i am currently using fidelity but i find myself paying alot of money to trade penny stocks, i want to change to a different company but is their a way to transfer my shares?

Yes. You need to open an account with a new broker, such as ChoiceTrade, Scottrade, AmeriTrade, etc. Then simply authorize an account transfer from your current broker to your new broker. Its a pretty painless process, except for the amount of time required for the completion of the transfer. Can take anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks. But afterward all of your shares and balances will appear in the new brokerage account.
