filings, pinksheets...maybe Bloomberg, maybe Yahoo...best? call the TA...

As Tex said, filings..Check the 10K filed with SEC.
As always calling the TA is best.

For some reason many traders are really put off kilter by the idea of actually talking to people about these types of things but really, calling the T.A. and talking to a person is the best way to get the latest info.

Otherwise it is deduction and guesswork.
