I've asked TDA previously if they could hold my shares in my name and they said no. They said the only way to get them in my name is to request the certs. Has anyone had any luck with other brokerage houses that will hold your stocks in your name?

The thing with putting the CERTS in your name or having the broker hold them in your name is so that if they were to go with option B or if they were to give some type of Divie...that RFUS needs to know where to send the money and to who...

here's the link to all the stuff filed in the GA courts Rufus was talking about that we could never find. Sorry the link is dead I removed it, but I did find it I did pay for a 4 hour membership for $5. go to the www.gsccca.org link then go to state index. select realestate. For name of company type in conversion solutions inc. I set the date range from 01/01/2004-10/02/2006. try that guys and let me know if it works.

ok guys unless I missed it. I didn't see anything about the deals with the institutional buyers. I did find one of the bonds from venezuela, and the Humanitarian one. Now I might of missed some stuff, but I found a lot also. AISS contract is there also. I don't really have time to read everything. Hope it helps guys.
