Yeah, it isnīt exactly very cheap, but Iīll test drive it for a while, if I manage to get it "you know where" [Wink] , and then decide if I want it.

Anyway, probably it would be a good idea to read atleast one good book about TA. If you want one, let me know and I can send it to you as a .PDF file.

here's some recommendations if you do not have these.. all excellent books...

Learning to Trade books:

A Beginner's Guide to Short-Term Trading by Toni Turner www.toniturner.com (I highly recommend this one for beginner's especially ones who are interested in swing/position trading.. she also has one for Daytrading but i dont recommend beginner's get into Daytrading until they have gained some experience in trading first and to me at least Swing/Position trading is less risky then Daytrading... also Toni's new book comes out in July... i Pre-ordered it and recommend others buy it too if your a fan of her books)

The Candlestick Course by Steve Nison www.candlecharts.com

Short Term Trading, Long Term Profits by Jon Leizman (can be bought cheaply on Amazon.com and other sites)

How to make money in Stocks by William J. O'Neill (Amazon.com etc.)

How I made $2,000,000 in the Stock Market by Nicolas Darvas (Amazon.com etc.)

Come into my Trading Room by Alexander Elder (Amazon.com etc.)

Trading for a Living by Alexander Elder (Amazon.com etc.)

How to Trade in Stocks by Jesse Livermore (Amazon.com etc.)

Trading minds books:

Market Wizards by Jack Schwager (Amazon.com etc.)

The New Market Wizards by Jack Schwager (Amazon.com etc.)

Reminiscences of a Stock Operator by Edwin Lefevre (Amazon.com etc.)

Trend Following by Michael W.Covel (Amazon.com etc.)

Hmm... I did not know, that you can use Money Order with these sites. What I usualy did, was to look at the title of the book and order it at my local book store. But that was expensive and it took for ages for the book to arrive.

My first new book is going to be The Market Wizards [Smile] I have seen the .pdf version of it, but it seems to be corrupted. As far as I could read it, i got the feeling it contains a lot of of good trading experience!

yea it is very interesting.. but do not take everything that is said in the interviews as Gospel... as you read the different interviews you will notice they all have different trading approaches.. the lesson of the whole book really is to find your own trading style.... that works for you... what works for someone might not work for you and vice versa...

Thanks for the insight! The book is very enjoyable to read, it is nice to learn about experiences of successful trades/investors.

My next books on queue for reading are:
- The New Market Wizards
- Trading for a Living (Alexander Elder)
- Reminiscences of a Stock Operator (Edwin LeFevre)

Which good book would you recommend about Technical Anlysis for stock markets?

how to make the stock market make money for you
by ted warren. Book is now out of print you may be able to get it@Amazon.com. Very good book on the market, written in the 60s. There are better technical books than this one, but for me this is the Bible. A lot of young people have never heard of ted warren, very interesting man, became very wealthy check it out.

Thanks, I will try to find it in a library. It seems to me, that these older books are kinda of more thoughtfuly written... they seem to contain so much more wisdom!
