It's possible, but I doubt it.

The float is so small, and the MM's are the only one's that can legally naked short.

The only problem with Naked shorting in their case now is, well, now they know that they have to cover due to the SEC form 8K filed the other day.

1.15 resistance say buh-bye!

Might be going out with a bang today it appears.

My guess is that we close near/at the HOD today.
(1.80ish maybe, just a guess, that is if this mornings run is duplicated in the final two hours of trading today)

The dips in between the new peaks are very similar to this morning.

The CEO said that he would be buying back shares on the bid...look at ARCA and the large amounts...on the bid...Could be Rufus(CEO)? Trying to watch for him...my guess would be when you see those large orders...on the bid it's them...and then it goes up...maybe not...

This whole time ARCA seems to be sitting at 1.25 on the ask side...never really movin'...but he is jumpin' all over on the bid side with large buys..right now he's at 1.01..with 50..let's see if it goes that low...

ARCA now moved to 1.05 bid and 1.10 ask
seems to be "playin" now...instead of buying on the bid...most of the day....he was not on the ask much...but often on the bid with large #
