What is the A/S and O/S of the stock?
(And how up to date is the information)

Any news recently? Positive, Negative, Not sure?

What's the chart look like? Is the pps near a 6 month high...low...in between? Green day or Red?

Answer the questions if you like but the point is volume is only one indicator. An important one...you need liquidity...but by itself could mean any number of things.

I appreciate it! the stock is TZMT I got in a few mo.'s back and have been riding slowly down.
ugh! there is alot of great p/r on the Co. a great product, very good partnerships can't see why it would tank but, I'm waiting for them to move more product/Sales.They just dismissed their accounting firm and looks like they just released more stock?? which probably woould explain the massive jump in volume. Not sure if I can ride it out much longer though! Everything about the Co. "LOOKS" great though!! LMAO!!!!

Shredderman.. one of the keys to playing pennies is to be as quick as you can.
The penny world has many more pitfalls than it has ever had profits.
The first thing you really should do is to learn all you can about charting... when all else fails... you will atleast know when the stock you own is dead... which TZMT is.
Good luck man
any questions please ask.

What indicators are pointing to "DEAD"?
What makes you say that? I'm curious.
Have you seen the DD?

Any info is greatly appreciated!

Not really sure I care about the DD..
RSI is above 30 and loitering.. this means it's not oversold yet... no bounce
Stochastics are 30ish and loitering.. this means it's not yet oversold... no bounce
Price pattern is horrible, if you hold you will lose money on this stock.. right now..
Alot of charting is getting a "feel" for what indicators are saying.. what price patterns mean..
I can tell you that stock is going down... for a while.

Depends... what is the stock doing lately? going up or down trend? ... below are some general volume rules:

1. Strong volume equals strong conviction, which can be either positive (if stock is breaking out of Resistance, is in a uptrend or is quietly being accumulated by institutional buyers etc.)or negative (is in a freefall etc.).

2. Low volume equals lack of conviction

3. Lack of conviction usually means prices will drop.

One thing you don't seem to realize about pennyland is any PR a company releases does not necessarily mean it is the truth... any PR in pennyland i take with a grain of salt... quite a few so called "traders" on this site learned that the hard way with Qbid and other penny stocks... they just dismissed their accounting firm? why? perhaps it was going to release a negative report on the company and their finances... they released more stock.. why? to raise more money? perhaps... but this also has a negative affect because it makes it that much harder for the stock price to move up by putting too much supply out there with no or little demand... therefore no spike in volume in buying only in selling.. hence the volume spike today.... and if you know anything about candlestick charting... today's candlestick is a "Hangman".. the bears keep pushing this one down yet you keep holding onto this dead horse hoping it will go back up...this one is traded on the OTC-BB...check to see if they have made their financial filings with the SEC on time in order for it to be in the OTC/BB... your DD seems to be inadequate... perhaps you should read some books on trading if you havent read one before.... if you want recommendations let me know.... pennystocks aren't for investing just trading.... you get in... make your $$ and get out.. or in this stock/case... cut your losses and look for a better one...
