Never mind those infamous and non-binding "letters of intent" to R/M, aquire this or that, etc. Those aren't worth the paper they're printed on and have a nasty rap of falling thru half the time. I'm interested in finding a site that highlights coming definitive agreements (a legal & binding contract). Anyone have one in their bag of tricks?
