Alright I give up and concede that OTCBB 15 min delay Level II ain't gonna cut it. I want up to the minute level II, preferrably with pinks. Wnich broker/site do you recommend and what is cost per month?
Quotetracker is also free and real time...I am not sure if they have pinks or not...I am using etrade right now and about to get choicetrade streamer...

Quote Tracker is only real time if you provide it with a real time quote source. If the source you provide to QuoteTracker is delayed, then the data reported to you by QuoteTracker is the same. For example, I provide my QuoteTracker with Lowtrades Streaming for real time data, but since it doesn't supply "backfill", I use Scottrade "free" for back fill on intraday charts, which is 15 minute delayed and so only includes backfill prior to the preceding 15 minutes (not a great loss in a couple of days worth of data...then I can hit backfill a few minutes later and it will fill in the void). (Incidentally, with the Lowtrades Streaming, I get their "Trading desk" which includes realtime and can (if you contact them and ask for it) include both L2 and time and sales all at the same time and as a jave "live" setting and, thus, is both quicker and easier to use and read than that data as provided by QuoteTracker)
