Does anyone have any experience with this broker ? alldaytraders.com . The comminsion rate is a little high but no limit on day trades is kinda cool . Do you think its on the up and up?

Yes, All Day Traders (www.alldaytraders.com) is a direct access broker that lets you day trade with less than $25,000. There is NO pattern day trading rule restrictions. I have personally used them for about 2 years now. They will come down on commission some if you negotiate or if you trade alot.
They are a real broker and they've been around for quite a while now. I've never had any problem using All Day Traders.
