very happy", will you regret what you've said and done to this point? I won't. But if I ever see proof that he's a crook, I'll bring the noose and choose the tree. But totally without emotion.

If I had Frank on video tape sitting with me at lunch and telling me detailed information and had the documents scanned for back up proof I still wouldnt post it. People here are way to ruthless to the messengers when something passed on doesnt pan out.

Hopefully everyone is kidding about the above. Why waste your time. The SEC won't waste their time. Think of what you want before going the class action route. Do you want to try and win judgement against someone who is probably in debt up to his eyeballs??? Bankruptcy ?? no one wins.
