Does it normally take a while from the time you put in your sell to the time it actually sells? I am selling at the bid, so i thought it would go right away.... btw i have ameritrade.

I am new to all this, and less than an amatuer, I also use ameritrade, tried to buy shares PRRM on Thurs morn never went through, placed same order Thurs eve for Fri morning, went right through. Don't know if it will work same next time but might be worth a try.

if you place a buy at the bid some times it takes a long time. especially if the bid is .0001 and the ask is .0002
also there are folks with 2 or 3 week sell orders on prrm waiting for them to get filled.
I have been stuck in some .0001 stocks before I usually avoid them. prrm has had tons of buys millions and millions yet the price has not climbed becasue the o/s is to high.

Let's put it this way the Market doesnt stop automatically for you to get filled at a price.. the market is always in motion... and by time ur order gets to the market and back the price will have moved... sometimes u get filled at ur target price sometimes not...
