I am sorta new with trading stocks. I have been with sharebuilder.com for a little over a year. And even though I am paying 15.95 comission I think they are ok for the most part since I do not trade that often. The only problem is that I can't get in on a lot of stocks under $5. I currently have 500 shares of JBLU stock (bought at 18.10) however, I have a few thousand to play around with and since hearing of penny stocks I am becoming interested in buying stocks under $5. I was considering switching to Choicetrade.com but do they provide phone service ? And is there anything I should know or do before trading with $5> stocks other than the doing DD? Any advice would help.

first off, on behalf of allstocks.com, i'd like to say GO AWAY, ur not welcomed here. LOl, just kidding. Welcome to allstocks. I, myself am a newbie.
Second, sharebuilder has a list of stocks that you can trade, but they don't cater to stocks that are less than 5 dollars, thats what they tell me anyways. Btw, i thought sharebuilders was 4 dollars a trade?
Third, penny stocks are very volatile, so u a share can go up 100 percent and down negative 100 percent in a matter of seconds, minutes, you get my drift.
Last, choicetrade is the greatest! I wanna thank those that got me with them, they are badass! I think they offer phone services, but if you shoot them an email, they reply relatively fast.
Oh yeah, i mean this is last, lol, read, read, read! Go through the forum and read what everyone has to say, and come up with your own ideas. There a lot of great information and great people here, they know their stuff! I got into penny's from a couple of years of trading the big stuff, but penny's is too insane and fun!

might be faster then that.. choicetrade is pretty good at making things faster when needed... but if it takes 2 weeks.. that gives you 2 weeks to read books on trading, learn from others, papertrade etc...
