HI I am new to the game and have been doing extensive research on what the best online trading firm is. I want to start off with less than 1,000 in an account and be able to trade on every market and the pink sheets. so far scottrade seems to be the most reasonable, except i have to call a broker to make trades on certain markets and on alot of stocks under $1. I am not trying to promote any company, i noticed some of you got pissed at the last guy asking for info. I am simply wondering which brokers you all use thanks

welcome to the board--you haven't looked in Raging Bull-yet if you think we got pissed--we are trying to make this a constructive forum is all-- read deeper and you might see why we we have to work at it a little--

Even the best night clubs have good bouncers

I don't trade pinks and i like scottrade--i get a lot of sevices for free and not trading pinks has saved me a few bucks and lost me a few --They execute trades fast so i get in and out quicker---
GOOD LUCK and remember -what goes around come around LOL

www.brokerageamerica.com might be a good one. being from Canada i cannot open an account with them.

what i would warn u to do is always call and ask if u can trade unlimited amounts of shares per order. tradingdirect.com on their website says u can trade unlimited shares but will only let u trade 500,000. aftrader.com will only let u trade 250,000.

not sure what the minimum with www.mytradz.com but they will let u trade 2 million shares before tagging u with more.

lowtrades.com has no minimum but they won't let u trade an unlimited amount of shares any longer. maybe 500,000?
